Mozen and his son are amazing. They do nice car work with reasonable price. You wouldnt feel that you have been robbed. They are located next to auto zone at state street, Bridgeport.

I have been getting all my cars repaired here for past few years. They are very professional and do a good job. Very reasonable and honest people I recommend them to all my family and friends. They are very clear and upfront with any costs involved so no surprises that what I love about coming here. Other places like Firestone etc dont care they just want to quote you the highest prices and take advantage of customers thats why I would never get any repairs done at Firestone.

It is a mechanic which is professional, good price and best customer service in that area. If you do not want to go to mechanic again for same reason, you have to go there. Because they always give a quarantee what they are doing.

I had my car repaired at West End Auto. A few months later the part that they fixed fell right off my car! When I went back, they said no problem and ordered a new part. After the owner put the new part on the car, he told me I had to pay for it. He was already paid before, and if he had fixed it right the first time, it wouldnt have fallen off. He told me if I didnt pay for it on the spot he would rip it right off my car!! I had to pay him for a bad job! He had a hostile attitude too. Then two weeks later the part was gone again! Either it fell off again or he stole it back. I will never, ever go back there again!

Boyfriend had worse experience with this shop repairing his car...Owner yelled at him & Lied to his face & Couldnt produce receipt for the repairs done when asked.. Said the car was repaired but same lights on. Do yourself a favor and get it done at a reputable shop NOT HERE.
