Welcoming experience. Kevin took the time to show the pros and cons of the different mattresses. Made it easy for me to select one of the products. Explained that if I was not satisfied after delivery what the return policy was. Go in and ask for Kevin if in the area.

Went to Bed Room Store in Bridgeton, Mo. Was helped by Dale. Have to say it was very good experience. I needed a full mattress and was becoming very irritated with other places I had shopped either physically or online.Seemed like the main problem was either not having the item of interest in stock or trying to sell something else that really wasnt what I was looking for.Dale did great job of determining what I needed in a mattress as well as within my budget. Actually choosing the mattress took less than 15 minutes, and transaction was completed including delivery, ( there is a charge but that was expected ) setup and scheduling.So Good place to shop, you wont waste time and I think the folks here will probably sell you what you actually want to buy.

Salesman Todd was helpful, informative, easy to work with, listened to our needs and we were able to buy everything we needed AND stay within our budget. We are pleased with our purchases and have since returned for another 2 mattresses.

Never again! I ordered bunk beds for my girls for Christmas, specifically scheduled the delivery and paid for set up for this past Saturday - the foot board on the top bunk was split which they said they would replace but then the bottom head board was made wrong it bowed in and the bunk beds cannot sit on top of each other because they do not line up. So they again said they would replace them - OK great however i had to call 3 places, the store that i made the purchase from, then call customer service then the delivery / install company - all are different. now in order to have my kids Christmas present their bunk beds functioning by Christmas i now have to take off work to have them come back out - now all three companys said they were sorry however not one person offered any compensation or understanding and passed the buck from one another. i did what i needed to in order to have their beds up by Christmas, scheduled the delivery for a Saturday for my convenience and well in advance for all this to work out the way I - me the customer who just spent over $700 - needed it to work YET what happened was not my fault at all yet I am the one being inconvenienced just days before Christmas.

I having been purchasing my Beds and furniture from the bedroom store for years! I have nothing but good things to say about the bedroom store. Last year I purchased a therapeutic mattress that allows me to elevate my legs and head to help with back pain. I also purchased today a bed and Chest for my guess bedroom. I highly recommend making your next bed purchase at the bedroom store!

My experience was extremely pleasant at the St.Ann store. I went in with no idea of what i wanted, and talked to a salesman, Jay. He helped me with my purchase by simply asking me questions, and narrowing down the selections. I then got 3 or 4 choices based on my answers to chose from, which made it less stressful. I LOVE my new mattress. I would have given 5 stars if not for the delivery situation, was not at all pleased with the drivers who came here. I talked to Ron and he was helpful with that part. All in all, i would recommend anyone to buy here, I was treated like I mattered, and I had shopped 2 other stores and did not get that same experience. Thank you Jay, and thank you Bedroom store.
