This is by far the best auto glass place. From the time I called about my window being g replaced until the payment, it was amazing. They are so nice and friendly. I will never go anywhere else. I 200% recommend them.

I was referred to Auto Glass Now by a local rental car company that uses their services. I had a rock hit my windshield and I wanted to get it fixed as soon as I could. I called ahead and spoke with Todd, who was kind and assured me this would be no problem, that they had time and for me to come on in. I was about 5 minutes away when I called. Todd got to work before I even made it to the door. In about 20 minutes, my crack was filled and sealed and I was on my way to work. The service was exceptionally affordable and I had a great experience. Im a no nonsense kind of guy and just needed the job done; Which is exactly what I got. Whoever their competitors are, they should be taking notes. Nice job all around. Dont waste your time shopping around. Youll get what you came for from Auto Glass Now.

I really want to give this place 5 stars. But I also have to be as objective as possible. The service is great, they have very good prices and they do a good job. What drags my rating down is the facility. Its dirty, inside-out, front to back, shop to office. The waiting room is down in the basement, very unappealing, no AC. The bathroom... on par. Would I go back again? Sure. I prefer a good service in a ran down place, over a poor service in a shiny palace. If you just drop your vehicle, you will probably not have enough time to notice the bad part, but if you decide to wait for your vehicle to have the new windshield installed and the weather is nice I suggest bringing a folding chair, your coffee or refreshment and wait in the back yard. Not that its a great view, but it beats the interior.06/17/2021: Update on my original review: while I maintain my original rating, I must add that I still highly recommend this place. Putting up with less than optimal appearance is a very small price to pay for receiving good service at great prices.

The front staff was absolutely awesome! I called at 10 am I brought my car in at 1 and was done and out the door within 45 mins!!! Brandon replaced my window, vacuumed all the glass out of my door and car and he did an awesome job! Highly recommend this company!!!

They do great work. They stand behind their work. Big pluses. They dont take appointments so if you dont have a ride then be prepared to sit outside on the hot asphalt for several hours waiting. Also, keep on them, they take customers on first come basis but tend to forget the order the customers came in. Other than that, I still give them 5 stars because they do quality work.

Great service and excellent price. I called to check the price for a Dodge Ram 1500, they told me they could get me on the same day. Service time was a little over an hour, and the price was the best in the St. Louis area.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! My regulator on my window broke this morning. I called around to a few places and AutoGlass said they could get me in right away (first come first served) I purchased a regulator down the street, brought it and the car to them and my car was fixed and ready to roll in less than an hour. Great service by everyone working! If you need a window repair I highly recommend these guys!

This place has gotten so bad . I miss the lady that had it when they were at their old location she was on top of everything and had great customer service. The new manager which is a guy is a jerk it took 2 months before I got a replacement part for my car that they broke. I will not send any business there anymore a total disappointment.

The mirror installed on the new windshield does not look like the one that was on my windshield. This mirror is damaged. Since I had no reason to look at my mirror I cant say they swapped mirrors with me,but I will say examine your mirror before you have a windshield replaced.

Seriously, just bring your car here. Had my windshield done in less than an hour, and half the price of anyone else. If I ever need a windshield (and I hope I wont) Im coming back here

This is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was reccomend by a coworker to go here due to the cost to replace my windshield. When I arrived, everything went smooth, they took my vehicle in, I went across the street to waste some time, came back within an hour I was done.They left my vehicle in the bay for me to pick up up, i drove out, picked my daughter up from school and headed home.When I got home, I took a look at the work that was performed and saw that this was completely horrible. It looked like I took my vehicle to one of those illegal but injection places, and walked out all messed up. My side molding pieces were not in place. My molding wasnt set back right and was ripped on even torn completely off in some places. My cowl is completely destroyed with the digging under it to get to the bottom of the glass. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager Todd, explained what I saw, and he told me to bring it by the next day.I get ti the shop the next day, spoke to Todd and the tech that replaced my windshield. They stated that my vehicle pieces was glued down and everything looked like this when it came in, completely false. He peeled back my side molding and started that the pieces where glued down and we had to pry them apart. My bracket was even broken off and they blamed that on me too. Todd offered to fix the issue but at my expense. Even if my pieces were glued down, they werent though, you mean to tell me the previous place putt everything back nice and flush to the vehicle and you cant.Im dreading the day it rains because it will leak in my vehicle. I have contacted the BBB and now waiting to hear back. This need to get resolved NOW, and I will be seeking counsel. The fact that they had the nerve to lie to my face and say that my vehicle looked like this before it came in, is the worst part.

This company replaced my Windshield and the technician forgot to tighten down my wiper blades. I was put in a very dangerous situation being on the highway in the rain with no wipers.

I called for an appointment and they sent someone out within 2 business days to replace my windshield! Brandon was great and professional with my installation.

Personnel working here were very friendly and professional. They even helped me drive my car up the hill of the parking lot when I didnt feel confident enough to do so myself due to the snow. The receptionists were very patient with me and offered to call me when my car was done which was done promptly. Even though the staff has already told me to have a nice day as I left, the owner went out of his way to do so too.

This is 3rd time using Auto Glass Now, I would probably have to think about it before using again. They moved location from the last time, not as clean as the other location. I had to clean up the inside of my car when I got home, the person used the door panel as a step so it was all marked up, dirty figure prints on the head liner. Probably would have given a lower rating if it wasnt for the pricing. Definitely not the same experience has I have had in the past

I had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago. Sorry it took so long to give this review. Mark and Brandon were GREAT! Very professional and polite. They gave me the courtesy of a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time, and also called when they arrived. The job was done very fast, like 45 minutes. My oil change and inspection stickers were transferred to the new windshield. And its rained several times since then, no leaks. The only issue I have is that my rear view mirror is kinda hard to move now. Maybe it will loosen up with time. But I will definitely use Auto Glass Now again if needed. Will also recommend to everyone. And the price is right. Thank you.

We’ve used this company multiple times before for our dealership vehicles. The dealership is under my name but my husband normally would make the appointment and take the vehicles for me. I recently wanted to make an appointment for a new vehicle I purchased from an auction and was APPLAUD at how sexist the female employee who answered the phone. When I mentioned this appointment was for a dealership and the dealership was ONLY under my name, she demanded to speak to my husband because she “was used to dealing with the guy”. Unbelievably sexist and unprofessional.

I had to replace the windshield for my van. The service for my windshield was really good. They said it would take about 2 hours and it did. My only complaint is I had to wait there and they didnt have a waiting area. I believe a gentleman told me theyre building one. Me and my children had to wait in the basement which was a little uncomfortable. Honestly other than Ill continue getting service from here. Just will drop my car off from now on 😅

We needed a replacement windshield for our SUV. They saved us almost 200 dollars compared to some other places. It took almost 2 hours but just happen to call for pricing and they told me I could bring the car in the same day. It has been almost 3 weeks and the only problem was the GPS on the window came off. It was an easy fix with some double sided tape.

Installation was fast. Courteous staff.***However... the after installation service was (still is) horrendous.They lost a plastic rivet that holds the windshield cowling down. I went back in less than an hour after the installation. The manager said he would look. They lost it. He was polite and stated he would order a new one. After several attempts to see if the part was in ( over the last 5 months), the common response was, It is on order*****It has been 6 months. The part can be bought at a local automotive store or online for cheap.As stated. Installed quick.... take pictures and verify all parts are there. Details make the good review! Could have been a 5 star.

I THEN WENT THROUGH A PLACE CALLED GLASS MASTERS NOT ONLY DID THEY INSTALL THE SAME DAY LESS THEN 2 HRS OF ME FINDING OUT ABOUT MY GLASS NOT BEING IN STOCK BUT THEY CAME TO ME AND THEY WERE THE SAME PRICE AS THIS PLACE

They messed up my Lincoln driver door panel and they didnt hook back up my electric wiring all the way back up. Terrible service. I have to take them to small claims court!

Quick and priced right

I was able to get a quote for my back glass replacement within hours from their website and then received an email. They were cheaper than Safelite by $150. Took about an hour and didn’t need to set up an appointment. It’s been a week and the glass looks great and seems to be just like the original. However, there was a lot of glass left in the back seat and trunk. I understand they can’t get everything, but be aware you’ll need to do extra cleaning. Overall, lowest price I was quoted for and it appears to be quality work.

It was a long wait to get my windshield replaced but it turned out well. I had no problems with the actual service itself.However, I just want to mention that the lobby/waiting area needs a total renovation. The floors look so tore up. It looks very unsanitary and dirty. Behind the desk is so very unorganized and you can see trash and stacks of paper just sitting all over the place. For a place of business, it is very unprofessional to have it as dirty and unorganized as it is. Other than that, the staff at the front were kind and helpful.

I’ve had 2 windshields replaced here on different vehicles. Both times was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend them for all your automotive glass needs.

I just needed my passenger side window fixed I thought I was going to be at least 2 hours or something it was more like 45 minutes or less they did an awesome job!

Got a good price for windshield but very unprofessional install. I already pulled off the trim around my windshield to prevent damage. Theyre was still some trim clips at the bottom of the glass that I thought would not be a problem but they were broke and missing at the end of the job. The spacers at the bottom of the windshield were left out so now my windshield is too low and trim will not fit. Now I will have to remove and realign the windshield properly. Also a wiper blade was broke. When I said something about this one of the installers came out and twisted my blade back in place and said in a spoiled kid attitude There its fixed! As it was raining that day when I turned the wipers back on it folded over again. I made a complaint and was told the manger would call me on Monday. 3 Mondays have passed and still no call. Will not go back, will not refer anyone to this shop.

Do not use this company...They are very unprofessional.Got my windshield replaced and before I even signed paperwork looked at the poor job they did. Told the manager about how the windshield wasnt installed properly, and he argued with me telling me that I was wrong and thats the way it should look. If I didnt believe him, take it to a dealership and they would tell me that it was installed properly.... Having to sign the paperwork, in order to get my keys, I went ahead and signed.I went straight to a dealership and got a statement from them stating that it wasnt installed properly.The next morning I went back to Auto Glass now, showed the statement from the dealership, and they still argued with me saying that the dealership doesnt install windshields so what do they know....Needless to say, they did nothing for me. I left. Im stuck with a windshield that wasnt installed correctly unless I go somewhere else and pay them to do what I already paid Auto glass now to do.But on the upside, I have rain drain rails now... Thats what the manager called it.

They told me to get there at 4.Luckily I was the only customer at 4. Two crew worked on my car.windshield replacement is supposed to take between 45 minutes and an hour. 20 minutes after I sat outside waiting for my car to get done,one nice gentleman came and told me my car was done and I could leave.I thought he came to tell me they couldnt do it I should come the next day.The job was perfect.And they did it in about 20 minutes.Great job .Thank you.I will be happy to come again.

Was recommended by a colleague for the pricing. When I arrived for my appointment, the part wasnt there and they didnt know why. Rescheduled for a discounted price with wipers added for no charge. Appointment was at 1:00, its now 2:42 and Im still waiting!!! Businesses need to understand that word of mouth and punctuality is everything! I definitely dont recommend going here. My time is valuable. Why set up an appointment if you cant deliver?! I took a couple hours off work yesterday and now I will be late today! Dont waste your time. I will be doing another review after the work has been completed. Hopefully its better than the customer service.

Prepaid for my mom’s windshield, received an emailed receipt... assumed all was good. She went to pick up her car and was given an invoice for the job, so she wrote a check. Someone at the business caught the double charged mistake, but chose not to mention it to ANYONE. I called mom to check on her and she told me they asked for payment, so I called and was told “We don’t take checks”... false. Carly shouted back to ask and was told there was a check accepted, the error was acknowledged, and a refund check will be mailed in a few days... no heads-up, no apologies, no immediate refund for their suspicious unprofessional behavior. Guess they figured a little old lady with a walker was an easy mark.Response from the owner ...office was unaware of the double charge and we do not accept personal checks. FALSE. The guy Carly shouted back and forth with this morning acknowledged the check and double charge. The owner states a refund check has been mailed already... cool... to who and where?

I had a windshield replaced on my jeep. They did not take the time out to take the antennae box for my remote start off the windshield. Instead of telling me that they may have cut it or damaged it, they unplugged it under the dash. I had to get another. I brought it to the manager and he made it clear that he didnt care. In fact, he guided us out the door so others couldnt hear how our service was. Please do not patronize this place.

Not only is this place affordable, but the CSR (Carly) was very helpful and answered all of my questions, what she was unsure of she asked her boss Todd who was also an incredible help. Rear glass broke on SUV after business hours. Was able to get me in the next day first thing in the morning. Friendly and fast service. Only complaint is that some broken glass was left inside the rear hatch (couldnt vacuum it all I suppose). Also, some a broken clip or two on the interior panel which left it a bit loose. Still, 4 stars because of how quickly it was repaired, and the price was better than the competition as well.

BRANDON did a PHENOMENAL job on my windshield, and got me in and out! Whoever his boss Is I just want to let you know he needs a raise big time! Five stars all the way and will forever return!

Terrible company. I took my car to them because of their lower price but found out you really get what you pay for. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they didnt bother to clean up my interior after installing the windshield. I should have taken that as an omen. After about 4 months, my daughter was removing the sun shields and the rear view mirror fell off, taking a chunk of the inner glass layer with it. I called them and was told to bring the car by and they would look at it. Well, the manager wasnt even there and a technician told me (while glancing at the car from 30 feet away) that they would not cover the damage. I left and called back to discuss it with the manager who, of course, gave me the same line of bs. They insisted that the damage was not a result of faulty glass. REALLY??!! What kind of company doesnt honor their work like that. Absolutely pathetic! Now, I have to buy another new windshield after only 4 months use from theirs. Obviously I will not be using this company again. Hopefully I will find one that values quality and customer service.

It rained inside of my car this week. AGN Bridgeton put the windshield in a few months ago. Here is my warranty experience... We initially had issues getting them to honor warranty because we didnt have the receipt. Today on second visit they agreed to look us up and replace whole windshield tomorrow after they saw how bad it was. This is cool. That said, yesterday they said to just bring it in for repair without appointment but upon arrival were denied service and told they would not look up our repair without the paper receipt. On the plus side, upfront cost is cheap and initial service was fast. Well see how the repair finalizes and update the review.

They replaced my rear windshield just fine, but my left driver side door they said they didnt have the Audi tool to replace & a cosmetic part from my door was lost in the process.

They quickly replaced my windshield-- BUT there was a flaw in the glass that I didnt spot until I was heading home. Brought it back and they immediately agreed and said theyd change it out at no cost to me as soon as the epoxy cured and they could remove the flawed windshield properly. Came back a few days later and they had me in and out with a satisfactory windshield in a jif.

In town from AZ to visit my daughter. Decided to get her cracked windshield replaced. Great customer service and way better price than any other shop in St Louis area I highly recommend them .

Terrible mobile service. Tech called and gave me a 3 hour window of time in which he was to come out and replace my windshield. Tech never showed up, never called, and never answered any of my calls. When I called the main office, I was told that the tech showed up, my car wasn’t there, and that he called me multiple times. That’s a lie. The car was available during the requested window of time and I had no missed calls. No apology from the main office either. Terrible customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.

Had my windshield replaced. The glue came loose as I was driving back from Moberly. I took it in. They didnt make me wait in the queue. Fixed the problem, no charge, of course. Perfect.

I called this business to set up an appointment, We gave our VIN number, year, make, model to make sure they would have all the correct parts that they would need. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they have the wrong parts and they can’t do the job and that I would have to wait a week. The whole reason we called to set something up is so they were prepared to do our windshield job.The CSR was rude and unapologetic when discussing the issue and at one point tried to blame me for their mistake.They didn’t even give the courtesy of pulling my car out for me and pulling it around front. I had to go into their shop with my 2 year old child and pull my own car out.I will never give them my business and will not recommend them at all.
