Bad customer service. As a customer I expect better treatment from the lady over the phone. If you dont want to suffer humiliation, well dont call them. Why should I go and give them my money!!? Big no!!

We were on our way home to Florida with the grandsons. It was 3 oclock in the morning, we heard this awful grinding and the front wheels were grabbing.
