I went in there today and the lady with the Afro was really rude. I needed help with the copy machine and she acted as if it was a bother or that she was too good to help out. Also when I went up to the counter to ship my trade in phone FedEx ground, the girl at the counter was just as useless as the lady with the Afro. I recommend going to the FedEx in Concord. It is so much better be and the workers actually care about helping you. Stay away from the Brentwood/Antioch location.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to return a few items recently and on two separate visits Ive had the wonderful experience of dealing with Jaden. He was so genuinely courteous, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. He always has a smile on his face! He doesnt know I am writing this review but after my wonderful experience both times, I had to come home and make a point to write this review (I normally never write reviews). Keep up the great service Jaden because I truly believe great customer service is a very difficult thing to find these days, especially in young adults (sorry to say). Thank you!
The folks here were all extremely friendly and helpful on several visits.There were a few technical quirks with what I was doing and they helped me all the way through. Prices were reasonable.This is the go to place for many different services. I like that I can handle all types of print jobs from multiple sources, even do photo printing or rent computer time. Oh, and they handle all types of packing and shipping, but I’m still more of a pack it yourself self and go to the post office kind of guy.
Great customer service! The young man that helped me at the counter looked up at me at with new eyes, despite the customer before me being very rude to him, about things that had nothing to even do with the store, or business there. He still help me like I was the most important customer you ever had.Plus I showed up literally right before closing.
Im in FedEx everyday right now dropping off documents for next day delivery, because I work as a signing agent/notary public (in addition to my day job). This location happened to be closest in proximity to a signer I met with yesterday, and I need to scan and send a few pages after leaving that client.I arrived and scanned in my first set of docs, but the screen on the machine froze and I had to switch to the next machine to scan the rest (their 3rd scanner was out of service, so the next client to enter had to enlist staff help). I tried to get the staffs attention before switching machines, but people dropping off docs kept strolling in and nobody really looked my way to offer assistance, which is why I ended up moving spots.In the end, I was able to scan and send everything and get a couple of receipts, so: mission accomplished, but it was nothing like the service I get at the Walnut Creek location, close to home.

FedEx can help you with whatever you want to print, even enhancements. Took my crumpled photo poster and Greg D did fabulous redo, as good as original! US Postal had smashed a nature poster into our mailbox, ruining a gift with folds and breaks in color, and I did not want to tell the friend about it. Greg D at FedEx Lone Tree scanned it in. While I watched, he patiently highlighted the damaged color areas with mouse, matching it to surrounding image. He asked for my input to make sure I was satisfied with the changes. When he printed it out, he saw it was a tiny bit darker than original -- hes got a good eye, so he lightened it and that print looked exactly like the original. He saved the redo on my flash drive. I paid $2.98 for an 11x17 print and $7.50 for the File Enhancement service, and I could not have been happier. Walgreens would have charged $12 just to print from a good jpg but there is no way I could have gotten a good digital image without the FedEx service. I also brought in a pdf on flash drive, three separate pdf photos that I wanted layout with very little borders. Greg D quickly did that layout to my satisfaction and saved it to my flash drive, as well as printing the new layout. Since I later needed to make more copies, sure glad he had saved that to my drive. I do not own Acrobat Writer, so I needed the help. I will definitely come back. This was during busy season and I was standing in the wrong area (they have 1 line for everything) but manager told me in a nice way about where I should get in line.
All the employees are friendly. Two of them (forgot their names) have been especially helpful with ideas for my essay.
The service here is hit and miss... Ive had great service some days and horrible service others. If you know what you need before you get there the service is good. If you need help its a crap shoot.
On Saturday, September 17, 2017, at approximately 1700 hours, I received extremely poor, unfriendly and not helpful service. That is, having entered the Store, standing in line and eventually stepping up to the counter where I was standing w/o being addressed nor serviced by the Store Associate.The Indian perhaps Pakistani (unsure about the ethnicity) Store Associate who stood behind the counter, not only looked past me (over my right shoulder) for no less than 15 seconds before making eye contact and ascertaining what I need and never mind that my greeting wasnt returned.After he finally attended to my needs and researched the destination for my mailing to Germany and inforrming me that a valid Zipcode is needed and after my replies, he once again looked past me... however, this time he turned his head towards the parking lot and focused at length to a happening (seemingly another individual in the parking lot), before returning his attention to my questions.In short, I retrieved my envelope and exited the Store, albeit, I uttered to myself... youre not paying attention to me and simultaneously removed my envelope from the counter.I am not returning to this Store!
3 employees at 4pm on a Friday and 14 people in line. Would have been quicker to drive to the sorting center in concord.
