I LOVE this location! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. They seem to always be in full supply of everything although my recent visit they seemed to be out of their loofahs! Despite that I still found most of what I was looking for. This store is always very clean and organized. Great sales too, especially during the holidays!

The store is big in size but they were limited on their regular stocked items.Their staff was too busy talking to other employees or stocking to be able to assist you. I will find another location for the future.

Let’s start by saying on candle day, lines where out of this world, and online was even crazier. I tried my luck on the 2nd to last night of the sell and I scored thanks to the help of Julie ( I believe that’s her name, it starts with a J), any who, she is the AWSOME MANAGER at the Brentwood location. There was a cut off line for customers that may not make it in the store. And me in others in that line we very understanding and she was very respectful to us. Needless to say to make sure everyone got a chance she broke her back to ensure we where all happy! I’ve never received service like this from ANYWHERE!!!! She truly made sure her and her TEAM put every single last customer first! If I could just give that team a rating I would give them all 10 stars. I know it had been a long busy day for them and NONE of them had attitudes, the greeted you made sure you knew what you where looking for and didn’t rush you even know they where less than 10mins away from closing! GREAT JOB!

I love this store! I’ve always loved their candles, but this past year it’s become an obsession. The store is always clean, staff is always very friendly. I’ve recently been in and been helped by... I want to say Atisha. She’s always SO helpful and nice and will get things out of the back for me. We both get excited to smell the new scents. Thank you Brentwood Bath & Body Works!

I dont really like candle shopping or smelly things, but when I went just recently, the employees were really friendly and enthusiastic. Special shoutout to Taylor though, he was super cool!

The staff on the floor were not very welcoming. No one asked if I needed help or acknowledged me as I walked in the door. Ive been in several Bath & Body stores & this is the first time ive never been acknowledged or asked if I needed help. To be fair it was the day after Christmas & the store was busy. However, there was a young lady at the door restocking when I walked in. She never looked up.
