Tasty coffee and friendly staff. The coffee was well prepared, with the right equipment. The beans were well roasted to prepare the espresso. The desserts and foods liked great too. Highly recommended if your in the area.

I come in before work for my morning coffee, outstanding costumer service. Incredible flavor from their regular syrups to food menu. I think I’ve tried everything at least once and was never disappointed. I always look forward to their seasonal menus, they have so many vegan and dairy free options! The atmosphere is so welcoming, i think the prices are fair for specialty drinks. Always a good start to my day when i come in. My favorite coffee spot in CT.

Absolutely love source coffeehouse! The atmosphere is great, I felt very welcomed when visiting, the staff was friendly and kind. I love that they offer a wide array of food and drink services from vegan to non vegan food. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend checking out their shop when visiting Connecticut!

5/5 coffee. Strong and just what I needed to start the next bit of my drive. Their food options are all vegan but I cant knock that I just grabbed a sandwich right down the street from Tasty Yolk which was also pretty amazing, if youre coming through here stop at either but. You wont be disappointed.

Just moved to Fairfield from Stamford. Without a doubt this is the best coffee around. Everyone is also super nice which is a hugh plus. The food is yummy and the aesthetic is sick. Love the plants everywhere! Super clean and brightly lit. Outdoor seating available. They follow covid guidelines as well. Happy to have a good go to spot for my daily Americano! Thank you!

My go to coffee house when Im home visiting family. Ive been here a million times The coffee is always consistent. They have a nitro brew that is insane. Just so great.The Drus Donuts are off the charts.Baristas are always nice too. Dont hesitate to come if youre nearby.

Cappuccinos are very good. The roasted tomato pesto grilled cheese is very good. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Drinks are made with care and although the food prices are high, (to me-I dont live in BlackRock) the food is tasty. Had a mocha and almond butter toast. Comes with crystal ginger and 3 whole dates on each slice. Looked weird but was quite tasty and filling. Support your local businesses please.

Fantastic staff, gem of an atmosphere, and wonderful selection of small artisan roasters from around the east coast. I had a beautiful dry-process Panama that was perfectly extracted; something Ive missed dearly since moving out of the city.

I dont come here that much any more (moved out of the area) but this place is the best. Hands down best coffee in CT, the staff is very friendly too. My favorite part is the variety of beans they have on sale. I will still make the trek every now and then for that reason, and you get a free coffee when you order beans. Great deal

Source Coffeehouse has very good coffee and the service is great. I only have had one experience where a male barista (in a Saturday morning) seemed rushed and impatient. I went yesterday morning and the person who helped me was super friendly. The reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the prices. They are way overpriced for what they offer. I ordered a large iced latte and paid $6.00. Plus, they ask if you want to give a tip, which it is really uncomfortable for someone who doesn’t know how to say no. If the price doesn’t bother you, then you should go. But I think they could revise their prices and make it more affordable for customers.

This place is fantastic. Good coffee, nice and friendly staff, space to sit and read or work and every time I visit something gets a little bit better every time so they must really listen to their customers. I used to think the tables were a little too small, boom, bigger tables. One of my go to spots and a shop I’d highly recommend.

Great staff, happy to answer questions and chat. Nice selection of fresh roasted beans from passenger roasters (all bags were roasted within a week from when I was there). Pour over was done really well but the beans used in it seemed to have a tad of oxidation setting in, so maybe they werent as fresh as they could be. 🤷‍♂️ No big problem, still a solid cup, but for the price I would hope for better curration. Cannot comment on food or baked goods but would like to try in the future.

I went with Stowaway, which at first seemed smooth, but, after the second sip, I started to taste salt, which, in small amounts, can help to buffer acid and make coffee less bitter.This is a cheap trick to mellow coffee that should be left for the drinker to add to taste, not something that should be added to the whole pot by the spoonful.I can see why they call it Stowaway, since it tastes like it was brewed with saltwater.

I was sad I didn’t get to try any coffee here. We tried. Went in about 2pm on a Sunday and waited at the counter for awhile. We were patient, and know Sundays can be busy. After 10 minutes the guy behind the counter popped over and said, “I’m so sorry, I’ll be with you in a minute, and I’m sorry for the long wait.” No worries. He then finishes someone’s toast, someone else’s food, and fixes a coffee order for someone else. After that he starts on another order. At this point we’ve waited 15-20 minutes to order and a large group came in behind us. We left without a word.I’m sure, based on reviews that it just have been an off day. Only one person was there, etc. But I can only speak to my experience, and it wasn’t good.

Naively picked the best rated coffee place nearby and ended up at Source Coffeehouse. Found in the comments that the service, the atmosphere and the coffee were great. Let me tell you my experience was far from great. Not a smile, difficult to get information from the clerk and the coffee wasnt bad but not extraordinary either.

Every single coffee is a work of art. The people are good and kind. They even have a big dispenser that gives out coffee coupons, kind words and quotes, and you can add them, too!

Great place to chill out, have a cup of coffee with a friend or 2 or more. Or even do a little work. Easy parking in the municipal lot!

Cute small space but the coffee is not very good. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and it was SOUUUR, both times they made it. Wouldn’t come back.

I unfortunately had high hopes for this place. The offerings are just not good. The choices are slim and simply don’t taste good. The check out process is strange and the food is very limited. I would go once in a while because I would eat at the food truck but now that it is gone, I won’t go here. Please expand your offerings and clean up the coffee prep area, it’s always messy. I don’t think the folks in there think the place is good but see it as more a place to sit and chat. Be good and also be a place to chat! Hate to leave a bad review for a Blackrock business but please make some changes, myself and my neighbors would love a place to have morning coffee.

I work in the area and I started coming to Source about a year ago, the people there always greet you with a smile and make you some of the best coffee in Fairfield county. If you love coffee you owe it to yourself to stop in and grab a cup if youre in the area. Great people, great atmosphere, great coffee. Period

Best Coffehouse hands down. If you want coffee or tea, they have the best... dont go to Dunkin or Starbucks, this is where you want to be.They have a really great iced tea you should try.They have many cute artsy tables and many wall plug outlets on the wall so that you can charge up your cell or use your laptop while youre there, just bring charger.They even have a vegan gluten free muffin. I recommend you go as much as you can.

I tried finding the Coffeebus side of their gig to leave a review for that but, this will do.I get to the counter and receive a beautiful stare down complete with silence. I mean, who even needs a, “Hey, good morning! What can I get you?” anymore in life anyways? Besides, I love initiating server-customer convos. It’s the best.Sooo, I order a cold brew coffee light and sweet. The personal usual I get from pretty much everywhere. Instead, I get an unoriginal cup of [by the taste, I’m assuming it’s either] Chameleon or Califa coffee, which I’m not the biggest fan of & admittedly I could be wrong in which case, whatever brand they do use kind of sucks and tastes just like those two. Just... the coffee was a genuine disappointment because at the end of the day there are dozens of better brands to choose, you can go to Big Y and get a whole jug for a couple bucks more, and make about 8 slamming cups yourself instead of one lousy one.Price was laughable for the product. If I’m treating myself to a $5 cup of coffee, I want to be impressed. Instead I get some 2/10 and an overcharge (I’ve investigated a little & see that via the website).I didn’t get a full cup of coffee, I got a 3/4.Because there are no sizes provided I assumed I’d get, at the very least, a medium, instead I get something short of a “grande” size (for visuals).I was thrown shade when the coffee came to me not light and sweet but watery and black. When I said it wasn’t what I asked for, the girl pointed at the packaged sugar and creamer and goes “Oh, it’s over there you can do it.” Except, any respectable coffee joint knows that one, make the coffee like it’s asked, and two, granulated sugar will not dissolve in cold coffee. So I ask for liquid sugar. She hesitated as if shocked I knew what that was, then dodged behind the window and came back with “All I have is vanilla.” Then as I’m dripping it in to make it the desired taste, I KID YOU NOT(!) she snatches it away and hides it. And I’m standing there like ‘Haha, ah... excuse me?’ which I hoped my eyes could relay as I watched her nervously looking everywhere else.Just stick to Starbucks for a coffee of this price, you’ll be happier. I know a damn good cup of coffee when I taste it but above all else: service means everything. I think a lot of people forget how important that is these days. This place flunked on both. Get better management for the bus or return the loan, jeez. Sure, I’d have you at my wedding, if I hated all the people there.
