Don’t buy your car from hear Perry is a liar and ignorant person. He sold me a lemon I had the car for two weeks and everything started going wrong with car. the car had an oil leak, coolant leak, caliber, water pump ect.. you name it, worst experience in my life do not buy anything from them..

Even if you dont see the vehicle your looking for, they will search their other locations to help you find a car. Alan closed the deal and got me approved, even with my credit being shaky. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a used vehicle.

Yesterday was the second time I had bought a vehicle from VIP. The sales guys are absolutely amazing, especially Alan. They did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I want. Amazon put the wrong description on the page. VIPOutlet went above and beyond the call of duty. They let me chose which options I wanted and actually gave me a much better computer for the same price. Thank you very much Edwin for your great customer service, and I think youre great VIPOutlet!

Horrible experience! nick the 400-lb salesperson was extremely rude and tried to finance me at 10% when i have a 760 credit score and multiple paid off auto loans on my credit. Then he said this is best we can do I know you really want the car. Actually, i dont need your business you piece of crap.

They scam their customers

Overall I had a good experience working with Marisol and Cole at the VIP in Bridgeton, Nj.They worked hard to get my business and succeded. Cole patiently listened to my concerns and Marisol was a sweetheart, especially so on the day I picked my car when she was extremely busy.I will recommend VIP Auto Sales.

My wife and I went in just to browse when a MW3 Jeep Wrangler caught our eye. The whole setup and everything it came with was incredible! The only issue was having trouble with the price. We werent able to commit to such a price. We had gone back on multiple occasions still thinking about the commitment. Edwinn was generous enough to constantly work with us and be patient! We are very grateful for all the time and hard work that Edwinn and James Mauro put in for us! The customer service and vehicle has exceeded our expectations. Glad to have met Edwinn and James Mauro to have made this purchase smoothly.

Slimy, scammy place just as I figured. Autotrader trade-in offer was nearly $14,000...my car was in perfect shape except for a couple hundred bucks in minor repairs that were necessary (ANY used car will need something). Tried to tell me the car was worth 5000 dollars less than this offer. Nick emailed me saying they will have a check ready to go for my car beforehand after sending him pictures and explaining the condition of the car. Hope this place burns to the ground, I ended up selling it for $16,000 cash 2 weeks later. You didnt get to screw me haha.

After calling about my contract on my 2011 dodge journey I did some research of my on, I went and found the picture of the sticker price I took that was on the car from my SD card in my phone and just like I thought 10,000 dollars, Now they tell me in their computer its 13,995 and Im pay interest on almost 4,000 dollars I feel humiliated like a fool this aint going to go well TIME TO LAWYER UP
