Today was just nasty...Dont post much or leave many reviews... Kroger has sold us dated meat before... Overlooked it... Expired food... Overlooked it... Cheese in their pick up section to get home to have mold all over it...Picked up ORGANIC milk today (today is 09/23)... Went to open it a minute ago to see it had a 9/13 date on it...I still have an organic milk from our last trip to Publix with a November date on it...Kroger is a scam artist. No other way to put it... So small, but so often... Hard to shop there without something nasty.Just go to Publix... I have other nasty pics of other nasty goods if you want me show... I took pics and almost reviewed before, but just let them take my money because I was home and comfy...Youre nasty Kroger!!!

Im a recently widowed senior, and still fragile from my devastating loss. I visited this store a few days ago, and after I had been shopping for a little while, I started feeling somewhat weak and disoriented. The manager, Josh, was walking past me and took notice of my weary state. When he asked if I was okay, I shared with him how badly I was feeling. He very kindly helped me finish up the last couple of items on my list, and walked with me to the checkout, where this amazing and kind-hearted soul actually paid for my groceries out of his own pocket. I was amazed by his kindness, and gentle treatment of me. I just wanted to share my experience on here, and to publicly thank this precious person. I plan to repay his kindness, and I will let corporate know what a sweet soul they have working in that store.Everyone we meet is fighting their own battle. Be kind. ❤️

Steer clear! The parking lot is a minefield of shopping carts. Your car will get dinged. Come back two weeks later and the same cart is still there. Publix across the street is much nicer.

The Kroger store is fine. They often screw up on simple things in my online pick-up orders and customer service isnt often prioritized when I do go in (which is why I do pick-up).Maybe if their CEO didnt give himself a promotion during the pandemic and spent those millions of dollars on training and employees this would be better. And then maybe I wouldve gotten my peanuts in my last online order.

The amount of plastic bags used is asinine. A bag for EACH of my 12 produce items. They also put ONE loaf of bread in a huge paper bag. Kroger should never advocate for recycling because theyre putting more plastic in the landfills and oceans than anything else. The argument Kroger probably has is well some people complain that theyre groceries are not split into separate bags. Those people are our elderly community, 50+. Those people are not our future. Our future generations want eco-friendly businesses.

Worst Kroger I have been too in Nashville and I live 0.2 miles from them so they are my go too since I can’t afford Publix prices. The pharmacy NEVER have my prescriptions ready when promised, I go to pick them up and after calling 30 minutes before, and nothing ready when I get there. They are busy, I get it, but hire more people! The gals answering the phones are really rude and do not listen to what you say before they interrupt and then hang up on you. When I go to the store, I always go with a list and there will ALWAYS be at least 2 items they are out of every time, never fails. Don’t get me started on the seafood department. Never anyone at the counter, they need some sort of bell when a customer is waiting. I will ask if an item is available and the guy told me no, walked around the corner and found myself exactly what I needed. Bad management for sure. Could tell you several other occurrences, but it wouldn’t do any good. Where are you Kroger Corporate? Get this stores act together. They need to learn from the Brentwood Franklin Rd and Hermitage Old Hickory Kroger....the 2 best in Nashville for sure!!!

This Kroger is convenient and offers great variety for the space they have. Ive noticed an improvement on their in stock levels over the last few months.. Theyre remodeling right now so Im looking forward to seeing the finished product. They can improve on cleanliness and the quality of their produce.

Always check the expiration dates on your Kroger products. I usually do check the dates but the times that I dont is when I typically get an expired item. Sometimes, it can be weeks expired. This is expired over a week. This drink doesnt have preservatives in it so its not safe to drink according to their website.

Pharmacy doesnt pick up the phone. Literally the phone was ringing for 15 minutes. When they got tired of hearing the phone ring, they picked up and put it on hold without even saying hello.

This is a TERRIBLE Kroger location. The store is regularly out of stock of common items, the shelves are empty on weekends (even before Covid), and the employees actively avoid eye contact and servicing customers. Fortunately, Publix is directly across the street so we have taken to doing all of our grocery shopping there, even though it’s a bit more expensive, because the shopping experience is so much better.

Its hit or miss at this location. Customer service is awful most of the time. Its a rare occurrence when an employee is actually nice or helpful. Cashiers are rude more often than not, they are grumpy, unfriendly and appear to not like their jobs. It really shows in how badly they treat customers. I cant remember a time where I didnt have to bag my groceries in the full service checkout. Shelves are consistently empty of product. Aisles are crowded with boxes making it difficult to shop. Apparently they drop off the boxes to restock product and just leave them sitting there to navigate around. Has Krogers never heard of overnight stocking to ready the store for the next day?! This will ensure stocked shelves and a better customer experience while shopping. Publix is getting more and more of my business, its a pleasure to shop there, maybe a bit more expensive but at least Im acknowledged with a smile, spoken to warmly and the shelves are stocked! Kroger can do so much better but they dont. Its up to you where you spend your hard earned money.

Have had a hard time doing pickup here however the manager reached out to me directly to help resolve the issues I’ve had. I prefer shopping in the store but hoping pickup will improve. Very nice people working here and the store is always clean.

Absolutely no sanitation going on in the store. Not wiping down shelves not wiping down carts, nothing. All hand sanitizer bottles were empty that I could find and the sanitizing wipes for wiping down your cart yourself are all empty. Will not shop here again. They obviously do not care

Such a friendly staff experience here ALWAYS. Bryce is one of my favorites. He is genuine, friendly, and hard working.The store is always clean and well stocked! I’m born and raised in Florida so I’ve always been a Publix girl, but this Kroger, and staff members like Bryce have me committed to this Kroger. Hope management does some sort of incentive program for reviews and can give Bryce acknowledgment for his hard work!

The pharmacy at this location is awful. The employees are always slammed and not very kind or helpful. I tried to fill a prescription this morning and the pharmacy employee said “We don’t have your medication...sorry”. I’ve also waited 15+min (with no one in front of me) to drop a prescription. Willing to pay more at the Publix across the street for a pleasant experience.

The people working in the deli turned me away at 6:40 pm. The manager on duty couldnt explain what the actual deli hours are when I asked. He said he was only the Customer Service Manager, not the deli manager. But....last time I checked, I am a customer and I was asking for service. 🤔

I dont know why, but the young lady with the long dark hair, who works at the fuel center, thinks its perfectly fine to allow people to stand at the window while she unloads the trash outside. After searching for her in the lot ( I waited for 2 minutes) finally was she found, I asked her if I could get some smokes and she snapped at me, gave me a rotten look and stated JUST A SECOND. Rude. I wont do business with people like her, so she lost a sale for cigarettes and fuel. I wont be back thats for sure.

As a frequent customer at this location, I was polite when I shared with the young lady that they were out of sanitizer for the customers to clean carts.She turned her nose up and looked at me as though I did something wrong.Poor customer service, nothing like Publix where you get 5 star treatment.

This store has gotten worse over the years! They were great when they first opened. Now their employees are rude and never say hello. The store is dirty and you can never find what you’re looking for. They have so many new employees that are lazy and look dirty!!!! I will not be shopping there anymore. It is such a pleasure shopping at Publix right across the street from Kroger!!

Beautiful store. They have a lot of specialty items. The variety of fresh cheeses is fantastic. Very helpful employees. Clean and spacious store.

This store was out of wipes at entrance and so poorly stocked I thought they were going out of business. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a major food chain so devoid of product on a normal Monday at 11 am.

Most of the people that work here are extremely friendly. So much so, I did not know much about meat, and one of the butchers came out from behind the counter and directed me to what packages of meat I should buy for my family for dinner, and then recommended sides that would go well with it. Some isles noticeably messy but the selection and All natural section of gluten free and fresh products more than makes up for it.

3 stars bc the gas station is 5 stars but the grocery store is 1. Empty shelves all over the place even pre-COVID.

Oh my goodness!!! We needed food for a wedding shower. I went in, got great help in the deli dept. I ordered sandwiches, wraps, deviled eggs, dips and croissants. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food and the cost! I will be using them again! Thank you Kroger!

The staff here is amazing! Roy in the meat department is so friendly and accommodating. This Kroger is super busy so expect delays while in checkout.

I have always liked Kroger. But why dont they carry the big blue reusable bags. I loved them. Have they stopped carrying them. You really need to bring them back, especially the big ones

Good shopping experience.

If you go at night.. You can always find several employees at the front not working. But the ones that are, their lines are pretty long. The self check lanes are long, and only one side open.. Save time and go to publix.. I will say Roy in the meat is the only reason I keep coming back so 5 stars to him!!

Modest store. Limited selection. In my limited, 6 visits to the store, I have not gotten the impression that the staff cares much for the customers. I will post more after I have had more interaction with the store.

This is a very good Kroger. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection of deli meats. They carry Boars Heads deli meat. As of December 2016 they are still running low on supplies several times during the week due to the growth in the area. I would suggest calling the deli and ask them to slice of meat ahead of time because it is usually always at least 5 to 6 people in line during the peak hours.

Good grocery store. Produce is good most of the time. Sometimes hard to find someone if you need help but when you do they are always helpful.

Nice Kroger with a large selection. It was very busy during my visit there. Fuel center has some of the best prices around.

I love this location. Big, clean, and bright with plenty of lanes open. Only negative is the amount of product stocking they do in peak hours--makes the aisles extremely crowded and sometimes hard to find items since they havent been restocked.

Ive done my regular grocery shopping there for a long time, and the customer service has declined over the last year and a half. The produce is still great, so no complaints there. But: the carts are in the lot most of the time, and the bagging help isnt great. Ive bagged my own stuff in the regular checkout the last couple times Ive been there.

Not very happy at this location.My wife lost her phone at the store yesterday. We looked and looked and looked for it. We went to the customer service on a couple of different occasions.Later after pinging it several times we got a hit at a location in Brentwood, at a home, and subsequently filed a police report. The police went there, found nothing, but a while later the homeowner found it. He returned it to the police who gave it back to us minus the Otter Box case.Why you may be asking do I giver Kroger a low rating? It is because the person who stole the phone and his brother apparently work for Kroger. I hope this person is getting punished.I gave two stars simply because we did run into a couple of helpful associates of the store.

Theres a guy named Mark that works self check out. Hes an idiot and a little too serious about his minimum wage job. Hes the only one like that that requires you to remove id, no one else does this despite being fully grey. Then he doesnt even listen as you ask him for smokes. He walks slower than a turtle. Maybe he should use some of his insurance for some hearing aids. Hes a horrible person and if I ever see him, I will choose another register or another store completely.

It was my first time shopping on-line and i ad the best experience. They are very generous in ensuring to composite for a replaceable item that they may not have in stock. Great thing is that it also gives me and my family the opportunity to try new things as well. Ive had great customer service with staff and management, lets just say a lot better than Publix based on the horrible service that my family and friends have witnessed and experienced. management didnt give any care in the world and for Publix expensive prices that is such a shame. So neat less to say thank you thank Kroger once again for you sweet service and amazing prices!

DO NOT BUY LATEX BALLOONS HERE! Literally bought these last night for a surprise party today and in less than 24 hours they have lost their helium...waste of money.

This Kroger is clean, well-stocked, and convenient. The prices here are significantly better than the Publix next door, for the items we buy most. However, Kroger is not very competitive in pricing of produce and other items versus Sprouts or Aldi in nearby Franklin. Kroger fuel prices are also a bit inflated versus gas stations nearby interstate 24, and not competitive with Sams club fuel prices in Cool Springs.

Friendly staff. Good prices. I love the salad bar for lunch.

This store is not clean, and the people working there are rude. They throw boxes in the floor while restocking and stand right in the way so you cannot pass. They dont even look up at you. The outside of the building is filthy ... I posted a picture of the Kroger lettering on the building. It has cobwebs and insect nests and dirt literally hanging off of the letters. This is indicative of what is inside as well. I picked up a bag of onions and gnats swarmed everywhere. Nasty! Save yourself some trouble and go across the street to Publix. They keep their store MUCH nicer.

This store has good prices and a wide variety of products. I give it three stars because cleanliness and friendly staff are lacking. The other day I purchased a bunch of produce including some grapes that were marked 99cents a pound but they range up 1.79 when I brought it to the cashiers attention he told what that sale was over. When I pointed out the sign was still there he just told me that they were working on changing the prices out no offer of honoring the price. Since I was self checking and already had to wait five minutes to just ask the question I just let it go but If I was across the street at publix the grapes would have been free.

Nice selection, though lines can be long and slow at normally busy times. Fresh fruit available for young kids while youre shopping!

Something about this store is very relaxing. I dont know if its the bright fluorescent lighting or the muted muzak coming out of the PA. Its a pretty clean place & the prices and service is good. Look in the markdown pastry section in the back left by the bakery. I like to buy the apple fritters when they are on sale.

Waited 15 minutes for help at the flowers area for someone to make me birthday balloons. The manager came who was allergic to latex so she could only make the Mylar. Then finally someone else showed up after another few minutes to make the latex balloons. Interestingly the manager told me the flower section was closed to which I replied that their folks up front could have told me right away ago I could have gone somewhere else. It could have been simpler than this. More than 20 minutes to have someone make the balloons.

Out of frozen turnip greens, field peas, Folger single serve decaffeinated coffee, sliced salt pork.Awful produce, such as squash. Had to go to another store to purchase.I have shopped Kroger for years and for the first time am considering not shopping there. Its not one store, the problem exists at every one.

Everything was fine during my visit to this store until I went to check out. There were three check out lines all together, two of the open ones were express lanes and only one regular lane. The express people refused to check out my 25 items instead making me wait 20 minutes in the regular lane even though they didnt have a single person in their lines. Very rude and bad customer service.

This Kroger location just finished a multimillion-dollar renovation. This is by far my favorite Kroger to visit. Fresh produce, an awesome selection of everything, consistent sales, friendly and knowledgeable staff and the location is amazing.

Helpful, cheerful employees, standard food selection + good craft beer and wine for a grocery store.

Parking isnt bad, the gentlemen in the meat department are awesome, and the staff is friendly. They do have trouble keeping produce in stock by late afternoon though.

For the past few months we have been using clicklist at this location. Every other week we get home with at least one incorrect item. It is exacerbating as everyone in our family works and this constantly requires an extra trip to the grocery store to get what we ACTUALLY NEED.

They sold me bad meat twice. I bought meat Friday. I live 10 min from this store and as soon as I left the store I went straight home and put it in the frig. I was going to make tacos the next night. I pulled it out the frig for tacos and it was already turning Brown. So I took it back the following day and it was good and brown. The next meat looked good on top, but when I split the meat open I could tell where they put the fresher meat on top and the not so fresh on the bottom. I wont get meat from this kroger again

Great location and staff. They seem to have a problem adjusting their ordering to all the in incredible growth in the area because, they are consistently out of stock of simple things like asparagus and water.

All the meat and freezers were blocked with no explanation.

Inventory layout seems designed to keep you in the store. Wasted a lot of time looking for items that any normal person would display together, but Kroger does not. Frustration doesnt incentivize me to return.

Clean store and standard selection but when the deli crew cant figure out how to make a sandwich, its bad. This was the most incompetent staff ever. I guess I just had a bad experience at this store at that time.

Went to check out and wanted to split the price with a friend. A guy named Clifford went from bagging the line we were in to opening an express lane and told us to come along since we only had a few items. We asked to split the items, and he said it had to be on one card multiple times and continued scanning things. I said to let me pay for half of the items instead, so all he had to so was void some items til the price was even-ish. We were both okay with that. Instead, he said he would scan everything, making my friend pay for it, and that I would just give the friend cash for it later. We bought a 6 pack of beer, and he kept saying to not drink and drive. He thought this was funny and continued to repeat this several times. His tone and behavior was rude and condescending. Not only did he blatantly go against the way we had decided to pay, but he also chose to make disrespectful comments about what we were purchasing.

Pretty good Kroger, but consistently out of stock on things like Woven Wheat crackers and Pecan halves.

A great deli with friendly staff

This store continues to be horrible. Everything is mislabeled or going rotten. I bought a butternut squash, onions and tomitillos, all were rotten the next day. This Kroger is located in arguably one of the riches area in TN yet it continues to offer inferior products and produce. Do yourself a favor and shop at Publix across the street.

I just moved here from out of state and I have gone into this Kroger about 5 or 6 times. I have YET to be treated well by the employees. I feel unwelcome and like an annoyance. Will probably stop going to Kroger and happily go across the street to Publix.

Ethan at the fuel pump has angry issues. I will NEVER go near this location. He refused to give me a receipt for my gas purchase and doesnt know how to deal with customers.

I was out of town visiting family and I stop at the Kroger gas station to fill up the rental car before returning to the airport. When I pulled in the gas station there were three other people pumping gas and there was a sign on all of the gas pumps that said regular unleaded fuel only. I got out and put my card in and was pumping my gas I had pumped roughly $20 when the gas station attendant came over. She said “are you stupid can’t you read “the pumps were out of service. However since there was three other people pumping gas I assume there was no problem. The woman then proceeded To pull the gas pump out of the car while the handle lock was still on spraying gas on myself the car and all over the ground. She then put the gas pump back in the car and walked away. Kroger has always been an exceptional place in my view however this woman has totally disgraced their name to me as well the other passengers in the vehicle.
