Great service. Expedient, and professional.

Place left me cold for no reason. Talked to the guy early in the day. They never came. Called them and they made an excuse to not having my address but I sent it. And it shows delivered which means they received it. I made this order a day in advance and spoke to the driver while at work. They called me much later then expected. When I didn’t answer because phone was charging in another room they just never showed. I saw the missed call an hour later and was hung up on and when I called back no answer. Don’t trust these people. I waited in the cold for hours just to have to call another company.

I ran out of fuel on Saturday night wasnt sure what i was going to do since the next day was Sunday. I made a few calls and every other oil company kept saying they can deliver on Monday until i called UNIQUE FUEL, James was a lifesaver, so kind and willing to help me, within 90 minutes i had a full tank of oil and he made sure my burner was up and working. Thank you so much James and Unique Fuel for being a company you can rely on.
