Its OK ..went to get my sons car ford 2010 mustang a tune up and other stuff..1st you have to make an appt then when appt arrives the staff tells my husband they no longer sell cars at this location Only service cars..OK..but then he gave him the quote they wanted a crazy amount to service an American car ..their prices is MORE than Volvo which is crazy to me..I didnt think it would be cheap...BUT at least cheaper for maintenance than a foreign car...becuz of their crazy prices and no dealer discounts like Volvo I opted out of the $1000 diagnostic im not sure if its just this location and them tryg to make up for covid losses but crazy...My son is now having another issue and Im going to the Milford location so we will see hiw much they cost..and if its the same amount I will be disappointed ...he should a got a Volvo like I told him but he wanted whated he wanted

It’s a long story. But, needed a new f350 while traveling and pulling a 5th wheel. This is during the chip/vehicle shortage. Just happened to stumble upon a 2022 that just came in. Stan was fair, succinct, and great to deal with. Can’t say enough good about our experience.

Service advisors are friendly and informative, never had an issue.The parts department was my sole source of OEM parts for my 2015 Ford Police Interceptor, and they were always generous and offered me wholesale pricing on parts. After waiting on hold for a bit on the phone to confirm they had an outer tie rod in stock. I was informed they had it and to mention when I get there the wholesale pricing. After arriving and waiting outside for 20 minutes for a parts representative to be available, I finally got in. After another 5 minutes or so waiting to be helped/them locating the part, I was informed the best he could do was retail price.Im not as disappointed about not getting the discount as I am that I was told I would receive it on the phone, then drove all the way to the dealership and after essentially a half hour left with nothing.Taking my business elsewhere. Learn to set reasonable expectations.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150. Roberto Rodriguez was a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring salesman, and wasn’t overbearing at any point. The whole staff was helpful and kind throughout the whole process. This is what it should feel like to buy a truck. We will gladly go back when my wife needs a new car! I had problems with the alarm control, I had already changed the battery and it didnt work, I came to this Dealership, I was very well attended, I could imagine it would take time and be expensive to change the control, but I have an employee named JOHN, believe me, it solved the problem in less than 1 minute and for free ! I just recently purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 here, and the experience was amazing. Since I knew what I was looking for and had test driven something similar, the salesperson I was dealing with, Shaun, knew that we could get right down to the money aspect of it. There were no hidden gimmicks that usually come with internet pricing, and the price on the website is what I got when I was doing the financing.Overall, I would happily purchase from these guys again, as they have been consistently good even since 90s when my parents bought a vehicle here.

Park City Ford has always been a place that I went for service, due to my prior place of employment being close by. The service advisor Brad has always been helpful, kind, and courteous. Great guy!The only complaint that I have with this place now is that the service department RARELY picks up the phone. I mustve called 6 times a day for 3 days straight, and did not get in contact with anyone. They never have been like this before. It recently started about 2 years ago. I literally had to call other departments of the dealership in order to reach the service department. When discussing this problem with a few salesman there that I know, they confirmed that it was a growing problem that people have been complaining about.If I did not physically go down to the dealership twice over 10 days to find out some information on when my car would be completed, I probably wouldnt have heard.On the upside, the work that was done turned out GREAT! I never had a problem with physical damage, or poor results with this dealership.Just...pick up the phone.

Had an appointment to get a recall done at 10 AM. Called to say we were going to be a couple minutes late and they said no problem. When we got there my wife went in and they said we do not have the part for the recall and then it will not be in for two weeks and there are 27 other vehicles ahead of hers. The service department seems unwilling to help at all.

I bought a extended warranty from Park City Ford for over 3500.00 and they refused to take my truck in for a oil leak that they tried to fix three different times. I tried to get away from park City Ford and have Stevens Ford work on my truck, Stevens said they would not work on something that Park City worked on three different occasions for the same problem a oil leak, and that they were hacks there at Park City Ford. The reason they wouldn’t take my truck is because I wrote a honest review about them that they didn’t like. The review was sent to me by Ford Motor Company. And I really didn’t even want to go back to Park City but ford warranty told me I had to. Funny thing is that when they refused to take my truck at Park City, the service writer said the Service Manager would call me back. Well the grumpy service manager never even had the nerve to call me back. Just like whenever I called to find out the status of my truck when they were working on it and left messages they would never call back. The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen from a Auto Dealership. I would tell anyone who needs service or a new car to go elsewhere because of the way they do business at Park City Ford. It’s a miracle that they are still in business. Also there is no excuse to refuse to work on my truck that they were never able to fix with three tries just because I wrote a honest review. I thought the reviews were supposed to help them better there services, and they always said to be sure to take the review when the work was completed. I just wanted to share my experience with Park City Ford so others do not have to go through what I did with these people.

I had a great experience purchasing my F150 . Jasper made the buying of my truck very easily, from negotiating to pick up. I had some issues with timing on picking up my new truck. Things kept coming up at work and had to change a few pick up times and Jasper was very patient with meuntil i finally got my truck. My experience at Park City Ford had mixed emotions Im grateful for the work that was performed on the vehicle however the customer service could use Improvement upon entering the customer service department I literally stood at the desk to drop off my keys Etc and It took about 8 -10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were gentleman working in the service department at the time and they were talking you know to themselves and walking back and forth Seemingly doing other things even coming up to the service desk to use the computer but no one said are you being helped or we will help you in just a moment to where I had to say excuse me Im here to drop off my keys for a recall on my vehicle after I said that the gentleman said Oh I thought you were already being helped and he apologized making a little joke about it that they had the worst customer service ever. The gentleman was very friendly when I was finally acknowledged.

Great experience with both leases from Park City. Jasper helped me with my most recent lease and was excellent. I would definitely recommend him and Park City Ford. Going to lease or purchase a vehicle can be a stressful experience and I anticipated it would be but, thankfully it wasnt at all. They didnt pressure me like other dealers did. I just picked up a used Focus. I worked with Joseph who made the whole process smooth. Everything from the test drive to a minor fix before purchase was no pressure. This is the second car that I have purchased from Park City and everyone from Joseph in sales to Gary in service is awesome. They want to have a good relationship with their customers long beyond just the sale and that comes through all my interactions with them.

I was having an emergency with my Escape, which was just over a year old. It was a computer problem, which caused the cooling fan to fail to turn off when the can was off, thus running down the battery. I called several dealerships, but Park City was the only one that was willing to take my car the same day, AND I DIDNT EVEN BUY IT THERE! The service department was short staffed that day, but you would never know it by the courtesy and professionalism displayed by Brad and Dave. My problem was solved that same day. In this day and age, I was pleasantly surprised with such wonderful service. I will be taking my car to Park City Ford for service from now on!

While I hate the fact that my truck needed urgent repair -- while I was out of town on vacation (!) -- I will gladly concede that Park City Ford was a pleasure to do business with. Their small 2-man service department is outstanding. Exceptionally friendly service from John Calzone, especially since I was on a time crunch, no appointment, desperate, etc. Again, while I would have preferred NOT to ever be in for surprise service, I will gladly award great KUDOS to all the folks at Park City Ford. The repair was expedited, and I was treated fairly, and feel like MY needs were of paramount importance. John kept me well informed, and had the vehicle ready when promised. When I came in for an oil change a few months ago, I asked Brad for a quote for the cost of a new carpet/padding for my Ford Escape as well as a quote on the cost of carpet/padding and installation. He gave me a quote for about $500 bucks for carpet/padding and a little over $1000 bucks, for carpet w/ install. I came back a few months later after we determined we could remove the carpet and install the new one ourselves fairly easily. I brought the car in to fix a leaky sun roof and while I was there ordered the carpet from Brad. When I went to pick up the carpet, Brad explains that the cost would be over $750 for the carpet/padding. I reminded Brad of the quote and what he said and he stumbled and suddenly had memory issues. He explained that he would talk to the manager and call me back. He never called back and when I went the next day to pick up the escape and expressed to me that he still needed talk to Mark the parts manager. He then proceeds to tell me that it was marked up since he quoted me which is a total lie. Ford is not going to do a $250 mark up for a part in two months. I was beside myself and told him that he could keep the carpet. He then went an talked to Mark again and then modified the cost to $600 for the carpet. I will no longer be going to Park City Ford for my oil changes and/or any other service. This is not the only issue I had with them today. I went to bring my sunroof to get repaired and they left the rubber weather stripping on the front seat of the car and completely forgot to re - install it. How did they test the sunroof to see if it was leak free if they never installed the weather stripping around sunroof frame to make sure it sealed properly? I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of service I received.

My experience has always been great with Park City Ford, but recently they went above and beyond for me after I got into an accident and needed my car repaired. They scheduled me for the same day got the work done in that day and I received a very good price considering the accident was not covered by my insurance. For a dealer this surprised me the most. Park City has lost my business!I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for an oil change and brake service on August 8th.  I was told that I needed new brakes and the rotors turned.  Almost $900.00 I paid for a so called professional brake job.  As I drove the car home, I noticed right away, the brakes werent right.  I called Brad Tobin, my so called, service rep who supposedly cares, and told him there was a problem.  He told me to bring the car in on Friday.  I drove my half hour to your dealership and Brad had my brakes checked.  As soon as the tech came back with my car, I was told that they werent right and needed to be fixed.  Brad could not tell me why the vehicle was not test driven after this brake job.  I was also told that there was NO bay to get my car in to fix my brakes that day and I would need to once again bring my car back on Saturday to fix the brakes on my $900.00 professional brake job.I brought my car in Saturday at 9am and waited for it to be repaired.  I waited, as a matter of fact, for 2 hours for the brakes to be fixed.  When the car was done, I drove it home but after driving on the highway, something still was not right.  I looked at the rotors that were supposedly turned again and fixed and found deep gouges in my rotor.  I called in and spoke to Brad again who told me to bring the car in Monday.I brought the car in Monday and was met with, what I describe, as an attitude by Brad when I asked him to see the service manager.  The service manager looked at my rotors and knowing right away that not only were they damaged by the tech but were dangerous. See the photos below!Nick Service Manager took very good care of me and fixed the problem, even giving me a vehicle to use until the work was done.  When I picked up my car, the brakes were finally fixed.  It is the job I should have received in the beginning .Then, trying to give Park City one more chance, I sent Brad an email on August 21st asking to get an appointment with Dent Wizard for my vehicle.  He wrote back and said the guy usually comes on Thursday but he would have to check.  I wrote, no problem, please let me know.  I heard nothing.  I wrote a follow up on the 23rd and had still heard nothing .  Im not so sure why Brad has always taken care of my appointments in this manner and now nothing.  Even if he was going on some type of vacation after the 21st, he could have taken care of it that day and simply had someone check with Dent Wizard and given me a date.I am disgusted that I have been treated this way, even after I have been put out by the poor service.Although Park City may have an honest Service Manager, dont take the chance of a dangerous situation by letting Park City and Brad Tobin get a hold of your vehicle!

I had a 13 mustang, and tried to change a recall airbag. However I went to their shop like 4 or 5 Times, every time they said it would be there next week but no.Also, I tried to do a brake work because I haven’t drove it for like 4 months. And also oil change and battery change. They said everything include labor would be under 700 bucks but actually they charged me almost 1k without changing the battery. Also they told me the water pump was broken and they replaced that as well so they had to charge me like 300 bucks. However the water pump was totally fine and they haven’t done anything on that. They talk, they get money.Did have all the receipts so please don’t say “you are not in my system”.Tired of that and already sold my mustang.However people here are at least friendly. Did a trade In for a brand new 2019 f150. Worked with Shaun and Evan. They didn’t try to rip me off or harass me through several phone calls like the other ford dealerships in Fairfield county. If you don’t buy from Shaun or Evan you’re not going to get the best deal. AND you’re going to regret it. The rest of the team at park city ford are awesome too. If you’ve read this far, just drive there already.

I ordered a part for my truck and we brought the truck to make sure it was the correct part. I came back to tell them it was the wrong part. John at the parts department was very rude, told me several times he really does not care and and used the F word. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I could call Ford they cant do anything because they are privately owned. Very rude, disrespectful and they refused to give their last names. Do not go to this parts store, find another.

Park City is not getting my business anymore. Terrible service. In one situation, I had to bring my car in 3 times because they told me they had the parts, then suddenly didnt have the parts. It was a recall. So I guess Ill just keep driving around in this death trap, eh guys?One of the service guys said hed call me as soon as those parts came in. Guess who never got a phone call?Brought my car in many months later, for another slew of recalls. Got my car back making an annoying rattle noise. They had to fix it, then tried to blame me. Nice.At this point, my Ford will just be traded in when the time comes.

Purchased new Transit van and nonstop problems, broke down on the side of the road 3 times within first 20k miles. First time was 2 weeks after purchase. Service was rude, condescending and not helpful. Will be going else wear for our fleet.

My car was damaged and I was told to bring it to a ford dealership to have it repaired. Being from another state (here for college) I was pretty hesitant about bringing it anywhere that my peers had not been to. I made an appointment online and when I got there the service was great. I was never talked down to and everything was explained to me in detail. I ended up having more damage than expected and the mechanic kept me up-to-date every step of the way. If I had to say anything critical its that every time I called the service department I got the generic all phones are busy and I had to leave a message. Once I left a message though, I always got a response within the hour. All-in-all a great experience and my car is as good as new!
