I love shopping at this Safeway! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The shelves are always full and nicely stalked. The aisles are not cluttered. The staff takes care not to crush delicate items and not put raw meat with anything else! The bakery is outstanding. This is my preferred store.

I went at like 2am and they were fixing the floors in the bakery section. Kept it clean and staff way nice.

What has happened to my old favorite Safeway. Oh yeah. They were bought out by Albertsons and the selection and soaring prices reflect that change. It was a holy c**p day today after not shopping here for almost a year. Many of the items I buy today down the block are marked up atleast 50% more then elsewhere. I have not been able to figure out why people love to throw their money away.

Thank you to the amazing staff here - I was shopping and every one was so sweet and helpful but the greatest thing was I lost a whole purse with all mine and my husbands atm cards and also a large amount of cash and it was turned in with nothing missing!! Yolanda is a great service worker and thanks jose for verifying my purse was mine!! You all are great

Came to get cupcakes and a floral arrangement last day of school and promotion/grad day. No order made ahead. Had cupcakes in my daughters school colors and beautiful arrangements.I picked a floral arrangement and had them add a few specialty rainbow silver dipped roses. She had it done within 5 mins, even with other customers coming up, and it turned out fantastic. Three ladies on staff, they were prepared. Excellent management.

The only thing that I like about Safeway is that all of the products are well organized. I shop at this place emergency only because its really pricey, Im not complaining about it Im just giving my own opinion $$$$$⬆️⬆️.

Always a good experience at Safeway. Have what I want and everyone is helpful and friend. Quality of their produce and meats and wonderful and the Safeway brand is always a good choice.

Cindy at the lottery redemption desk failed to redeem my scratchers.It was scanned by her to the register already, I cant redeem my winning mo money and lost $15 bucks.$15 bucks is not a big deal, but I want to give 1 star to her poor customer service (she didnt even check the register log or something to make sure if it wasnt redeemdd by her) and the skills to handle the lottery scanning machine.

I have been there twice for my Covid19 vaccination. All went very smoothly. I dont shop there but I saw the store is pretty nice.

Every time I come here something unfortunate happens to me.... Am starting to think this place is cursed but hey it’s clean, in an excellent area and the selection is great, just don’t come here if you’re on a special errand.

I choose Safeway to purchase PARTICULAR items that I need at certain times which I know they shall have when I must have it. I needed to buy a bottle of Patrón Silver as a gift. I was lucky enough to have five Safeway employees next to the locked liquor cabinet as I walked to the back; one young employee helped me right away as I asked all of them if they could be so kind as to assist me in my quest. He told me to meet him at the front express register, as he can not hand me the bottle to take on my own. I walked to the front of the store, got in line, and before my turn came about, the young worker brought to the CSR at the register my bottle of tequila. I was thankful toward the young worker, and bid farewell as he walked away. When my turn came, I purchased the alcohol and went on my way. All and all, this was a quick and painless shopping experience which I was expecting to last MUCH LONGER. I exited with a SMILE on my face.

I love this Safeway! All of the Safeway stores in my area are 5 stars! This one is the one closets to me and preferred over all the other groceries stores in my area.

If you follow the arrows of is fine. However many people go the wrong way and the six foot rule is not in play. Plus many people park their carts on the middle of the aisle. Staff is great everyone wearing masks including customers.Kind of feel like Mrs. Lincoln when she was asked after her husbands been killed, Bedsides that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play.

I go here to get sandwiches from the deli. They have much tastier sandwiches than subway but theyre sooo slow. The never ever answer the phone when I try to call and place an order for pick up and it sometimes seems like the employees dont care. So,service sucks, bust sandwiches are slightly above average.

Prices have increased significantly compared to surrounding grocery stores. Customers often have to bag own groceries, often only 3 or 4 lanes open causing extended lines.

Love Safeway in BRENTWOOD

The deli has quite the variety of meats, salads, chicken skewers, twice baked potatoes and so much more. The employees were very friendly, helpful and ready to prepare whatever you order. Definitely will be coming here again!

Its a gas station. What can I say. Car wash is a dollar cheaper than Chevron across th HD street but it is not touchless.

It is always crowded and the aisles are cramped. BUT they are the only ones with good almond milk.

So much hassle over a money order. 1st they couldn’t assist us because apparently they only take cash, so we went out to the Wells Fargo ATM to get cash, came back in to finally get it over with all for them to say they were out of paper.. (????) They should’ve said that in the first place to save us our time and ATM surcharges.

It was pretty good! Me and my little siblings were fooling around and the staff was friendly. You dont get that every where😆The only issue was that, some items were not located in one section. They were located in the far end section too, which became a hassle to search for.

Great Safeway--very large with the best selection of gluten free things I have seen anywhere. The fish and fresh meat counter is as good as Whole Foods, and the bakery and deli section could cause you to completely blow your diet and your budget! There is a Starbucks and small cafe area, plus a huge produce area, and a pharmacy. Everything in one place!

Excellent variety of products! The toiletries/pharmacy aisles are like a whole store! The produce is the best ever found! The store is in a great location and very accessible.

Safeway was great, My youngest daughter is graduating tomorrow from college and I wanted to get her something to celebrate the occasion, Safeway had everything that I needed to get. Its a very clean and organized store with a friendly staff. It has a great variety of foods, drinks, snacks, meats, and sandwiches already made.and oh I cant forget their hot soup station lol. It was truly a blessing to shop there.

Big store,polite people,and staff. For the most part. Easy to find most things by following signs above each isle.

I ordered online for store pick. As scheduled went to pick my order 2 bag of rice, 6 pack ramen and 12 2 pack eggs. Waited a while then a lady came out with only 2 eggs. When I asked where are the order, Lady said we only have the egg. I wasted my time and gas going there. I also waited 1 week for my order.

I really like this Safeway and the self-checkout lines which make it a lot faster getting out most of the time. They have a nice deli section in here and a really good vegetable section. The workers have always been friendly also.

Always clean and has all the newest and freshest foods. Great customer service. All the employees are super nice and helpfull.

Came to pick up a few items for the super bowl tomorrow. Ended up doing the weeks shopping since we got there earlier and it was less crowded. It got crowded when we left at noon, our timing was perfect.

The Management on Sunday September 15, 2019 at 2:01 pm is Rude embarrassed my handicapped Mom Im the middle of the isle in front of other customers based on her personal issue with me. Perfessional and personal business to my understanding is supposed to be kept separate. Safeway should take a closer look at what type of people they higher.

Better prices than some hippie store like Whole Foods or Sprouts.
