I recently had a first-ever type repair that I took to Telle in Bridgeton. I had a rodent get into my air blower for my cabin AC / heat in my SUV. I spoke with Dennis about it and they found the problem, then cleaned and sanitized the blower and changed the cabin filter. I also had an oil change and tires rotated. They completed repairs in a day and I was able to pick-up my vehicle on time as promised. Ask for Dennis, he will make sure you have a great experience.

Telle Tire & Auto Center in Bridgeton, MO has helped me twice without charging me! Both times, I went there when the check engine light went on because theyre very near my home. Both times, they were extremely courteous and checked my car and let me know the reason the light was on. Since no work was immediately required, they didnt charge me. I recently went there for an oil change and was very happy with the service. The staff are very friendly and service was quick. I was only there about 35 minutes. I highly recommend Telle Tire & Auto.

Telle Tire is very easy to deal with. Joe, who navigates the front of the house so to speak, is very thorough and pleasant. The diesel mechanics are very good (many are not!). We know if we take our trucks to Telle, they will be diagnosed and fixed right the first time. Great company overall to do business with and we highly recommend them.

The Telle team was so amazing and honest. I was open with the amount I wanted to spend and the quality of tire I wanted for my Jeep Cherokee. I recently had a nail in my tire. Earlier in the year I had to replace one tire and since had tire rotations. They fixed the repair at no charge since it was their tire and fit me in without an appointment. Dennis was awesome to work with.

They got my Patriot inspected and ready for the DMV fast.

I was quite happy with the service I received from all of the employees at Telle Tires. They were all polite, professional, they made me feel like my individual needs were very important to them, and I even ended up paying less than the amount I was originally quoted! Would emphatically recommend.

We came into their store in the morning after a blowout on our Jeep and we were on a tight schedule to make it to Atlanta that night. We needed to stay on schedule as we were closing on a new house. The team did a fabulous job in getting a new tire and for getting us back on the road. I can’t speak more highly about the service we got. The people were very personable and professional.

We were pulling a camper back towards our home in Ohio when our transmission decided to give us major problems. We limped into Telle Auto without knowing we were pulling into an auto repair place. This is one of the few places that can fit a class C motorhome in their bay in St. Louis for inspection or work. Ive also gotten a rim repaired with new tire here that turned out great after having a blow out on the highway. They also gave me a veterans discount. Much appreciated. Great place. They are doing COVID precautions so not much of a showroom for tires anymore.

Biggest joke Ive ever heard. Willing to help with purchase of tires. Thank you Bethany! But after calling another shop. They were very negligent to assist with getting them mounted and balanced. Said they dont have the machines to balance 20 wheels or even mount them. The other shop i called (Telle) wasnt able to even quote a tire for my truck because .... I dont even know? Shop not 15 minutes from another isnt willing or able to get tires?Lacking integrity possibly?Bethany was more than helpful in my painful endeavor with Telle tire.

Never againSet the original appointment. Tell them my car make and model and what I want done (new tires and alignment, if needed). Told tires would be 1 hr, would need 2-2.5 hours total if alignment needed. Block off time from work, come in for the appoint and wait. Two and a half hours later, told I need an alignment, which will be another 1-1.5 hours. Ask what happened, was told the previous service guy did not know my car and gave me bad info. Tell them I cannot wait, then reschedule the alignment. Get home, tires are under-inflated to vehicle specs (41 vs 45 psi). Re-inflate myself.1 week later, come back for alignment appointment. Ask them to add the necessary inspections for titling since I just bought the car. 1 hour later, alignment done with emission inspection. Find out when I go to title the vehicle they did not do the necessary safety inspection!!! I asked for all necessary inspections! Drive home, the ride feels soft so I check the pressure - THEY DEFLATED MY TIRES BACK TO THE INCORRECT 41 PSI AGAIN!!!! IT IS RIGHT THERE ON THE DOOR PANEL - 45 PSI!!! Now I am re-inflating my tires (AGAIN!!!) and going to Dobbs to have the safety inspection done.

We take all of our cars to Telle. They are honest, reasonably priced, accurate with their time estimates and wont recommend services on your car that arent necessary. Having a trustworthy mechanic is priceless and we are grateful for our friends at Telle.

After getting four new tires I had to take it back the next day because the low tire pressure sensor came on. Dont know if that is normal or not. But they hopefully fixed it . Time will tell. They also changed my windshield wipers which I did not request that they do. Could have done it cheaper myself. Also would advise whoever works on a vehicle not to blast the heater and the radio. Update, I want to thank Dennis for his appreciated response to this matter. He resolved this matter. Thats what makes a company great. I will continue to do business with them. Outstanding customer service.

Was prompt and professional when I needed my car towed. Did a quick diagnostic to figure out the problem for me. I wasn’t able to fix the major problem right then but that wasn’t their fault. They were great to work with. Treated me with respect. Kept me informed. Price was a little high but service level made it worth it. Hope I don’t ever find myself in that position again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon them again.

I was looking for a mechanic I could trust since I’ve just moved to town! Also I have just bought an used car and wanted to make sure all the necessary maintenance was in place... It was the only place between more than 5 I visited (including a ford dealership) that I felt comfortable doing business with! They don’t try to push you on anything (I dealt with Mark - Nice guy) and right away understood that I didn’t want to overspend on the car since it was cheap and because I didnt plan to keep it for many years! After they ran the checkup (which was reasonable price comparable to others places were charging - $25) they presented me the report in less than 1 hour with things that were “priorities”, “recommend“, or just “monitoring”, giving you the idea of what you have or haven’t to do considering your budget!Also they send you everything via email and it helps you keep the record of your services.Great place and good and honest professionals. Far better than others ”nice and shine” places and definitely way better than the ford dealership I visited in the area! Definitely I will be back when I need service my car and definitely I recommend it!

I had some tires installed on my 2001 van the next day I noticed a hub cap missing..Went back to telle tire and they are replacing the hub cap that fell off after service..Always pleased with thier service work.

After waiting three hours for AAA, I arrived at Telle to learn that my tire could not be repaired. Because I had to take it to the shop from which I had bought the tire, Telle took the bad tire off and put it in a loaner car, loaned me a car for the night, and put the new tire back on my car the next morning - for no charge! They were so kind. Clearly, they went well beyond what anyone would expect. I will gladly give them all of my tire business in the future. You never know where you might encounter extraordinary people.

I was in this morning after the valve stem on my trailer sprang a leak. North side isnt my part of town, but needed the tire fixed. Telle installed a new valve and aired my broken wheel in under ten minutes...and they looked plenty busy at the time. The nice man behind the counter charged me nothing. I really appreciated that. When I dropped my vehicle off they gave me a ride home and still got my vehicle done when promised even after I asked for additional work to be done .Great people

This place deserves a lot of recognition for how they choose to do business. I cannot say enough about how honest and forthright they are. It is important to understand that this place deserves every bit of five stars even after they made a mistake on my wheels. I think we all have had bad experiences with auto mechanics, only to be made worse by there shady behavior, dishonest approach, and general lack of accountability. THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE REST! They made a mistake installing my rear wheels and it resulted in the rim of each rear wheel getting blemished. After picking up the car I brought it back and showed them the flaws. They took complete responsibility from the very first time and never questioned me or tried to give me the run around. They told me they would do everything to make it right AND THEY DID. Mind you this was no easy task. It took multiple trips and eventually the car had to go directly to Mercedes Benz for the right work to be done. THEY PAID FOR EVERYTHING. No questions asked. I needed a rental car they took care of it. They worked around my schedule and responded to every call and made it all work. Their manager Mark even picked me up from the airport at 10pm the night of the Stanley Cup game 6. It cost them a lot of money to make it right but never once did they ever try to avoid it or make excuses. THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. Seriously who would have ever thought an auto business would have this kind of integrity. These guys deserve to be recognized for how well they take care of their customers. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Had a flat tire. The guys were very friendly and efficient at getting my tire fixed and put back on around my schedule. When I went to pay, the credit card machine wouldnt work so the manager gave me the fix for free this time. Highly recommended

If I could rate them a zero I would. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. Multiple places told me that my sensors were bad. But Telle told me that everyone was wrong and that my car needed a timing alignment and a valve cover gasket. I believed them. They told me that its a big job and it would take at least 14 hours. I dropped my car off on Monday just so they can have it bright and early to start Tuesday. I called up the next day to check on the car and they were already done. I told Jen that they got done really quick. She stated she had her guy work on it all day. So a 14 hour job turned into a 7 hour job. Bottom line my car was back in the shop right after i drove off because the transmission went out. And that was 1050 dollars later. Dont recommend this shop.

Upon my arrival, i was greeted and serviced promptly with friendly faces. Andrew repaired my tire and did a great job doing so. He was very polite and professional. Great job!!

The staff was friendly, and prompt pin checking me in and gathering all my information, and they said theyd let me know what was wrong with my vehicle soon. Rich Shamel and his crew are the best in the business and the best in all of st Louis. They are always welcoming and always treat me amazing. Ive never seen a customer be unhappy or not be tended to.

I had a flat tire when I returned home from an out of town flight. In airport parking garage, called a repair shop asked them if I could get in for tire repair. I get there and they tell me 2+ hour wait. I call 4 more shops explaining my situation and all told me 2 hour wait for flat tire repair. Shamel Auto treated me fantastic and got me right in. I had a 3 hour drive to get home. Couldnt be more pleased with service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Bought tires for my truck.800$was the bill owner ran my card 3 times and emptied my account .2400.00 $$!!!!on the friday before 4th of july. Came back and ask what he was gonna do about it and said well i guess im sorry and thats it!!After ruining my holiday weekend and I was out of town and had to borrow gas money home. Lost me forever and have nothin but bad things to say to everyone I met about Shamel Auto and tire.

Ive been there several times for different things on a Ford Focus. Theyre professional, they only fix what needs to be fixed and theyre really Straight Shooters. They even gave me a loaner car for a day which is as white as you can get. There are a lot of really bad mechanics around and a fair number of crooked mechanics. But with these guys youre in excellent hands.

Overbilling for work not completed. Excersise extreme caution before allowing Shameless to service any vehicle. Avoid if possible...Buyer beware. Good luck...

Shamels was recommended by the DMV for me to get my VIN verification done. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were still able to fit me in and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. The DMV decided they didnt want the VIN verification and wanted me to get an emissions test instead. I Went back to Shamels, appointment less, and was still able to get my test done. His place is clean, and the staff are AMAZING. They were helpful even though I had no appointment and they were obviously busy. These people are true saints. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
