They have good variety of groceries. Prices are slightly higher than Gala Foods. Customer service is great.

MANAGER Robert EATS BEHIND DELI COUNTER MASK OFF. DELI WOMAN IS NASTY AND RUDE! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT SPANISH!!! I’ve been here a handful of times no issues, except for it being really small. But today sadly was the beginning of the end. First I order 2 sandwiches from a woman who spoke NO English. Besides the fact she looked like someone’s grandmother, and me having to use sign language to tell her I didn’t want the core of the tomato in my sandwich, I could tell my sandwich was gonna be off, but as long as it had the right ingredients, I was fine. Now I get home and begin to eat one of my sandwiches when I notice Im eating more bread than ham. Which doesn’t add up because I don’t eat cheese, so I’m basically Paying for meat, tom + lett. I decided to see if the other sandwich was made the same, it was. I called the store and spoke to Robert who said it would be fine and somebody else would make the sandwiches over if I came after noon. I did. In which he allowed this women to point and yell at me in Spanish and then I ask him what’s she saying and why is she yelling at me, he says “she is talking to me. And she says you ate some of the meat out. She says she put more ham in there.” I find it horrible how I walked up and asked for him but he allowed her to step up. And he was right in the corner eating a bowl of soup, a manager! Disgusting! I asked him why would he let me come all this way? I told him over the phone if he wasn’t gonna fix it I wouldn’t waste my time walking 9 blocks back being 9wks pregnant. I’m already exhausted. He told me well there are two sides to a story. Wow. Needless to say I won’t step foot in there again. Looks like they employ their family st8 out of whatever country they come from. They don’t know any English, customer service skills or any delicatessen skills. Like put ya rude, dried up abuela back in her kitchen and hire a real professional with yo cheap A—! That’s why you could never compare to New York key foods! Better EVERYTHING!!!!!! All across the board!

Bad customer service,when in with my two nephews and my two kids the register girl was talking bad about KIDS not only that catch up my attention she was being so rude with me at CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ONLY THAT! SHE WAS BEING SO IRRITATING TALKING TO ME. Never going back so nasty talking and then I told one of the man that watch the place that is not the manager nor the owner and he let her slide with that...Ask you’re self a question would ya let ya mother get treated like that ?!

First time their got some good bargains there

The prices are high, as most of these Spanish groceries stores are. Great Spanish selection, but lots of domestic stuff too. But if you cant get elsewhere, its a great place to find what you need. The hot food bar is good. Sometimes I just pick up the pre-made $5 plate for my mom for dinner. Never disappoints.

Great neighborhood grocery. Meat very fresh. A hot food area, Deli, fresh produce, frozen foods, Dairy, canned goods, soaps, paper goods, everything you need. FRESH Rolls, everyday.

Well you know how some Supermarket chains offer free Turkeys or ham during the Holidays, if you spend whatever amount shopping. I remember calling Key Food to ask them what was there Special for the Holidays. Told the Manager I was willing to spend whatever amount. I was looking for a free Pernil. I shopped for My whole Thanksgiving Extravaganza and BOOM I walk out with a free Pernil!!! Thanks # Really Nice People

Lady in the deli is very rude. The store manager is worse alot of their products are expired, especially in the frozen food section. The best employees are the cashiers. Meat section where the chicken is always smells like rotten poultry. And no help finding items.

Very small space. Needs more room for walking. Also needs more American selections too.

I live a few blocks away from Key Food and I go all the time. Yes, it is tight in there but they always have multiple cashiers up and running. Ive also watched them upgrade things like the hot food bar and the entrance. Id go a lot more if they had space for more product. They offer rides if you spend something like $75. Cant really beat the value for a place like that.

Teeny tiny aisles; two people cant be side by side. Everything feels stocked to capacity. Some categories of products have very limited selections. Workers all completely ignored me even as ringing me up.

Deli workers are rude and often mess up the order I grew up on key food in queens and when it came to Bridgeport I was excited but now I’m jus disappointed the cashiers are friendly but the deli workers act like ur begging them something

I love this store, always save me a lot of money. They just dont have a variety of Caribbean stuff. YOU GUYS NEED A CARRIBBEAN AILE. I know there is competition across the street, so that is more of a reason to carry the stuff carribbean people needs.
