Incredible. Everything was explained to me, fast service and the guys were extremely nice/professional. Was quoted $250 at other shops to get my air-conditioning recharged I paid $70 at minute lube and my air-conditioning works perfectly. I highly recommend

I got a flat tire on 95 and pulled off the exit and just happened upon Minit. I just pulled in just to have a place to park and call triple a. The manager Victor immediately offered to help and repair the tire, and his technician Luis took care of it right away, they were friendly and gracious to help me.

My new go-to oil change service station. I discovered this place on Groupon last year, and returned yesterday. The young men Julio and Alfredo gave great customer service. They were courteous and professional. I didn’t receive all that nonsense other oil change service stations lay on you. They gave my car the attention it needed.

I got a oil changed here it cost me $101 like Im a jackass I went to VIP last Saturday and got a oil changed$60the best with a free car wash. Minit Lube is the worst place for a oil changed they need to close down

I just finished coming there not too long ago and the service there was amazing, they helped me figure out what type of oil I should use since I’m still new to my car and I was so glad they were able to help me out, the service is amazing and they make you feel at home. Will definitely be coming here for winter time

Total disaster. I came here (against the advice of my father who had a bad experience here) to get my oil changed because I thought the dealership price of $100 was high and I was in the area. Price for a synthetic oil change seemed to be $79. It wasnt until after the oil change was completed that I was told it was $139!!!!! Whatever... waste of $40 but the real kicker was a day later when the check engine light came on. I popped the hood and saw that the air filter that they had removed to try to sell me another one was jammed back into the air filter box, bent, and 2 of the 4 screws were missing. There was a large gap in the cover letting unfiltered air into the engine. I am furious. Who knows what else they did.

Did a great job on changing my oil for a good cheap affordable price everybody was so nice and polite I came in they did what They had to do and I was out in no time but what I really loved about it was the craft and the hard work that these guys put into their job because they don’t play around they do the work and get it done

They tried to tell me my 2014 Legacy could only get the oil change that was $79.99. They refused to put 5w-30 into my car because it could “blow up”. Beware of bait and switch.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for a couple of years now And we never had a problem- Service is great and the staff is very professional- we had to do a complete flush on our Vehicle this time. Vehicle is running so much smoother now- would recommend

This place is amazing with awesome customer service. I went back in early October when I needed an oil change. They did that for a great low cost and even did a free check of all other parts of my car, and filled all my fluids for me! I am definitely coming back here anytime I need help with my car while at Uni and I recommend that everyone does the same.

Been here for a few oil changes now and its always been quick and painless. The guys working here do a great job and will let you know if they notice anything without any hard sell to do the work.

These guys used to be good. This time they wouldnt honor a coupon and changed the oil, but didnt check any of the other fluids, tire pressure, wiper blades, etc. Not sure what happened here.

I’ve been twice, the first time on a Groupon and I loved them so much I went back again today without one. It’s a great deal either way, the service is prompt, and the employees are actually kind and personable. I experienced no high pressure sales or dishonesty. As a woman, I usually hate going for oil changes, but now that I’ve found Minit Lube I’ll actually be going back on time!

I have been going to Minit Lube for several years and they have always provided excellent service. They will have you in and out within 15 minutes. Plus the owner and his staff are friendly which is also a plus.

Great Oil change shop. Quick and no hassle. Technician very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance information. No pressure on needed equipment- wiper blades, air filter, marker bulbs etc. Topped off all fluids and checked tires. Very professional and courtious service. Credit card machine out of paper - no receipt given. However, they did offer a e-mailed receipt for paperless billing. Will return and recommend!!

Close to noon on Saturday, and I knew better than to try my mechanic this late in the day for an oil change. Passed by this spot at first, as I was heading to my backup mechanic. Got to my backup and they were swamped. Skkrrtt! Skkrrtt! Turned around, arrived here and there was only one other car. Harry and Michael hooked my car up. Communication is important, and it was clear here. The recommendations didnt present like requirements at all. Ive been slacking on service, so the recommendations worked for me and Im a satisfied customer.

Drive in drive out oil change for $35. You dont even leave your car! Decent conversation with a couple guys while you wait, whats not to love?

By far hands down, the best oil change place. There no pressure but always suggestions on what need to be done. I’ve been going there in a couple years. Nissan Altima, Nissan armanda, and now my Nissan Pathfinder. Maintenance of your car is important. There are professionals, call them DR. Automatic because they will keep your vehicle 🚗 running 👍🏾

If I could rate my experience a zero I would because I am greatly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service at this place.Yesterday (2/10/2020) i went in for an oil change for the 2nd time at this place since I last changed my oil with them. At this time when I arrived I was met by two service men who were completely different then the two men who changed my oil the first time. Mind you the 1st oil change was fine and was informed that they used regular oil and my car performance was not alter or changed. But this time, a service man of west indies/ Caribbean decent who was unpleasantly sharp and rude suggested I needed a different type of oil (expensive) and told me I needed to change my headlights and back lights. As I may note my car was in standard health besides a oil change for which was my sole reason for being at this place. As one of the serviced man fiddled in the front of my car presuming to be changing my oil the other (Caribbean) fiddle in he back of my car presuming to be changing my lights. After some time had past one in the back told me he could not fix my lights and offer no point of reference for where i could go to change them. Then the guy in the front finished. Afterward i was given the priced and after payment was told i would be email a repeict of the service and payment and was then flagged off.  While being the whole time I had a total sense of discomfort and uneasiness  regarding the manner of service and lack of communication from the service provider and his overall conduct and behavior towards me. I did not feel comfortable raising my concerns due to the fact that I was female in the car with my 9 months old baby surround by two grown men. Not suggesting that they are violent or anything but I was not going to put myself at a disadvantage. Nontheless I decided to drive off and although it wasnt apparent at first I had noticed a little while after getting on the highway towards route 8 my car performance was very off and driving sluggish as of it was hesitant to accellerate and drive. Along with that issue after exiting the highway to pull over and pull up the email where the receipt would be to contact the place to notify them of the condition of the car, the email did not entail a receipt of the recent service nor was there any contact info rather it was an email of a completely different facility not located in CT and under a different name called Castrol Premium Lube Expressed which according to my researched is located in Port Jefferson, NY. So I had no recipet or contact info on them. And when I looked their name up online to get the contact  number, when dialed with was the contact number of the Fairfield location. So with that being said Imediately drove back towards them and notice my check engine light came on which was never a case nor issue with my car. Once I arrived and parked my car I immediately went in and expressed the current state of vehicle health and disappointment. The Caribbean man who was apart of the duo who worked on my car was standing in front with total defensiveness as I confronted him on the matter of my car.I am appalled, upset, dissatisfied and discontent by this and very ashamed by this type of service.

I went there for regular oil change yesterday, I called before I got.there and thay told me the oil change for my 4-cylinder car would cost $25. When I get there and the guy started they told me $35. I ask the guy what happened he said he told me $35 on the phone, and I know I heard $25. I just let it slide. I should have go to the dealer where I paid $20 all the time, only because its in Stanford. God have mercy on them

Unbelievably quick service. Pulled in to the parking lot and the garage door opened. We were sitting in terrible traffic on 95-S, saw the sign for oil change, got off the highway, and were home with new oil 29 minutes sooner than google originally predicted!!

Super fast and friendly. I was out 30 min after I pulled in the lot. They checked all my lights and tire pressure. Thanks Victor!

The worst place ever! I did my oil change couple times and thanks to an awful men that he yelled at me because I got my car inside and I usually do it like that, when they are available space. This is not the way to treat a costumer at all!!! I suspect it was the owner of this place. I recommend many people here now I regreted, and I will do the opposite since now!!!

They wouldnt accept my groupon. Yeah one of those places that advertises and sells them, but doesnt honor them.

My first time using this shop, found them on Groupon. Had an oil change with premium filter and synthetic oil. Victor, the manager, explained everything he was doing, gave me a break on the premium filter (not covered by Groupon) and gave me a heads up on some other maintenance that needs to be done soon. I wasnt subjected to a heavy upsell on additional products and services, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Michael, who guided me into the bay and conducted the safety check, was courteous and professional. Will definitely be back!

The Manager( From India I think) tried to say i needed more quarts than my car needed..(tried to overcharge but I checked my manual). Plus the Hispanic worker tried to tell me my filter was in need of a replacement,. I left and I went to Vavoline. No hassle with my oil change or filter!! Don’t try me. Vavoline was no pressure or hassle. Just bc my car is nice doesn’t mean rip me off. I’m a girl who knows about cars

I went to receive an oil change the other they requested that I receive a cabin filter and air filter and gave me price of $40. I decided to go back to take advantage of the deal they taxed on additional $25 from the previous cost they quoted me I will never ever use there service again.

The price was high and after the oil change my oil light came on. I took my jeep back and I was told my gasket was bad and my seals were bad. They never offered a fix for me. Not used to that in my mechanic I used in NY

Horrible service, waited 30 min and the manager allowed a van to get in front of me and clearly they were friends, when i said i was next, he said no your not and i asked if he can check the cameras because i have been waiting for 30 min, he said im the manager and if you have a problem then leave so i left.
