This is the second time Ive gotten my vehicle repaired at Car Craft. Both times my car came back with excellent repairs. Friendly customer service. I was told that my car would take two days to get it back. Rental car service was right there on the spot. But to my surprise they were able to compete the job by the end of the day. My car looked liked there never was a scratch on it. My car was washed and shining. I love this place.

The staff at car craft are wonderful. I have had 0 issues having two vehicles replaced there, price is easily comparable to others in the area. They are not open on the weekends, but repairs are still done in a timely manner and it is easy to get a hold of someone to check the status of your vehicle. They do NOT accept cash payments, but they clearly make you aware of this before pick up.

Hit a deer and Car Craft was the shop the insurance sent me to. Very happy with the level of communication and with the over all process. While I hope I never need their services again, I’d be comfortable going back if need be.

First time clear was pealing off leading edge of door took it back then the second time it has runs in the paint a haze or cloudy effect in the clear coat and the color dont match the rest of the truck after two times..afraid to take back cause it might turn out worse the 3rd time

Car Craft did an excellent job on repairing hail damage to my car. It looks brand new again!

My car was involved in an accident and the insurance company suggested that I take my car there. Melissa one of the workers was very unprofessional. She refused to tell me my diagnostic codes after several request. She finally emailed me blurry copies of the diagnostic codes. Many of my dashboard lights remained on such as my check system airbag, was passenger seat belt and others. Horrible experience 😪

First time going to Car Craft. I didnt have any problems. They finish my car 2 days early. They communicate with me constantly. I would go back there to get work done if I need to..

Issue 1, attention to detail: Upon picking up my car for rear panel/bumper work, you can see in the picture the bottom wasnt snapped in completely. Although minor, it shows they dont pay attention to detail all the time. What else will they whoops forget about? Would you want to take your Mercedes/Audi etc to a place that may forget things?Issue 2, customer satisfaction: Their text notifications relay information poorly. The last text I received before going to their shop was on Friday 6/30 Update: We are over the halfway mark! Your Toyota is 100% complete and still on target for 07/03/2017 04:00 PM. CAR CRAFT AUTO BODY Reply STOP to cancel. To me, this conveys the pick up time is 7/3 @ 4p. When Monday came, nope. Car Craft states its entirely my fault, I should have interpreted it as the car should have been picked up Friday 6/30. Since Car Craft is closed Sat&Sun I was charged for car rental sat/sun/mon out of pocket.They did call one time and left a voicemail Thursday evening stating the car was finished, nothing else as to pickup dates, so the voicemail didnt change the text message conveyed something more specific (pick up date 7/3), but inaccurate.If I ran the business, Id be willing to pay part of the rental at least. Given the both issues, I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle to this Car Craft. They can improve on attention to detail (regrettable, given their industry) and customer satisfaction.

I have gotten my vehicle done by them twice and they are very good. The do great work when it comes to their customers.

The tow truck took almost 2 hours to come get my car after I called at 740 am and was told they would be at my location by 815am. The tow truck didnt even leave to come get my car until 825 am and then stopped before getting to my location for another 10 minutes. I barely made it to work on time because the driver took his sweet time getting to me. He could have made his pit stops AFTER getting my vehicle. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tow truck company!!

I made an appointment to get a free estimate for my car and the staff was very flexible and worked with me on a time for me to bring the car in. The place was very clean and neat and COVID friendly. The process was super easy and the staff was very professional.

I was super stressed about the accident that happened to my car but the amount of customer service and professionalism I received from Lisa was way more than I could’ve asked for she put my mind at ease and helped me figure things out. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart I now have my car back and couldn’t be happier

Took car in to get fixed after wreck, went to pick it up and noticed massive amounts of dirt in the paint and a big run, talked to a guy there who said it was unacceptable and he even said what did they do paint it in the parking lot,..so left it to be fixed again, came back to pick it up and was in hurry didnt see dirt so took it home only to find later it looked like was sanded with corse paper then just painted over without smoothing, called back and took it up a guy looked at it and said the primer stretched and id need to bring it back again and when they get their loner car back they would call me, they never did, and this was back in june, july...i have sent emails asking for the store manager to contact me and ive never heard from him either!!! Jennifer Vierdag and claim was through progressive.. and the store production manager was the person that was supposed to call me back and never did, i want to be connected with the actual store manager, and honestly feel i deserve a refund!!!

I was involved in a couple different collisions and Car Craft has done the repairs. They do excellent work and there are no signs of damage whatsoever.

Attitude, attitude, attitude...worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. They (woman at the desk) runs her own show, her way or the highway. Besides attitude, feedback about body repair could see some improvement. They don’t deserve 1 star, but...

My car looks great but i did have a little bit of a problem with someone in customer service. I was told that she was new so I am sure after more experience she will probably be less short and hopefully in the future will take it upon herself to call the insurance people rather than ask me to call them every time she thinks of another question she has for them. Sorry, but that would drive anyone crazy.

I got into an accident and Carcraft serviced my car. Not only did it take only 4 days to repair my car from an intense crash (someone rammed into the back of me), they cleaned the inside, had amazing customer service, and kept me up to date DAILY.I am more than amazed and cannot thank them enough. I feel my car is even better than before. Thank you all!

This place used to be good, my last visit though I had over $200 stolen out of my vehicle and when I told them what happened Barb in the front basically said you shouldnt have anything in your vehicle. I had to file a police report for them to even say they would check the cameras poor customer service and do not recommend to ever get work done here again.

Car Craft was recommend by my insurance company. When I arrived with my car the staff was very friendly and I was in and out. My car was done on the day they said actually a little earlier. They did an amazing job on my car and would recommend to anyone.

I recently got my car repaired at Car Craft and the service was GREAT. Because this was my first accident I didnt know what to do, I was explain everything and it went solo smoothly. I would recommend them going forward, like I was recommended to go. Again thanks for all your help and great job.

I wish I could give negative stars. Work took forever, its still having a problem, they gave me a Free rental but then tried to have me pay for it, they stripped the plastic screws and did not replace them, and communication was completely broken. I work all of the hours that they are open so just getting my vehicle back was a chore. To top that off Im still having issues but cant afford to take off work to get it fixed.

To say I had a great experience is an understatement. They got my car in and finished one day earlier than expected and did a great job!! Thanks for the wonderful service and beautiful finish job!

Initially I was very frustrated with my choice to take my car here because what turned into a week-long fix was now two weeks, three weeks, eventually almost a month. That is, UNTIL I called and spoke with their operations manager one day to figure out what the heck was going on. He went into great detail about why each delay occurred in a way that a non-car person could understand. He even arranged with me to come after hours to pick up my car once it was done. He was extremely professional, friendly, and I felt my car was in very good hands.

A couple of weeks ago someone backed into my new to me Toyota 4Runner and scraped the paint pretty badly. After getting 3 estimates, Car Craft Autobody came in at nearly $300 lower than the others. I was reluctant, but decided to give them a try. Im so glad I did! When I arrived to pick it up, my 4Runner looked amazing! The paint job on the bumper matched so well, youd never know there was any damage, and it was washed, shining, and ready to roll on the promised day! I encountered the most sketch situation/person here, at a auto body repair shop...... I felt like i was in the beginning of a set up. I was so sketched out i waited weeks until i went out of town, and sent my cousin to pay for my car and to pick it up. Literally i waited weeks after my car was done to have it picked up i was so put off.Sorry yo, just seemed like a set up.

Took good care of my 2013 Veloster Turbo when it was in need of some TLC. Did have 1 issue with a short after a headlight install, but they were very quick to get that issue resolved.

Had troubles getting somebody to give me service at first. After that all was well they were friendly, high quality work, and fast.

We had a rear bumper replaced here and paid $2000 for it. When we got it back, our rear back up sensors no longer worked(worked before we took it in). We called to let them know and they said it would cost another $2000 to get those fixed and said they werent working when we brought them in. We didnt want to pay it even though they were working before. This evening we had a flat tire and spent several hours trying to change it and finally had to call roadside assistance because we couldnt get it changed. Come to find out, when the bumper was fixed they didnt put the bumper on correctly and there was no way for us to know. So in summary, do not use this place unless you want incomplete work and it done incorrectly.

Terrible and unorganized!After getting into an accident my car was sent here per my insurance to get looked at. It was originally supposed to be sent to this location but they asked if they could send it their STL location as they would be able to get it looked at quicker, and they would handle transporting and I would finish everything at the Bridgeton location. After deeming my car totaled, I was told that I could get my items out and their business times, but at their STL location. When I explained to them I was told it would be brought back to the Bridgeton location they told me it would be too much of a hassle to do that but that they would grab all my items for me, place them in a box, and send that to Bridgeton. When I complained they finally agreed to tow it. I came to the Bridegton location right after work, which granted was probably 10 mins before their closing time? But the lady at the counter had an attitude and asked me to come back at another time since they were closing soon. I understand wanting to go home, but you dont ask a customer that. I explained to her that because of my job this is the earliest I can be here and was allowed to grab my things. I was able to grab everything except one of my license plates were missing and was told to come back tomorrow. Once I did, it was a huge ordeal they called over to the other location, nobody knew who had it, but by the end of the day my car had been sent to a salvage yard in Illinois, license plate with it(nobody knew how when it wasnt in the vehicle to begin with) and I was expected to go and pick it up.

Very bad service!! Corporate with Geico insurance and try to make more money from insurance! Geico told me to estimate here but a lot of lower than dealer in beginning,so made me had no choice to fix car here. But then after 2 weeks still not start to fix the car yet! Even asked to pay the rental car from delayed! Then after started to fix the car,estimate went up to at least 3 times higher from beginning. I could had fix my car at Mercedes dealer in beginning!! Also told pick up the car in different location after 5 weeks later,but when go pick up the car find out its in another location again!!! I would never go back!!

Verify tow rates before service is rendered. My affordable tow cost me $281.00 for 20 miles round trip. Get everything in writing with this company.

I didnt choose to send my car here and I will never take my car here on my own will or send any one there .. Every one else was ok that I talked to it was the lady i wish I knew her name idk but Im very dissatisfied .. Someone called me at 5:12 to tell me my car was ready but I cant come get it because theyre close once again it was the same lady and rudely she said like I said we close I was just being nice we close .
