The frequent communication by John keeping me updated on the progress of my car was stellar. Making an appointment was easy, as well as the drop off and pick up process. I came in with only bad credit after my previous car was wrecked. Derek Metcalf and Victor Collins did everything possible to find a pathway to a new vehicle quickly and affordably given my situation. Also explained in detail how to repair my credit situation and my options in the future. These guys did me a favor, not just sell me a vehicle. Going as far as too give me rides several times too and from the dealership as everything was worked out...I have already and would recommend them to anyone needing assistance getting on the road again.

Bought a work truck from them. My sales guys was Scott. Said he would get me floor mats for it but still after 3 months keeps blowing me off. Today I went in for a frount end alignment at 945am with an appointment inset up 2 weeks ago. They had my truck all day and did not get it done. When I called at 1130 am and asked about it I was told they had 3 cars in front of me but yet it was still not done at 5pm when I went up to just get it due to them closing at 6. So I missed a whole day of work for nothing. what a joke of a place I would take my business elsewhere. after the sale care I give a big fat 0. Only reason for 2 stars is they did search around a bunch to find the truck I wanted

I live three hours away in another state. The low oil pressure light came on in my 2020 RAM. Fortunately All Star Dodge was two blocks away so I stopped. Jacob in the Service Dept. managed to work my truck in even though they were super busy. They diagnosed the problem and got me on the road again, saving me from hotel bills and a rental car to get home. Great job and very much appreciated!

I went in hoping to get what I wanted, with no fault to anyone but myself, I didnt get approved. The team there went above and beyond trying to make it work. Lavelle was awesome! With a little work I will definitely be returning. The customer service was impeccable, they were awesome.

Around May 25 I walked in to look at a truck. I was unsatisfied with the truck and decided to get another vehicle. Staff was incredibly helpful and very nice throughout the entire purchasing process. A week later the low tire pressure light is on for the front right tire. I take it to a tire shop and there is a nail in the front right tire. 1 week after that the change oil light is on. I still do not complain at all. Three weeks after purchasing the vehicle I still have yet to receive a call regarding my title to register my vehicle so I go up to the dealership. Of course they mailed the title via fed ex to my home after informing me that it would be mailed to the dealership and I would pick it up. So now I have to wait until the title comes back. It comes back 1 day prior to my temp tag expiring. I go the DMV and can’t register the vehicle because the Emissions FAILED! They fix that problem and after paying additional to have my sales tax included, I of course have to pay a small portion of that amount due because of their negligence. Now 1 month into me having this vehicle I notice a ticking in the Center Console when driving. WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EVER!!

Katie at the Service Desk was wonderful, informative and very easy to work with. Ive never had a problem with mechanical work here, however I will never waste my money on a detail again. After paying for an interior detail there is still dust on the dash, in the console, dirt around the door and grass in the floor board. They did use a gallon of cherry air freshener so the truck will never smell like anything else again for at least a year though! Lol

Visited the place twice in 4 yrs, both times very serious about purchasing a new vehicle, And expirenced the same poor customer service from two different salesman. The first visit, the salesman wasted my time trying to push a used vehicle on me even after repeating i wasnt interested in that vehicle. I walked out and leased a santa fe.A few weeks ago i entered inquiring about a new compass. Granted, the chip shortage none on site. I tested a used Cherokee but the salesman wasnt able to explain simple features. Another lost sale.

Jacob’s customer service was great! They had my car finished sooner than I thought. This is the only place I will bring my car. I trust they do it right and I don’t ever feel like I am paying for something I don’t need.

I know they are always super busy so to be candid I did not have high expectations when they said on the phone we could wait for the recall repair. To my utter amazement they exceeded my wife an I’s expectations. The staff was professional, courteous, on point, & on time with everything. While my wife waited she said the salesman were friendly and conversational, not the typical type.. your know “I can get you in to a brand new…. “ they were just nice people. I have no complaints about the van I purchased, nor its price. My complaints are: 1) misleading advertised prices and 2) terrible tardiness in the delivery of paperwork.The prices on their website assume that you qualify for a bunch of discounts for which the the average person does not qualify. They will give you dealer discounts, which may or may not match their advertised price.My temp tag expires in four days and I still dont have the paperwork I need to register it. I have had to nag the salesman for status, as he doesnt get back to me when he says he will.Second star is because the price for the value was quite decent. Otherwise would be one star.

Cut throat sales tactics, avoidance of calls and emails during a deal negotiation in order to not honor a price discount offered and be able to sell to another customer for more money. The market is on the dealer side now, but wont be forever. I buy a lot of vehicles, but none will be here.

Terrible service. Do not get any service package from this place. I scheduled my first service for their all star package and the earliest they could schedule me is three weeks out. So after waiting for three weeks when I get there to drop my car off they tell me they are backed up and will be about an hour and half. Ended up taking 3 hours because they over booked or do not value your appointment.

My salesman James did a great job getting the vehicle at a reasonable price. With him being a new employee, he was very helpful and answered questions to the best of his knowledge. My man went up there some days ago to look at some vehicles and James was the only one that acknowledged him in the parking lot looking at vehicles and asked him can he help him. No one else offered their help. That particular day, James had already gone over things about the vehicle that my man was interested in that he thought I might like. So today, we were able to take it on a test drive. There were a couple of things that needed repairs in which will be taken care of by the dealer with no cost to us. I wished they would have gone down a bit more on the price of the vehicle by it being a 2012, but overall, I think it was a good deal.

The way a dealer treats people that are not buying a vehicle tells a lot about how they will treat a customer wants the vehicle is bought. I am such a person that came in not as a perspective customer but yet having to do business. This is not a place that I would buy a car. The people who are supposed to help me took what I had and walked away. Still waiting. I was not greeted, I was not asked to have a seat or any congenial custom. This place at the air of coldness about it that I find foreboding. Now and then, you find dealerships that are warm and kind through and through. This is not one of them. Quite the opposite.

Havent experience them just yet but they have 2018 Dodge Durango SRT, that was made just for me and they are going to be selling this vehicle to me real soon in the near future

Terrible. Dropped off truck with an appointment. They did nothing all day. Eventually just had to go get my truck so I could get home that day got nothing fixed or even looked at.

Awesome dealership. The service department always goes above and beyond. They get the job done even when I ask for random services like adding dog lights or mirror lights to my trucks computer. Highly recommend!!!

Dealership could not diagnose a warranty issue and as a result charged me for a daily rental that was communicated to me would be complimentary with the warrantee work. I spoke to the Manger and was not called back. Went to another dealer to get the repair issue fixed and disputing the rental charge with my credit card company. This dealership is good for tire rotations and oil changes, but I would not recommend for anything remotely complicated. They dont seem to have the mechanic expertise or customer service to handle the issueUpdate - the issue I experienced happened every time I was in the car for more than 2 months before the appointment. It occurred when I picked up the car from the dealership, it occurred everytime the following week before I brought it to another dealership and it occurred at the other dealership before they made the repair.

You need a car in a fast time.

Tech indicated on ticket“Preformed Courtesy Multi-Point Inspection “When I picked up car there was no results of the inspection. Ask service writer about results and he indicated they don’t do them with free recall repairs.Just had my GMC truck at GMC dealership for recall and received complete inspection results.h

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. People with bad credit are STILL PEOPLE and no one should be treated horribly because they don’t want to be rushed and to be sure that the right decision is being made. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, especially during COVID when most have taken financial losses. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough and being disrespected by the same people that I trusted to help me made it worse. I’m honestly afraid to go to another dealership after this experience.

TODAY WAS A BAD COMMUNICATION....FIRST OF ALL I BROUGHT MY TRUCK BACK 3 TIMES ABOUT THIS SAME PROBLEM AND I WAS TOLD THEY DONT SEE ANYTHING WRONG. I OK THE JOB AT FIRST BUT THINKING ABOUT COMING OUT OF SOME MORE THOUSANDS DIDNT EXACTLY SIT RIGHT SO I CALLED BACK AND CANCELED THE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH I DIDNT SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT 3:52. I CALLED BACK AT 7:50AM AND SPOKE VERBALLY THAT I DIDNT AND COULDNT AFFORD THE SERVICE AND THAT ILL BE UP THERE TO PICK MY TRUCK UP. WHEN SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE ABOUT ME CANCELING THE SERVICE THIS MORNING I WAS TOLD I COULDNT DO THAT AS IF THEY FIXED MY TRUCK ALREADY BUT ME BEING THE CUSTOMER I SAID I CANT AFFORD IT AND MADE SURE I WOKE UP TO CANCEL. Came there for a recall and another couple of issues. Katy Wilkinson was my contact. She was really customer friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me out with a discrepency on my bill. High marks for her customer service. The only downside is that like most dealerships, the cost for some repairs are higher than other places.

I was interested in purchasing a new challenger rt. The salesperson, Tyler S.,. Called me shortly before 8 on. I returned her call within 5 minutes. I was told she may have left and was he would try to locate her. I was put on hold and the then my call was dumped. Tyler called me 2 days later. Not too interested in selling a vehicle. Oil change took a long time because they worked my son in since he had no appointment. Did not know appointment was needed due to Covid. Had never needed appointment before. Had used All Star for at least 6 years. I would’ve made appointment had they alerted that one was needed.

Update. I just purchased a new Ram 1500 from the All Star team. They havent lost a step in the last 2 years. Another end to end great buying experience. This time Brendon assisted me with excellent customer service. It will be a while before we need another vehicle, but we will continue to pass the 3 closer Jeep/Ram dealers to work with All Star.Over the years Ive purchased about 10 cars and my experience at All Star was the best sales experience by far. Will and his team worked with my wife and I to locate the right Jeep and have it transferred here. Going forward any new cars will be purchased from All Star.
