I called to see how much it would be to put on my bumper. The guy on the phone said come here and i said im parked in the parking lot and he said come inside. So as i get out my car a guy (dont know if its the same on that was on the phone) comes to my car takes 1 look and says in a loud aggressive voiceThis is a $3000 work, you need this done that done and starts to walk away. So i said well i dont have $3000 but all i need is my bumper put on and he says im not puting your bumper on and continue to walk away so i said well i just have a question and he turned around with an attitude and said what so i asked if i order a bumper do i need the bumper and another piece or just the bumper and he said no just the bumper and walked inside...smh bad customer service

There are many body shops out there but not like M & F. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their work is excellent, on time and very well priced. After I got into 2 accidents with my truck it was pretty banged up in the front and back side and when I brought it in they where such a pleasure to deal with, taking the time to explain and walk me thru the process. I was in a tight situation bc I had to pay out of pocket and after being laid off from work for some time now from this virus, they helped in a way I can never forget. For sure I thought I was gonna pay at least 8k but they where able to cut the price down by 40% and not only did they save me money but I had some dings and dents on the side panels and they fixed them for nothing. The work and paint job was immaculate as if I never got into a accident. You can tell they take pride in their work and being in biz for 40 years you can tell they know their stuff. I told a few ppl about them when asked about the repair made on my truck and it seems as everyone knows them or knows someone who had work done their. Freddy the owner is such a good guy and very funny I may add and I would never forget what they did for me. So if u know anyone or u need any work done to your car, M & F AUTOBODY In Bridgeport, ct should be your 1st choice. I also have to add that I had no car to get around so they gave me a free loaner.

M&F auto body is amazing! I have been there several times for body work on my 08 Nissan and they are amazing. The service is fast and very reliable. I started going there after I had a terrible experience with Nissan. I dropped my car off on Monday for body work and to have a broken belt and catalytic converter changed and I got it back today! I highly recommend M and F auto for any work. I got in a small fender bender and he gave me a quote that day and was able to fix it for me within 3 days. He also gave me a rental car in the meantime to get around! He is very friendly and does amazing work! When I got the car back it not only was perfectly repaired but also clean! I went to see Larry at M & F to get an estimate when my car door needed to be replaced. He was professional, straightforward, took the time to explain the repairs in detail and provided a reasonable timeframe. Larry was helpful in answering all of my questions about insurance coverage and offered solid advice about the best way for me to proceed. He provided a loaner car in great condition on the spot and even took care of additional minor incidentals for me free of charge.

Larry is super knowledgeable and straight forward, everything he said he would do including the time it would take was completely accurate. I was recommended M&F through a friend and i most likely will not go anywhere else. Friendly staff, clean place, had to bring it in ONE time and that was all. I had a great experience working with Larry. He is a pretty funny and straight to the point kind of guy, no BS. He’ll give you fair prices. I had a huge hole in my Nissan Murano’ trunk. He gave me a range of what it would cost out-of-pocket to fix. He helped me find a part off of another car to lower my cost. The finished job was quick and beautiful like brand new. They take cash credit or check. They give you a time and they do very well to stick with that time frame. Highly recommended for auto body jobs will try to go back to him again for other mechanic repairs and see how it goes.

Larry is a honest good guy. He has fixed 3 cars of mine the last one a 2018 Honda Civic white pearl paint (pearl paint & white extremely hard to match) my car looks like it did before the accident. He is fair priced and even gives you a loaner car. I’ve read reviews stating Larry makes fake accounts and writes his own reviews. I went to M & F after a friend of mine made the suggestion. I met with Larry Jr. and he took care of the rest. I went in for some damage to my front end, when I got my car back it looked as if it hadnt been damaged. Larry and his team are very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. Worse Auto Body Shop that I have ever experienced - they stole my HID bulbs from my headlights & did a horrible paint job - which is peeling in under 2 years!!! I was charged for factory parts & received cheap low quality aftermarket parts. 100% crooks! Watch out for Junior, he is very deceptive!

If I were you Id run far far from this place. They have a crooked greedy guy running this place. A young tall white guy and i believe his name is larry. This dude tried to steal my car i brought in for an estimate. He lied, lied to me just to get me to sell him my totaled loss car. This dude got fired from progressive for his scams stealing the company money and now he s doing the same at M&F. I wonder who in right mind would let a scumbag like this run his business.My story is very long but to keep it short, this dude charged me almost $600 just for 2 days of storage and for him to take the car apart for the ins guy to see. He was mad coz i wanted to get my car out of there fast. He wanted to keep it longer so he could charge me storage or to steal parts from it. I wouldnt let that happen. I already reported this business to the department of insurance.He also wanted me to pay him in cash. Who knows why? Maybe just to keep most of it from the company.I was fooled by their 5 star reviews but dont be fooled! They created fake google accounts to write their own review. Trust me, i have no reason to lie. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Went to get an estimate. The person prompted to do it could be heard scoffing cause he had to get up. Very abrupt manner and not very friendly. Refused to to even entertain doing an estimate without even hearing what I wanted because it was an older car. Search elsewhere.

“It should take about a week or less to fix your car.” Two weeks later I pick up my car and 45 minutes later there’s a transmission issue, the car is totaled. Don’t go here.

They did a great job on my Mercedes and at a very nice price. I have referred my son and a friend and they were equally pleased.
