Had carpet removed and installed yesterday. They guys did a great job. The price was very reasonable. The only reason they don’t have 5 stars is due to the guy at the store taking my order and not putting my ticket in. I ended up waiting all day after for install when i was told 10 am. BUT Sara was great with getting on top of the mix up and being able to get the guys out to me that same day. It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend, just follow up with install date &time after you pick out your carpet .

They are good. I like the showroom no fluff and all stuff. Makes you feel like your not paying for a bunch of fancy decorations and spiffy salesman. The guy who shows you the carpet is probably the guy who installs it. My favorite part is when you call, if your lucky enough to get through the lady picks up and says two words carpet store priceless and I love this kind of place, really great people and great prices. This is the way a carpet store should be. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for carpet installation without having to go through middle man and a chain of corporate enterprises that take 90% and give 10% to the people who actually show up and do all the work.

I was only looking for a small remnant and was totally able to find what I wanted with a nice low price. The guys there were really helpful even though I wasnt spending much. I was I had gone there sooner.

Worse ever I called left messages never called back I went in person made a appt for measure they never came out .. they lost alot of money because not only I wanted my stairs done but I had decided to do my whole basement .. I missed work waiting for them they said we will call u 20 min before arriving never received a called I kept calling all I got was vm .. very bad customer service..
