First time and last time eating here. I ordered the open faced Reuben and there was a hair on my plate. So I sent it back for them to remake it. The waitress said she took off half of what the meal cost me. They brought out a fresh sandwich and what do you know!?! Another hair! This time I took a picture. They did take off the rest of the meal and the tea but they made my husband pay for his half eaten meal cause he lost his appetite. Check your food when you eat here. I’m guessing they have some cooks back there not wearing hair nets or other food safety things. Gag! Worse experience ever. Won’t go back. Plenty of other diners that will make good quality food hair follicle free.
This place used to have amazing food. Always came here with my dad for breakfast and over the years coming back food has slightly gone down. Over the last year, the food has gone from good to tasteless and bland. The hashbrowns were way over cooked and burnt with absolutely no taste. The sausage gravy was bland. The eggs were the best parts but who can screw scrambled eggs up. Dont think I will come back anytime soon. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
This diner is my favorite in the Cumberland county area. Love this place!
Service was slow and she didnt order 1 of the request and it took use 2hrs to get our food an I had to send her back for more alfredo sauce because my meal was very dry. The Manger was right their an did nothing about it after he seen us waiting so long. Wouldnt recommend this place because of the food, Service and most the Manger not taking care of the problem.

Great food i mean absolutely great. Staff are great and friendly, the owner always walks around making sure everyone is ok and comfortable. Only thin I really think they should do is update there dining area (like new tables). Other then that, a nice old fashion style food.

Outdoor dining accommodations are quite nice. We had a group of 20 and systems were in place for social distancing, etc. We were served timely and with grace! Everyone loved their lunch, and we will definitely go again!

I liked it here. We always get seated fast, even if its busy. The orders are taken quickly and the food comes put quickly. My order has never been wrong and the food is always hot. My only complaint is that the coffee is always not right when Im here. A little too watered down or something. Maybe Im just getting the end of the pot. Who knows. Overall, great experience.

I eat here at least once a week. It is hands down my favorite diner I have ever been to. Such great food, if that’s not enough, the people are awesome too. If you haven’t been, go for your next meal!! Everything is delicious.

Very nice and clean diner inside and out. Kinda quiet this time. The staff was quite polite upon entering and leaving. The waitress was pretty nice, and food service time was not long at all. Good portion for the price, 4 people ordered dinners and a single table appetizer only running to about a 55 dollar bill. Not including any desserts. Although 4.99 for a single slice of carrot cake... That caught me off guard.

As always the food, service and atmosphere was terrific. I had the pork chops with granny Smith apples. My date had spaghetti and clams in red sauce.

First time here and friendly service and good food. Dont know why havent tried sooner. One suprise was the bacon, not your regular dinner 1/2 wide cooked to death super thin (almost see thru) it had a great hickory flavor and was thick cut and close to an inch wide. Was nice to have real bacon with breakfast
Wont ever go again! Up until this year we were in there a couple times a year for years. Never again. Just into my meal something stuck in my throat I took my napkin put it to my mouth and (so I wouldnt make others sick) as I put my fingers to get object I stated pulling it out finally get it out it was a 6 inch piece of nylon mesh of a cleaning cloth. NEVER AGAIN!!
The large portions are like the many other Jersey diners; but the quality and preparation is a significant cut above what we normally find in a diner atmosphere! This could be said for all six dinners ordered at our table. I would definitely recommend a visit if you want great food at a value price.

Usually theyre pretty good. This past time tho it was awful. The order was wrong. We were up charged for something that was included. Our waitress was fairly new and was reprimanded for things that werent her fault. The final straw was when I found a long black hair under my food when I put the leftovers in a box. We will not be going back.

I love coming here especially for breakfast and if you arrive during lunch they will still serve breakfast. I also enjoy the staff very kind and professional and make you feel comfortable and serve you as best as they can. Never had a problem here. 😊
