Amazing customer service. Brought my car in for the first time for an oil change and recommended alignment. They were able to get the car in on Saturday with an estimated completion on Monday. However, they were able to knock it out the same day, within just a few hours. I also really liked the option to pay via email link. That made it very easy at pick up time.We also met briefly with a salesman named Herman who was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. If we end up buying another Cadillac, well definitely come to Andrews and seek out Herman.

We would give a 4.5 but we dont give out 5s, we sent in an online offer and Joshua contacted us, and we are glad he did because he made the process better.We had looked in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas ( we experienced all types of surprises bad Carfax, corroded undercarriage, and dealerships recondition charges) and Andrew had the car we were looking to purchase with no surprises. We made our offer and with some work we came to an agreement. We set a date to arrive. and we drove up and no surprises. They were straight!We drove the car home and no surprises.Our only suggestion is that Andrew update the bedrooms.

I was visiting from out of state when my fan wouldn’t stop running. Andrews Cadillac Company had great service from the roadside assistance that came to my hotel to the work that was done at the dealership. I was fortunate that the right parts were in stock and the work could be done the same day so I could get back home while it was still daylight. My Cadillac extended warranty was still in effect and everything was covered except the roadside assistance and it was less than $100. The service writer kept me informed especially about the problem, the work and the.warranty. I was thoroughly pleased with Andrews Cadillac Company.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Took my vehicle in for a small electronic repair, and upon leaving the service area my cruise control no longer worked. After having to take it back in (the original repair took two days longer than originally quoted), they tried to tell me that it was just the worlds most unbelievable coincidence that my cruise control, which had always worked flawlessly for 35,000 miles, just happened to go out as I was leaving their dealership. They took no responsibility and were willing to do nothing to make it right. Youd be better off going to any dealership but this one.

Speechless. I dont know how a body shop could be so bad at repairing a vehicle. Talk about quality control....... My car has been back to have repairs (light damage) fixed and still not done correctly. Not to mention I was charged for services and parts that I did not receive.Update to the replyCost was not my concern. I wanted a quality job. That was communicated from the very start. There were parts that I was charged for on my invoice that were clearly not installed on the vehicle. This is my major concern. When the air filter housing was replaced, my performance air filter was discarded and replaced with a paper filter. I was charged for a new parking sensor but they installed the broken one. I was charged to have paint the underside of my hood, it wasnt.I would still like to have these issues rectified. I just want the parts that I paid for, Ill do the labor myself. The only way that I have received a response is to post in a public forum. I have tried sending emails to no Avail. I took 3 hours to compose a proper email. I sent it to the service writer, the shop manager, and the store manager. I received a very short reply from the service writer. My phone calls are not answered nor are they returned.The cost savings between the original estimate and the final invoice was because I purchased my own parts. There was not a drastic price cut on labor to be clear.

I’m giving two stars for a warm greeting by about 5 salesmen. I explained that I drove from Murfreesboro area because they were the closest Cadillac dealership and that I was interested in setting up service plan and aftermarket parts to fit my newly purchased XT5. Then at that moment the salesman I was speaking directly with stopped listening to me mid sentence and answered his phone, then the next guy had a training meeting to attend, then the next guy was about to sell a keep or something so all of a sudden, one by one, they all had more important priorities to attend. If I had been buying a car, I would have been treated differently. Big thumbs down on all that. I just left because it put me way off. Big bummer because I was excited about my new Cadillac.

I love my 2017 XT5 Certified Cadillac I purchased from Andrews. What I don’t love or understand was when I went to pickup the car, it was filthy. The dealer took it back and detailed it. Any service I have received from them has always shown a “Complimentary Car Wash.” My XT5 has NEVER been clean when I have picked it up from Andrews. Recently, I had to have a very expensive service completed on my XT5. I reserved a loaner while it was being done. As I drove the loaner from the dealership, I couldn’t even see out of the windows it was so dirty. Is this how Andrews wants its vehicles represented to its customers? I had to clean the windows and wipe out the inside of the car myself. It took about 10-15 minutes. If the porters are too busy for that, maybe don’t loan out your products. Bottom line: don’t expect a clean car if you buy or loan from Andrews.

On 10/22/20 I took my 2005 Cadillac to Andrews Cadillac for service. The car had 95,435 miles on it and was making a noise in the rear end. They replaced the front bushing in the rear differential as well as driveshaft assembly and performed rear differential service (costing roughly $1,750).Rear differential service is recommended every 15,000 miles or so on this model, which I had done routinely. After the repairs I drove out of the service area and immediately heard a terrible grinding noise. They put a technician in the car and we drove it and he said they would need to put it back in the shop. It was apparent that after they did the repairs no one had driven the car. They told me they added differential fluid to fix the problem.The week of June 7, 2021 the car started making the same noise it was making last October. The car now has 97,998 miles or 2,500 miles from when the service was done last October. It started making the same grinding noise in the rear end again. I took it in and after some discussion about whether it should be under warranty, I ended up speaking to the service manager, who was very polite. They put the technician in the car that had done the repairs back in October to drive with me. After driving a few blocks he said they would need to put it back in the shop and most likely tweak the differential with some additive in an effort to eliminate the grinding. They said it would take 30--45 minutes and if it was just adding fluid, I would not be charged. While waiting I sat in a chair in clear view of the service advisor. After an 1-1/2 hours I started looking to see if my car was out of the shop. I found they had parked it in the parking lot. I went to the service advisor and she got out the paperwork and checked me out. I asked her to go ask if anyone had driven the car to see if the noise was gone. She said she did not know, so I asked her if I could speak to the service manager again. She went and found him and he said I needed to drive the car a couple hundred miles before they could tell if what they had done fixed the problem.Bottom line is that I will never go back to Andrews Cadillac. I took my Cadillac XT5 to Andrews Cadillac for an oil change after receiving an email letting me know the service was needed. I was able to schedule on line. I received an email back from service Advisor, Courtney Dixon, confirming the time for my appointment. When I arrived I was able to drive right in to the service area which was exceptionally clean. Courtney Dixon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the waiting room and advised I would not have to wait long. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Very honest dealership to work with. Ordered a 2021 Cadillac Escalade and they didnt try and rip me off with $15-$20,000 over sticker like many other dealers. The Escalade is a hot vehicle right now and Andrews Cadillac truly showed me that they would rather have my business for the long term than just try and get a quick sale out of me for more money. They want repeat customers and earn it by treating you like you are part of their team. I always felt they wanted me to me to be completely satisfied with my experience. You wont find any pushy sales people here. Andrews Cadillac is well run family business.

Wanted to let everyone know about a great experience with Andrews: I ran out of gas on Old Hickory Blvd at 7:30 on Monday morning and was blocking a lane on an increasingly-busy road. Two different Andrews employees stopped to see if everything was okay and promised to send someone back out when they arrived at work. True to their word, someone arrived with a gas tank within 10 minutes - saving me and a lot of frustrated commuters.It was very impressive and appreciated - that level of customer service for a non-client says a lot about howll they treat anyone who walks through the door.

Our Cadillac Escalade ESV was rear ended in Indiana on our drive down to Florida from Michigan. We thought the damage was just cosmetic. We had dinner near Nashville and when we got back in our vehicle to continue our drive we heard strange noises and had our parking brake light blinking. We looked up the nearest Cadillac dealer and got a hotel near Andrews Cadillac. The next morning (Saturday) we showed up on their doorstep hoping and praying they could take a look at our vehicle. They got us right in and fixed our problem so our vehicle could get back on the road. Andrews Cadillac was an answer to our prayers. They were so kind and helpful. Website states when you enter the vehicle description that it goes back to 1989. I took a 1990 Cadillac stretch limousines and was told that we dont work on vehicles older than 15 years and no rack large enough for limo. Not happy at all with experience

Got a 2020 Cadillac XT6 December 2019, the car just turned 1 year old and it has many issues. Had to get the camera replaced two months after purchase and the gas meter is jacked too. The car wasn’t cheap and on top of that I felt like my husband was screwed over the deal. He had great credit, made 6 figures a year and still got screwed. Will definitely opt for a different car when the lease is up.This is an update from my previous post today’s date is 1/9/2021. Joey and Dave worked with us. Got us out of that XT6 lease and we did a buy instead. 2021 CT5 AWD Sport. It’s nice and I’m happy with the purchase. I wish there was a way to delete the previous bad review. They took the time to make it right, that’s what matters.

Just left here and will NEVER come again. I miss Crest!!!!! I came in the lot to pick up my car from service and saw that the back windows were down. When I asked Bridgette about it she had no explanation or apology but asked if I was sure it was mine. She didn’t explain what was done or needed to be done next for my car. When I initially asked what else may be needed she said nothing. Then after me asking again if she wasn’t sure something was recommended she wrote down three things. I have bought 6 Cadillacs from Crest since 2011 and ALWYAS has the best care for my cars. I was always told never to go to Andrews for anything and will continue to follow through with that after this encounter.

I purchased a used Cadillac several years ago and took it to Andrews for service. While there I was impressed by the service advisor and the quality of service. I purchased an extended warranty and continued to be impressed with the service over the next few visits. Then my service advisor retired.I must admit that I had some concerns when I was introduced to Brigette Miller. I should not have worried. She has always been extremely friendly and professional and has treated my family well. The result of my experience has been to purchase my first new Cadillac and have just left the dealership after my first service visit. Keep up the good work Brigette!

I drove 700 miles to buy a CPO CTS from Andrews. The staff was very responsive and friendly during email and phone conversations while I was inquiring about the car from out of state. When I got there the buying process couldnt have been any more straightforward and simple. No strange fees or numbers, minimal up-selling, and knowledgeable staff. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. The car was detailed for me and the whole process only took about an hour. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the car has a few issues. I dont know if the CPO certification was performed at Andrews, but if it was they could have done a better job. I have a list of about 6 items covered by the CPO warranty that need to be addressed at my hometown dealer.

Andrews Cadillac customer service is awesome! I have a 2002 escalade and I always take it to them for repairs. My favorite person that helps me is Katie. Katie is the best! She knows her stuff and always transparent about how serious my issues are. I always ask if my truck is safe to drive, if I don’t get the repairs done right away, She always tell me the positive and the negative ... I NEVER have to worry about not having a vehicle when I take it in( a single parents’ worse nightmare). My truck is old but Andrews is keeping it new. Katie, thanks for your customer service . (The stock was quite low this morning, but this was unusual for this dealership.)The service team is ok, but they used to be exceptional! I am not sure what changed, but the staff seems to be new so perhaps they are still in training...? I miss the smiling customer service that I experienced throughout 2018. (I visit the dealership service area at least 4 times a year for regularly scheduled maintenance.)I am hopeful that the management team will turn things around so that the customer experience is just as pleasant as it previously was.

From the moment we walked in the door our sales consultant, Jenny, was great. Her no pressure personality was just what my husband and I were looking for in a sales consultant. Although it took a bit from beginning to end for us to decide on our new car, Jenny consistently followed up and checked in, but again with no pressure. Yes, the Cadillac sold itself, but ultimately Jenny is what influenced our buying decision.
