Waited 33 minutes for one bowl and 2 sandwiches. No one was inside when we got there and only one lady came in after 15 min and got her 2 drinks. Will never eat here again.

My first time trying vitality bowls. The vitality bowl was delicious! I will come again and try other bowls and smoothies from the menu.

Have almost never had a bad experience here! Staff is always friendly, on top of it, just all around great! Shout out to Manager Annalise in particular, for keeping the place running at optimum!

Longest ever wait for a smoothie in my whole life!!!! I get that things are made to order but unless theyre picking the fruit in some Narnia like closet in the back somewhere it shouldnt take that long, the employees seem like theyre there to party ( music blasting she could barely hear me and instead of lowering the volume she told me to speak louder) and not to work speedily and efficiently, and as far as smoothies goes taste like the McDonalds one for 2x the price, but so honestly if your reading this dont bother unless you want waste your life and money.

My daughter and I called the Brentwood location 3 times and nobody picked up. When we arrived, I asked if the phones were working. Cashier said yes but quickly moved on. Clearly she was bothered by my asking... she looks bothered as she shares with her coworkers and they all simultaneously look in my direction.Non apologetic, rude and as SLOW!!! as can possibly be. We arrived at 5:25 and didn’t get our order until 5:52. Very young staff in desperate need of training. I’m all about supporting our local businesses, but I’m also all about GOOD customer service.

The couple times I have been to this location have not been good, the first time they took 40 minutes to make a SMOOTHIE. And they weren’t even busy !! When i received my smoothie they never even said anything about the wait or apologized, the second time I went I ordered a smoothie ahead of time on the phone and they said 20 minutes, so I got there 20 minutes after that phone call but it still took 30 extra minutes. And my smoothie was disgusting I couldn’t drink it . Also it’s pretty pricey so I recommend making smoothies at home because they are tasty and you will save money and not have to wait a hour .

People working they’re were too busy talking and completely forgot about our order. Had to wait for over 15 minutes. 👎🏽

I also been waiting for an eternity to get my smoothies. Theyre are four staff, and have already been waiting 20mins or more today. I order at 1417, and the order was complete by 1417. Bring your camping gear if your ordering smoothies.

My daughter loves the kids bowl with a grilled cheese panini. I like the nutty bowl and tried a few others but haven’t found the perfect one. Today, I tried the Immunity Bowl it was overwhelming with too much raw lemon and ginger. I did not taste any banana or mango in the base.

Absolutely delicious and healthy- the cashier/host was very helpful and gave me guidance on what I might want. She was patient and not hasty, and made good recommendations. I really liked the place,If Im ever nearby Id go again.

Love the product don’t get me wrong but I just had to wait 33 minutes for my bowl. Then another 16 minutes for my panini. Total of 49 minutes spent inside waiting on product. Not the kids fault that are working there don’t get me wrong but they need more staff on hand to be able to keep up with demands. I won’t be coming back to this location if I can avoid.

Both my husband and I love this place and it’s gaining its popularity among coworkers as well. You can find them on Instagram and see pictures and video of their food and drinks.

I have no idea how they are as a service or in regards to food but the manager is rude and avoids people she interviewed but doesnt want to hire (as far as saying shes the manager then when you ask her how the position you applyed for is doing and all of a sudden shes just a team member? ok lol

Ever since the now owner took over VB. Its not same. They have completely changed everything. I will not recommend this place anymore.

First time at this location. My order took over a half hour for completion. I sent an email to the owner and he responded quickly. Apologizing and offering me a complimentary bowl on my next visit. Will definately return.

The smoothie bowls are my favorite here. I go here to eat when I visit the streets of brentwood and can afford it. Its pretty pricey but if I go here with a friend well order a large bowl and ask them to separate it into to small bowls so we each technically get our own bowl for half the price.

Overpriced and long wait times. Definitely catering to rich Brentwood yuppies.A medium and large came out to $26+...its fruit and honey and granola...cmon...Its usually way too cold or hot in there.The seats are hard metal.Doesnt have a cozy vibe at all.Maybe good for once a month if youre too lazy to make the bowl yourself for $5~

I absolutely love Vitality Bowls, but this location is a huge disappointment. I ordered two warrior bowls with extra honey and granola. The bowl literally only had two gogi berries and two pieces of strawberry. The bowl was mostly bananas. I dont know if I should be offended or not because I am black. There was barely any honey or granola even though I asked for extra. Worst Vitality bowl Ive ever had.

Everyone is super friendly. Awesome food but definitely not quick. Expect to wait 20 to 30 min, even if you order ahead. I used to pre order with the app, but thats broken now...

I visit here often for breakfast. Fantastic high quality and very healthy food. I have the Vitality Bowls for breakfast often, and take a juice to go.

Food is always amazing, but the workers are not always friendly. Lots of attitude and not always the welcoming, ready to help, costumer service every place should have. As well as noticeably different treatment towards teens than adults...

My Dragon Bowl is always prepared to perfection with fresh & quality ingredients, and my veggie panino, on most occasions, is delicious.Be sure to join their loyalty program to receive $10 off when you earn 100 points. I usually get 20 points per visit, so its fairly easy to earn points.Cons: Café is always freezing cold -- bring a sweater! Can be a little pricey if you eat here regarly: I usually spend $11.50 for a medium bowl and $5.99 for a veggie panino.
