Called to ask a question about my car and the man who answered the phone was very rude. Talking to someone else and basically ignoring me as I’m asking my questions. Why bother even answering the phone if you didn’t have the time or he could have put me on hold. Then he proceeded to tell me he does not want to fix my car and what I’m asking for is impossible yet he rarely even hear what I was asking for as he was talking to someone else the entire time.

Got my car back quick better than new.. John and crew are a class act

The owner of the shop is a lier. He is good at getting the body work done.. But, when you need other parts for your car. He lies and tells you they are genuine(Honda) parts.. Then the guy he gives the work does not even install all the parts.Now the whole job needs to be done again. Absolute nightmare!! Do not bother to waste your time with these guys.

My mother had her car towed. I called for the info. $365 for a over night tow and storage. I asked for him to break down the fee and he spoke so fast I could not write it down. I simply wanted the break down, however he became rude and told me he would tell me when I came down there. He proceeded to hang up. Do not use this company if you can avoid it!

My experience wad awesome with them but some of you are getting over priced. The regulations are with in the CT DMV site. They can not charge you any price! And i have proof

My Grandmothers car was towed because she exited her vehicle and left it unattended at an intersection. She left her purse in the car with credit cards, money, and her personal belongings. She called me extremely upset and frantic about what happened. I called City Line and explained the situation, the individual who answered was extremely polite and very helpful. Of course, the amount required seemed a little high but because of the sympathy expressed over the phone with what my Grandmother was going through, made me feel better about her having to go there and get her car alone. I was out of state and unable to assist her. My grandmother got a cab to the location and when she arrived the staff there helped her up the stairs and sent someone to the car to get her purse. When she got her purse back nothing at all was missing, which was wonderful because she had over a thousand dollars in it. They gave her directions, helped her to her car, and did their best to help minimize the charges. kudos to City Line for taking care of the elderly, as well as being honest!! Thank you!

Great quality workmanship

I can not say enough good things about City Line. I was in a serious motor vehicle accident recently. Abraham, one of their tow professionals responded quickly and moved my wrecked car out of the way in record time. Even the responding state police trooper commented on the speed of the clean up. Abraham chatted with me in the impeccably clean cab of the truck while the trooper wrote up the initial accident report. Once we got to the shop, the manager/owner advised me to take all of my belongings and my license plates as he said it would be deemed a total loss. This advice ended up saving me another trip back to City Line, as the car did end up being deemed a total loss. The shop and the storage yard were clean and organized. The professional and empathetic employees of City Line made a tremendously positive impact in the direct aftermath of a life altering experience. Thank you.

I have been a City Line customer for decades ever since a friend recommended them. I would go nowhere else to have body repairs or major work done.

Awful man at desk is rude and will take you for all he can. He yells at you and cuts you off and is by far the rudest person I have ever meet. Do not go here ! Avoid like the plague.

Obnoxious and rude. The filthy female peasant that works the counter, the one who looks like miss piggy with a rats nest on top of her head openly mocked us to our faces when we tried to pay for the tow. I tried using AAA in the first place but my tow truck driver got turned away because the city of Bridgeport gets paid by this dump of a place to contract all tows. No wonder they treat everyone so poorly as this pathetic excuse for a business thinks theyre invincible because they work hand in hand with the police.

Went to sign permission for auto to be towed elsewhere. Had to deal with owners belligerent attitude. Heard from others about bad experience.

Horrible. Had vehicle towed after a crash. They then moved it from the main yard to some secret place and all my belongings inside magically dissapeared. Terrible customer service and a complete rip off.

Shady place with a bunch of rude crooks. cash only for tows- do not do business with these guys
