Freeland is a good, family owned and operated garden center.

Our new family tradition is going here the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to pick out our Christmas tree.The selection here is terrificThey have very helpful and knowledgeable employees and extremely reasonable prices.

Rude employee. Talked down and verbally attacked a cashier at a local business and proceeded to use profanity at me when I defended said cashier. Next time you want to be a Karen make sure youre not wearing your work shirt.

Worst service ever. I came here with my mother and were looking for two pine trees and the employers saw we walked in and didn’t even offer help, I called the lady asked for help to choose out a pine tree and she called another guy which left us waiting and when we went back in the store she was telling him that my mom needed a translator ( she hadn’t talked to my mom ) and that we did not know what we wanted, the guy said he was going to check the price or the pine tree and left us waiting inside. The lady saw us and ignored us. We ended up leaving due to that nobody was helping us. They should just put self service sign if the employers are not able to help. The elderly lady working there was the rudest person person this was my first time going there and I rather spend my money somewhere else no wonder it’s always empty.

Purchased 9 evergreen bushes purchased 2 then ordered 7 more the original 2 and 1 of others are doing great 6 died when I picked them up they where a little brown on top was told to put in ground and they would be ok When I went back made good onvone leaving me with 5that died. Was told that they didnt get enough water had sprinkler system on them 3 where good other 6 died with them only making good on 1 will never go back. Will buy at Lowes where they garantee them for a year

Best artificial trees around and great customer service

We recently moved to Trumbull and have tried to get supply at this nursery but they have not had much to pick from until recently. I tried to ask a question on a shrub and the kid I asked asked a different employee to help me. The second employee rudely told the firs employee that he didn’t have time and why couldn’t he help me. They both complained about helping me the second employee rudely told me to wait and brushed me off. Deff never coming here again!

Tree land is always good. A little pricey, but good.

After a poor experience at Q gardens in Milford we don’t hesitate to drive a little further to your store. You are a business who deserves our business. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. In top of that we were treated much more fairly at Treeland. See you in the Spring and we will pass the word on about your fairness.

I have been using Treeland for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable, competitive pricing, great customer service. In addition to getting all my lawn care products from them I also just had a sod delivery and their price and quality of the sod was amazing. You can not go wrong with this company. I highly recommend them

If you want a nice selection of artificial Christmas trees..... this is the place. It has the most trees on display that we found. Pricing can get up there. We spent $500 but it is a great tree, very realistic.

They dont really know what they are doing. Asked about a bush we had a piece from to get more and they couldnt figure out what it was and it ended up not being very rare. Pricing is hit and miss so check how much you think the plant is before going to register.

Went for some ice melt (lowest price around) and bird and squirrel food and they have the largest selection and lowest prices I have ever seen.
