Wow, absolutely terrible company. I rented a DJI handheld and a Nikkor lens, and both items were to be at my address no later then 4/9. Main reason for 4/9 is we leave on our vacation today, 4/10. Now FedEx advised it will not be delivered until 4/12! Haha, of course that is no good as we will be half way around the world by then! Tried to call company on Friday 4/9 to advise of this late shipment and got no answer! What a joke!!! This is the worst case scenario. I can not believe they would even try to cut this rental so close to our departure date. This completely ruined part of our trip as I was relying on the equipment for our trip. Complete disaster. Avoid renting from this company at all cost!!!

As a commercial photographer, sometimes I need a specialty piece or additional lens. Lens rentals has been prompt, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your rental needs! Shop local!

Ive rented from them about 4 times now, and its always a great experience. Customer service is some of the best Ive dealt with, very prompt and honest. Equipment has always been clean and fully functional, though Ive only rented lenses. Cant speak for the other gear, really. But they make it very easy to rent what I need, and theyre close enough I can drive by and not worry about shipping costs. I do wish they had some kind of weekend arrangement, like an extra charge for weekend pickup, but I can understand why they dont. I just have to make sure I time the pick up right so I dont miss out before a weekend gig without paying for unneeded days.

Beyond having some mold in the lens hood, this was the best rental purchase I have ever had. Quick shipping, hard case included, return label and even tape to seal all included.

It is so clear that this company is committed to its customers! I had an issue with an incompetent delivery driver who took it upon themselves to deliver my rental wherever they saw fit. Their decision meant that I didnt receive my rental in time for its intended event. As soon as I realized what had happened I contacted LensRentals to see what could be done. They were so responsive, understanding, empathetic, and prompt with every step of the remediation process! They followed up with me and the delivery company and made sure they were clear on every aspect of the situation. Now Im not a big dollar customer, they did all of this for a customer who rented a single lens. I was blown away. Im confident that I will have no reason to be borrowing lenses from anywhere else! Outstanding service guys!

Great experience. We took a family vacation into the smokey mountains and wanted a better camera than my iphone camera to capture the memories. It was extremely affordable and easy. I didnt have a memory card with them and they were able to find and provide me with a memory card last minute. The staff explained everything and helped us in selecting exactly what we needed. I also forgot to return the battery charger and they kindly allowed me to drop it off afterwards without charging me a late fee.
