On December 15, 2020, I used the services offered by this so-called shipping company. Today is May 10 2021, approximately five month ago and the shipment has not been delivered or returned. Moreover, it has become more and more challenging to recover the shipment or the value of same. I have made several unanswered calls and sent countless emails which I have had few responses apologizing and/or committing to resolve the issue. I have also submitted invoices as per request and in the last email response, he responded I am truly embarrassed over the situation and will reimburse the cost in weekly installments until the cost is covered. I did not ask for this, it was offered as a solution. It is clear this shipping company do not even have insurance . All I want is the return/delivery of my shipment. I had also posted the experience prior and was reassured over two months ago it would be resolved (as per below) as I was asked to remove the feedback outlining my experience and it would be remedied. I am truly disappointed as I read the other reviews of good service which attracted me. Quite frankly, I was robbed by this company.
