They have expanded and started offering new items which is really good. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. The only improvement point I would suggest would be filling the many empty shelves. If you go there looking for garbage bags then chances are you will see empty shelves.

Horrible! Go there because I love the prices. But the staff is unprofessional the line is huge. They always have only one cash register checking out. And youre in line more than 10 minutes just trying to check out. Would have given more star if they were more organized and the staff was more professional and they had more than one checkout counter opened up. But like I said before they have great prices.

It is a terrific store and the prices are really fair as well. I was pleasantly greeted by a up beat cashier. Yes I would recommend this store to my friends.

They never have the cigarette in stock if you as a manager know what brand of cigarettes sale you as a manager should always have them in stock but the manager Lena dosent care that store is always dirty and customer service forget that dont welcome you and if you ask for help that are rude l hope Im not wasting my time and hope this is address thank you for read this.

I have it only one star because the employees are very rude,and have horrible attitudes including the manager,lenda I believe her name is and the other two Spanish girls,every time u ask a question they suck there teeth and their lines are ridiculously long always but yet the employees are walking around the isles doing nothing instead if clearing the lines,store is always messy what do these employees do all day nothing? Cooperate need a to come in that store and do spring cleaning and hire all new employees from the managers down...

Some rude employee didnt let me buy cat food (sheba brand) because I opened the six box pack and took the flavors I wanted. Ive been doing the same for a while and nobody told me anything!! It shouldnt be my problem. The scanner at the register shouldve seen the error before. The employee attitude was what made me so angry. Im a customer not a thief. Fix this!!

I found some really nice Christian birthday cards for only a dollar. On mothers day I paid $8.99 for a card from Walgeeen. I luv Walgeeen 2 but that was overpriced. Should have went to Family Dollar.

Family Dollar located on State Street in Bpt, CT is the most unorganized, dysfunctional, and have the most disrespectful workers around all the way up to the management. This location is in a terrible situation the corporate office need to come and make some huge changes at this store.

They only have 1 cashier in the register the lines be so long I go over there because it close to my house but it time for me to look for a different store..

All staff and Personnel was very friendly although they was receiving a shipment and packages was all over the place they will still helpful and friendly and got everybody through the line on time
