First time at this tea place and I tried the green tea matcha strawberry cow and pandan waffle. The drink was pretty and delicious! The pandan was fluffy and warm! I will go back and try more of their drinks!

Good drinks, but the wait time is verry long. Ordered 5 drinks. Plenty of staff members standing around talking, but only one person actually making the drinks.

Great tea shop. Staff was friendly and they have good quality drinks. They were well set up for social distancing. I felt safe.My only feedback is the main menu is very hard to understand. They have odd categories of drinks and the menu is hard to follow.

Ordered taro smoothie and mango smoothie from here via Uber eats. Loved the smoothies. Definitely recommend.

Taro milk tea, lemonade butterfly, snow white (lychee), and sunset passion (passion fruit) were all solid! And their boba was just the right amount of chewy and sweet. Can’t wait to come back!

Ive been to so many boba places around California + US, and TeaZanTea is still my favorite. I will always come back and support them. Their matcha latte drinks are my favorite and their ice cream boba floats are delicious (oolong tea with green tea ice cream is the best)!

The strawberry matcha green tea is the only reason why I go here, it’s good! However, customer service lacks so much. I’ve been to so many boba shops, and the wait here is significantly longer. Even with multiple employees and not that many customers, 2 drinks can take like 20-25 minutes. I’ve also ordered ahead and still have had to wait an extra 10 minutes multiple times. I totally understand wait times vary depending on how busy it is, but some of the employees move with no sense of urgency despite my order being wrong or behind and drinks will just be waiting in the sealer.

Like most people, we have been coming here for years now and the service has declined significantly. This place has always been busy specially when school kids were in the area but that was not such an issue before. Now, I’m not understanding why they are making so many errors and extremely long wait time for your orders. It doesn’t matter wether you pre order in one form or another or ordering at the counter it’s just subpar. I hope the owners are seeing recent reviews about the service.

Normally this place has great service and food. Im going to count today is as fluke because it was almost closing time.

They took way to long to give out our orders, there were about 6-8 staff. And all of the boba was just sitting there. Other wise the boba is not that bad.

They make good Bubble Tea. I tried both the Matcha Strawberry Latte and the Thai Tea and they were sweet and flavorful. Definitely hitting them up again.

All I can say is their new strawberry matcha latte is way better than Boba guys, add their silky smooth pudding and your hot day will be cool and sweet after! Customer service is good! One customer was angry yesterday and threatened those hardworking kids to expect a bad review. Be thankful that TeaZen Tea is the only one around to serve you Madam!

Beautiful little place with warm welcoming vibe. Offers amazing varieties of fruit and milk teas, slushies, smoothies. I had refreshing Lychee Lemon Plum tea with lychee jelly. Definitely recommend this tea option and this place for all those who love to experiment with their tea.

Would have been a 5 star but a few issues: we ordered mochi and they didnt have two of our choices. Cashier had to go back twice to see what they had. They also messed one one tea order. And, the lobby was hot as outside (on a 100+ day). Otherwise they were really nice and the tea and coffees and mochis were good

Im not a fan of tea however i dont fret because they have smoothies !!!! sizes are bigger than i imagine and i love boba. one of my favorite stops to make.

Brown Sugar Green Tea Milk Tea. Might be the best Ive ever had.

This tea spot is the most modern looking ever! ITS something for kids teen adults and our elders. I ordered the waffle (which is green and had a tiny sweet coconut flavor to it). This place is definatly my cheat place. ***side note... They also serve shaved ice.***

Drinks are ok but the store has no AC when I went. Had to wait for my order for 30 mins inside the store. Weather outside was 105, imagine how much the temperature inside was.Thai mochi ice cream tastes like playdoh.

I love this place! The tea is amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly, and even welcomed me slightly after closing time (oops). When I went to pay, the man at the register said it was on the house! He told me merry Christmas (it was Christmas Eve) and made my day. Again, the staff are awesome, it is a chill and welcoming environment, and great boba tea. 5 stars!

I never knew about the place but it was definitely kool seeing it.They are big fans of BTS(Korean group), which is pretty kool. They have a whole setup there with playstations, unfortunately you cant use that area because of the pandemic but friendly staff. I would recommend going to here.

They are very friendly and fast! I get the same thing every time, the coffee smoothie with boba, occasionally I get the Taro. However, it always taste excellent every time! They also give you a discount if you are a doordasher and currently door dashing so be on the look out!! LOVE THIS PLACE MY FAVORITE

So good but really sad they do t have theyre popcorn chicken no more heart braking, thats the only way I gave it 2 stars ather wide really nice drinks before the pendemic it was an amazing place to hang out and play video games, sorry for the 2 stars but if you bring your pop corn chicken I gi e you 10 stars I drive all the way from Fairfiels for that....😪

I tried this place yesterday and Im not gonna lie I kinda like them better than quickly. Their so much nicer, good service, the drinks are hella good and the place is really chill looking. one day I would totally hang out there. I like the Lego wall is nice too. Great place for tea! Theres an added benefit of choosing how much sugar and ice you want in your drink as well. Really great stuff and the Lego wall is a lot of fun.

My favorite place to get Boba. They have the widest selection Ive ever seen any Boba place have. I love trying new things there. Their new mochi is pretty good quality, a little expensive, but worth it to me. Staff is pretty nice/ welcoming depending on who youre dealing with. Theres a restroom and tables to sit at.

Friendly staff and lots of variety in drinks. Favorite so far is the coconut coffee. Like the sofas. Has WiFi, wall outlets, a bathroom, and even a corner with a TV and console games.

I would have given it a better rating if the customer service was friendlier. I felt rushed and they were getting ready to close a ciuple hourse before the posted close time. Othet than it has a cool, chill vibe. There are activities for everyone such as game consoles, tv, legos and card games. I love the oreo shake & butterfly teas. Price is comparabale to what is around! I will go back & I give them the benefit of the doubt.

Great for me because Im lactose intolerant; almost everthing is dairy-free and delicious! Theres a playstation, good amount of seating, free wifi, and Legos on the wall! The rewards membership is really nice.Music is a bit loud, but not terribly so.HOWEVER, recently, it got me sick. Some kind of bacteria. Im not happy about it, (esp cause it made me miss turning in a school project.)Every other time has been good though.
