I am a huge supporter of small businesses and making sure I post an honest review since I myself and so many other people rely on them. This review is an unbiased review of my experience with Twin Hull Boats. The picture below is of my boat, a 2000 Rinker 330 Fiesta Vee. I have been using Twin Hull Boats for my service since I bought the boat in 2001. Quick story is, I found my boat in Fla, Chris, owner of Twin Hull allowed me to have the boat delivered on a truck to the yard to be launched. There were repairs that needed to be done from the survey and I had them done by Chris, CJ, and his team. All of the work that was done was proposed to me prior to the work being done. Everything was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work performed was absolutely perfect. There were no grease marks, the boat was nice and clean and they exceeded my expectations. Regarding the price, as mentioned the quotes for the different repairs that were needed, blocking, launching, parts labor, it was all proposed to me prior to anything being done and the price was very very very fair especially for the quality of work performed. This is a second generation, family owned business around for 30 plus years that was handed down to Chris from his Dad. They pride themselves on their name and reputation and the quality of work they provide. I highly recommend them for any type boat services needed and I refer as many people to them as I as I can. Every single person I ever referred made it a point to reach back out to me to say “Thank You” for referring them to Twin Hull Boats.

We purchased a new World Cat 255DC from Twin Hull Boats. Unlike our interactions with many of the boat dealers we met as we shopped for boats, we never felt as if we were dealing with salesmen simply trying to close a deal. This was our first time purchasing a fiberglass boat - we were upgrading from an aluminum fishing boat - and throughout the transaction it was clear that we were working with a company with a passion for building and modifying boats. CJ answered our questions patiently, helped us design a number of fishing enhancements to the 255DC, and continued to be available to us once we were on the water. We couldnt be more pleased with the result. We absolutely love the catamaran, and if we could give Twin Hull Boats 10 stars in this review, we would do so without hesitation.

Please take your boat to them .. 1: If you want to get charged for service that was not performed 2: Be told there is no problem despite knowing that there is a problem and telling them there is 3: and then be told that if the problem reveals itself later you can bring it back and we would make an adjustment in the future work cost because we charged you and did not determine the problem that we charged you for to determine in the first place. And then when you do discover the problem yourself and call back you want to here literally: we are too busy so no discounts for you.Or you can take the work to someone who actually has an ounce of professionalism, honesty and care for their customer.

Outside of his honesty and high integrity, he has been fantastic to work with. Between October and March we exchanged 34 emails, multiple texts, and many phone calls. He was always prompt, helpful, and very courteous. He went way beyond the expected to address all my questions and take care of the services I needed.
