Tire light came on in the rental car we were driving. Jeremy and staff were wonderful!!! They looked at the tire right away and it was replaced in under an hour. Jeremy even spoke to the rental car company to get everything taken care of. I cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you!!!!

We were having traction control issues with my wifes car for a while. I knew the car needed an alignment since having a strut replaced. According to a code also, that kept coming up. I called these guys on a Saturday around noon, and they got the car in immediately. We werent there for 5 minutes before the car was on the lift and hooked up to the alignment machine. After about 20 minutes, the tech came and grabbed me and showed me what he had done, and what needs to be done in the future for her car. No BS, no salesman, just straight here it is. These guys are awesome! I wish I was better with names, but I remember the service. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else for tire service, but here. The price was way less than expected, the service was great, and we havent had an issue with my wifes car since. BTW, it was a steering sensor, and it solved the problem. Top notch guys...keep it up!

The guys here in Brewer have gained me as a customer from now on. They took me right in and helped me out with swapping over my tires all in under 35 mins. This is a trustworthy shop.A few years ago I was on a road trip from Maryland when my car got a flat tire. Initially I pumped it up, but then I wanted to get it checked and patched right away. I was concerned about stumbling upon a shady mechanic who would take financial advantage of a traveler in distress. That didn’t happen. Instead, I found Tire Warehouse, and the folks there were super helpful and professional.

I went to Tire Warehouse in Brewer, Maine. I was sure I needed an alignment. After putting on my 1 new tire that I needed they came out and said it was fine and didnt need an alignment. I was shocked that they didnt just do the alignment so they could charge me more money. The customer service was amazing and the fact that they price match is important to me. We have 4 vehicles in our household and I will definitely be taking them all for all of our tire needs.

I ordered my tires the wrong size because Im clueless. They totally understood and made sure that the right tires got ordered and I was able to go in 2 days later to get the right tires installed! Thats awesome turn around time considering that it was a Friday, during the busiest season for them. It was fast and the service was great. The guys here are dope! Knowledgeable, efficient, fast but thorough, (😂😉), I was actually going somewhere else and stopped here by accident. I got great tires, cheaper than the quoted price I had from the other place. I had an issue with a couple of factory bolts that need to be replaced with different pins before they could do my alignment so they let me know, told me what to do and where to go. This Tire Warehouse is the absolute best. These guys got me in on a Saturday night five minutes before close for a tire that had been losing air and found out it was a slice in the sidewall of the tire and I didnt have a spare. My subaru needed four tires and I wanted to get by for another week but this forced my hand but these guys went online for me and compared prices to every garage around and even tire rack to get me the lowest price (even though they were already lower than all of them). The amount of care and peace of mind I received, they have a customer for life and I will always come here from now on. If i could give ten stars I would! If you are debating on a great tire place with knowledgable tire experts, come here these guys are amazing.

These guys go above and beyond. After a great experience purchasing multiple sets of tires from Jeremy, I ran over something last week and cut one of my tires on my work truck. I had a 10,000 pound trailer hooked on it. Jeremy sent a guy with to come take the tire back to the shop and get me up and running again. Ive always gotten great service here, it isnt always super quick (they can be very very busy) but they tend to be good at predicting how long it will take if you ask. Prices cant be beat and Ive never felt like they are second rate in any regard. I do think the Brewer location is the better of the two in town but you cant go wrong.

Tire warehouse is under new management. They really took great care of me. Ill be a repeat customer. And plan on referring everyone I can. As a former employee of town fair tire I respect how honest the staff were. Great guys. Went out of there way to get me the tires I want at a price I can afford.

After getting a flat that we thought needed to be replaced, we called Tire Warehouse who informed us that they had our tire in stock. We were in a bit of a rush and the added they could get that fixed for us right away. We pumped up our tire and drove right over. Within 5 minutes our car was pulled into the bay and the process started. About 2 minutes later we were informed that the tire was repairable and we did not need a brand new tire, which saved us a ton of money. We are so please with the quality service, speedy work and kind employees we encontered today. We will definitely be coming back for all our future tire needs and will recommend everyone else do so as well.

I had called the night before with concerns with my vehicle, that was the product of another competing company, Todd said he could deal with it 1st thing. The morning came, I dropped my vehicle, they problem solved, remedied the issue, all 1st thing. Less than a half hour. Too boot, did it for half price. Highly recommend

Awful! I brought two sets of tires to be mounted and balanced one afternoon. The manager there said he would call me when the tires were done. He never did. After going and picking them up after 2 hours, I finally realized once Id gotten them back that the weights that they put on the inside of the tires which were sticky weights, had fallen off because they didnt even clean the rim surface before putting them on. Would not recommend ever.

I was headed to the hardware store on Sunday afternoon, I had my spare on and a flat in the bed of my pickup, when I saw Tire Warehouse in Brewer was open. I stopped to see if they could fix my tire. Now, I’m terrible with people; I don’t try to be; it just comes out that way. I work alone and have zero people skills. Anyway, when the manager told me they were booked until Thursday, I got a little smart without really intending to. His response was appropriate, considering. After the dust settled, he explained why they were so busy and said if I left the tire, they’d try to have it done by five, and we shook hands. The manager had a firm grip, and he looked me in the eye.I rolled the tire to the kid in the outside bay—I say kid only because if age sixty was a rattle snake, I’d do well to keep a snake bite kit handy; early twenties is still kid to me—had a Florida minivan up on jack stands with all four tires off. He was clearly well into a no fun job, despite that, he was friendly and took the time to see what I needed. I liked him, and I could see he had a good attitude toward his work. He said he’d get my tire done by five. True to his word, when I rolled back in at five of, it was patched and waiting.They’re probably not going to hand you a latte and a feather duster when you walk in the door at Tire Warehouse so if your looking to be tickled or barista’d this may not be your spot. On the other hand, if you’re curious about where the rubber actually does meet the road, they’ll talk tires. I don’t know how long the plug they patched my tire with will last. The tires should have a couple years left in them. I might get that out of the plugged one; I might not. All things being equal, a plug, even if state of the art, is likely not going to wear the same as original rubber. We’ll see. What I do know is they put up with me and helped me out on a busy Sunday afternoon when they didn’t have to. When my current tires are worn out, I’ll look to Tire Warehouse in Brewer, Maine first.

I picked up a nail in one of my tires and it went flat to the rim in a matter of minutes, so I made a semi-emergency trip over on my pathetic donut spare to see if theyd even have time to look at it today. Not only did they make time, but I was in and out of there inside of a half an hour with a perfectly repaired tire. I could have, and absolutely would have, waited to make an appointment if it had been necessary, but they just took care of me on the spot and got me on my way. You all rock, and unless something else goes wrong between now and then, Ill see you in October to get the snowshoes put on. :-) Thanks again and again!

Quick service very nice crew great tire price

Well, this time around, the person that waited on me was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. It only took half an hour to change 2 tires. My previous visit, the man there that said hed been there for 17 years was very condescending and it took 2 hours to change 2 tires. So, if I had been asked to write a review a year ago, it would have been only 1 star.

I went in there to get my tires swapped over to my brand new rims. The guy at the counter told me 20 minutes, well give you a call when theyre done. I went home and waited for the call, 4 hours later I went back in and demanded my tires and rims back. They asked me, Oh you wanted those today? Me apologies buddy! I would not recommend or even step foot in there again.
