Absolutely appalled at the work ethic of the employees (maybe just the Customer Service desk & Money Center?) at this location. I stand in line at the customer service desk -- meanwhile all the young female employees stand around talking like its lunchtime. After about 10 minutes -- eventually someone becomes upset. They act as if were being outrageous. They seem to try to find every possible reason not to return something so they can get out of doing work.The young female employee at the Money Center desk -- again -- trying to find a reason not to do work -- refused to cash my check until she could clarify a policy with her manager. She called her manager over the PA -- then proceeded to help other people behind me -- and refused to call the manager a second time. She then said Sorry -- youll need to go somewhere else. There arent any managers available.I wont go there ever again. I much prefer the location on Veterans Memorial Pkwy in St. Charles.

Was visiting St. Louis and googled the nearest Walmart because we needed a few things. I have no idea who runs this Walmart but I’ve never seen a Walmart look like this. I asked the girl in the self checkout if there was a customer service desk and she said it’s down there but it’s closed, it’s never open. This store was bare, dirty and it seemed like not one employee cared at all.

I really dont care for Wal-Mart as a general rule, but James with Order Pickup is an absolute GEM. Hes been bringing groceries to my van since the start of the pandemic, and I really feel like hes the one person I could count on the past year and a half to always be positive and friendly, and even though we are strangers he remembers me by name. I hope you all pay him what hes worth and keep treating him well because Im sure trying to steal him for my company.

The Walmart on St.Charles rock road use to always be my favorite. Now dont get me wrong the store is clean staff friendly and the guys in the electronic department was so awesome and helpful. I got approved for a new phone there but they ran out of Sims card. I love to go at 1a.m. when the store is so quiet less customer.

Why take away all of the self price checkers around the store? And half of the self check outs are closed, as usual. Bit did have some good black Friday deals already.

One of the Gaint in Retail industry in USA with the turn over of 500 billion annually. I like the way they are able to cater wide range of customers in US and around the world 🌎. My favorite are the veggies,milk,bread,egg and poultry products which are provided in affordable price points. This season my favorite choice was the Christmas 🎄 and Baby products to make sure my holidays more enjoyable and exciting 😊

Watch how much they charge you. The prices at the register do not match the prices at checkout. This happened to me two weeks in a row. I was told by the manager this morning that everything is going up. I dont have a problem with that, but dont give me one price on the shelves and a higher price at checkout

This have to be the worst Walmart In saint Louis I was standing at the fabric counter for over 30 mins I didn’t see a manger and every sells person I seen was ( on lunch ) and I’m still here waiting I called the store phone 4 different times while standing here and they pick up the phone to just hang up

This store is always crowded, you wait in line for a very long time to pay for your items. I hate this store, my feet hurt while Im waiting and then the back starts to hurt. Its not worth the long pai nful wait.

Check out always super super slow. We dont go there anymore cause of how long you have to wait just to pay for your stuff. They have 20 checkouts and only one ot two open.

I was returning a third party item the teller had little knowledge of what was going on very unprofessional, I was told I could take it to another Walmart, I drove across town, when I got there same problem, the machines are all linked in each store It was a Manager that sent me flying across town what a weist and we wont even talk about the call center

So crowded and stuff everywhere. Had a hard time getting around without stopping for someone. They really need to get a bigger self checkout station. I wanted to get some cologne and had to ask 4 different associates to finally let someone know to get the key. Maybe a shift change or something.

This particular store is ok, depending on what time of day you go. I normally go before 11 a.m when its less crowded.

Worst service Ive ever seen. The employees walk past you looking the other way like you arent trying to get help and look scared to death you might ask for something. They close departments early without any type of rhyme or reason. Its like saying youre restaurant is open till 10 but Im not cooking after 6. Doesnt make any sense whatsoever. The employees will ignore you if you ask them to speak to a manager you cant find. Example... I asked a cashier to speak to her manager would she please let her manager know. She was stocking candy bars she said yes and continued to stock. A lady with a yellow Walmart vest walked up and was talking to her. I thought she would let her know I needed to speak to her so I waited. The lady turned away from me and started to walk away. I spoke louder to get her to stop and asked didnt she tell you I needed to speak to you? She responded. No she didnt. That was the icing on the cake for the night the paint department in that store closes at 8 by the way. The store 11. Why its that??

Not my favorite Walmart in the area, it always feels a little more chaotic than most but the staff are usually friendly and helpful.

I am not comfortable coming to this Walmart for a couple reasons. For one, the employees are absolutely above and beyond rude! The store is dirty theres merchandise all over the floors every time I go in there the bathrooms are filthy which is an understatement, employees wear headphones and when you go up to them and ask for help they give you a partial answer or they act like youre not even there. The parking is sketchy and please make sure if you go in there to look both ways before you cross the parking lot because people will run you over and act like its your fault. Corporate has been notified about this as well!

The last time I was at the Money Center at this location, 2 managers walked past the area without assisting as the line was out the door and the 1 representative at the desk needed to step away for a restroom. This was the worst management I had ever seen at Walmart, if that even stands for anything. Today there was a huge difference in the management on duty, the floor seemed more organized and request for management assistance was responsive!

Lack of customer service. Kid at the register was too lazy to type in the label when he was unable to scan it because of a fold and wanted to scan another package of meat that was more expensive. I had to tell him to remove it and charge me the correct amount.

Only good for curbside pickup, and even then, there is a good chance that the products you want wont be available. This is probably the worst managed Wal-Mart in the nation. Employees do nothing but wander around looking at phones. Lane lines are always super long and finding someone to help with locked items takes way too long. Corporate should be taking a long hard look at the failures of this store.

Tried to shop for clothes but nothing was put back in place. Clothes just in messy piles that everyone has to dig through. Door says mask required yet they definitely dont enforce it. Multiple people walking around (employees included) without masks.

The management dictates policy & hours of operation at will, with ZERO prior notification, or empathy to those of us who (used to) rely(or relied) on the dependability of the store. This place smells of spoiled milk, the shelves are cluttered & ransacked. This place is nothing but lazy attitudes, poor service & awful smells!!!

After sitting in the Walmart grocery pickup for 45 minutes and no one answering phone I lost all hope. Within the 45 minutes I saw one order come out. I even knocked on the door to see if I could offer help or get my order. No one answered..

Worst Walmart in the area. Doesnt even deserve the one star. Was there yesterday to pick up a few needed items. The store was absolutely disgusting and was a complete disaster. Merchandise lying around in carts throught out the store. Merchandise lying all over the floor and in the middle of the aisles. There was a spill of some sort when I first walked in and all they did was put cones around it. Didnt even clean it up. Lines were long. Self check out I used had no bags and when I asked the cashier she said she had requested some but did nothing to get me a couple to use. So I placed stuff in my cart after checking out, paid and left. The employees didnt act like the cares it all.i rarely shop this store but this is my experience every time I go.

Getting any type of service. And why do certain departments close early. Thats like having a hamburger joint you work for. You are open till 10. But stop cooking at 8. Whats the point

Always packed....long lines and sometimes occasionally not good customer service. They seem to be able to keep their shelves stocked and store clean....just a very popular location.

I do understand that stores are short of help, but the checkout today (Sunday at 10am) was a madhouse. There were not enough cashiers to help. And Jeremy (cashier) was VERY rude. He did not greet me and acted like I was bothering him when I spoke to him. He refused to say thank you. No appreciation for shopping and spending almost $300 at the store. On the hand, there were several employees stocking the aisles and doing various other jobs that were very pleasant. Please coach your cashiers, especially JEREMY on providing acceptable customer service.

I made purchase at electronics and got 40 cash back. Electronics didnt have cash so I was sent on a 20 minute goose chase. When finally the manager comes to talk with me she is excorted by police. I finally got my cash but not from the snobby manager. It took 20 minutes and not one word of remorse or apologies.

I was looking for a specialty juice and this Walmart had it! The price was great too. Only down side is this location is always BUSY! But its worth it.

Dont go in without a list and budget because you will find many things you never knew you needed. Found a fridge filter on clearance (on my list) which was not cheaper on Amazon. Know your prices. Sometimes local is a better deal.

Im not a Walmart fan but this one has really improved over a few years. They were handling a payday Friday night with only a short wait in line. Much better than 4 years ago.

Well...to start with there were no carts and someone sitting on their bottom right there. When asked to get them employees were balking about it. Stuff thrown everywhere you look. On shelves floor. The bathroom was a nightmare toilet paper and maxi wrappers everywhere and once again saw an employee just walk away after checking herself out in the mirror. Terrible need new management or something!!

Had what I need, lines were quick, in and out without missing a beat. Now that, my friend, is good customer service and a team working together

I had the best experience Ive had at this Walmart was today. Monday, Aug. 16th, 2021. (This rating is for today)All employees were friendly and helpful. (The majority of them any way)Summary of interactions with employees:The greeter was friendly, I told him they were out of cart wipes and he said there should be some in there, they just werent sticking out the top. He helped me get one. A lady in electronics called over a man to help us, the man was the least helpful employee, pointed us in the right direction only, without telling us where to go for that item. A woman walking by said that the section with suitcases was completely out because everyone is traveling, when we asked where it was. So, she didnt tell us where it would have been, so maybe they dont have that section right now? Another woman helped us find where ice packs are. The lady at checkout was friendly and price checked a couple things for us as we checked out.We had some items that needed to be price checked so we used a regular check out lane with a person today. The wait was very long. I think there were only 2 regular checkout lanes with their lights on when we left. (There may have been 3 when we got in line)I dont think they have price scanners in this Walmart.The shelves were very messy. The underwear was everywhere so you couldnt tell how stuff was priced. This was true for other items too. Not everything had a price.The sunglasses were almost all scratched. It was hard to find some without scratches. They shouldnt have been stored in a large pile.Our cart was noisy and needed repairs.Several items we looked for were not instock.

This location was decent. Looks like they arranged the food side a little bit better. The store is still full of rude staff or staff not wanting to work. I went in there earlier and back by the personal care area and 3 employees were back there playing and cussing loud. No rude. They could work on their customer service

There were 3 broken motorized riding carts! Please fix or replace! Shopping is so much easier when a disabled person can ride.

Never have carts in store, never have a lot of stuff. Very unorganized and people are very rude and unhelpful at this location. Absolutely cant stand this Wal Mart or the one on Hanley. Wouldnt go to either one if you dont have too.

Several registers closed while people were in line having to move to another register with even longer lines. Store is poorly managed. And the Managers are very unpleasant.

This place is messy and cluttered. The staff I interacted with were pleasant, but not helpful.

Packed to the max. You know the drill... items placed in wrong areas by customers. Long lines. We waited 25 minutes in line. Come here only if you absolutely need things.

Went to load a check onto my card. I got told I would have to cash it first Wich is one fee. Then I had to pay another fee to load it onto my card. Wich I feel was wrong. And that they are trying to get more money out of their customers. I really wish I didnt have to put one star.

Being inside this Walmart makes me depressed and angry. But thats all Walmarts, nothing specific to this location, really. It features the typical display of some of North Countys finer People of Walmart. Ive never had many interactions with their obviously soul-crushed employees, but while Im writing a review, I should take the opportunity to suggest Walmart treat and pay their employees better. Its no wonder they all look like chronically depressed zombies.

Disappointing. I have tried for over a week, to get vibrant life pig-in-a-blanket treats for my dog. Ive also tried to get sun chips, Lipton peach tea. They are always out. It is frustrating to drive for miles only to come home empty handed.

I was so excited when I purchased my new air conditioner!! It was affordable and its so awesome and cool in my home.

I really hate the Walmart on St. Charles rock Rd. The shopping is always a great experience.... But when you get ready to check out thats another story there was only one cashier working in the front of the store so the wait was extremely long this is not the first time that I have experience this while shopping at this store 😔

I got to give him a four today because it was all good but they were sworn with people and the lines were really long and I waited in there for probably about an hour just to get checked out and I only had one quart of oil but Big four Star

The bathroom was extremely nasty I went to both of them, and it was the same. Hair in the sinks toilet paper everywhere.

The inventory is fine they only have 2 people working at the checkout during the peak hours. Had a lot of stuff and had to wait in a long line.

This was the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. First I just needed a charger for my phone but I had to get someone to unlock the case it was in. The worker was standing right at the case I needed unlocked so I waited until he was done with another customer then asked if he could just get the charger while he had the case open. He looked at me and said Im leaving now and I need to go catch a bus so you need to find someone else and walked off. Ok so I look for another worker and none of them can help me. Meanwhile I see the guy from before walk by again and he yells Im off the clock at me, even tho I didnt ask him for help again. They keep paging someone to come to electronics and finally after standing there for 20 minutes someone comes and unlocks it and gets the charger. She tells me she is taking it to a certain register and go there to get it. I assumed its for security reasons and Im fine with it. But then of course there are only 2 registers open and we stand in line for another 30 minutes! There were workers in the line buying stuff and then running off and getting other things while all these people were waiting for them to check out. I was there an hour waiting the whole time and I just wanted one thing. And the workers were so rude. I hope I never have to go there again.

I just had a conversation with the black lady who works in the pharmacy and when I tell you was the worst experience ever Im not exaggerating. If I could give this review less than one star I would. Not only did she yell at me and refused to do her job she then had the audacity to tell me to have a blessed day after she already Disturbed my peace after she was disrespectful to me multiple times and nasty and attitude so definitely try to avoid this pharmacy if possible because its definitely not worth it to deal with people like that who have nothing better to do than just be nasty for no reason

I had to wait at least a half an hour in the checkout lane. It is always a long wait but this one was ridiculous. I only go to Walmart if I cant get what I want somewhere else thats how bad that store is run. I would have given you only one star but an employee took pity on us and checked us out in the next aisle finally.
