They still have a ton of games! Also have a lot of swag and collectibles there as well.

I want to thank Max for going above and beyond with his customer service at the Brentwood on sand creek location. He even called another store and hunted down the nintendo switch I needed and told them Id be on my way to pick it up and have a warranty issue resolved. Give that guy a raise.

What can I say its game stop but it is a really nice place and they keep it clean but it would be nice if they would let you know every shipment they have.

The best place to go shopping, always nice deals and new items.

Seeing how most platforms, its getting harder and harder to find discs. I may be old school but its nice being able to play games without relying on internet access from time to time.

The customer service representative was awesome and multitasking with the on-point information about the gaming systems we wanted. Will always come back to this location. Recommend you do the same

There were very friendly workers when I went here who were very useful. The prices are fair and they have the latest games in stock. I only wish that they carried more computer games. Otherwise this location is great and has awesome games and merchandise.

They never answer their phone! I called to get help tracking a package an they couldn’t even help with that! I called 4 days ago an the manager was supposed to call me back about tracking an he never did! I called again an took them well over 40 minutes to answer the phone!

I bought a game and 1 year Warranty. I wanted to return the game and on the Warranty I purchased it said I could. They did not let me return. Very disappointed. BOYCOTT GAMESTOP!

I believe the guy who helped my son was named Jonathan. He was great! He answered my sons questions and they chatted for quite awhile about games they enjoy and made recommendations. Great job!

If you are looking for something gaming-related this will probably be the place where you can find it. There are a couple downsides though. One of them would be that almost everything in the store will be full price and rarely anything goes on sale. Two, some of the staff can be very pushy about pre-ordering stuff, buying extra accessories, etc. Thats not to say that all the stuff for bad only some of them. I personally have only had this experience two times out of the five times that I visited the store. Overall if youre in the area and you like or love video games this should be a place to go eventually.

This is by far the best GameStop in the Cincinnati area. ALL of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable on games for all systems. The employees make an effort to build relationships with their customers unlike other Gamestop locations I have visited over the years. Thanks for my new Playstation 4 Pro John!

Standard gamestop, the store is clean and they always seem to be short staffed even though they are not. Thats just how gamestop is. The staff here are more helpful and better at selling than other gamestops. Other gamestops seems like some of the employees smoked to much before coming in. This location is in the Streets Of Brentwood strip mall and cant be seen from the streets.

I feel like the workers are very amutureand lazy, but the store itself has new fun games that are easily findable and great prices.

Always check the used game section for good buys!
