Speedpro has a good product and their service is good -- as long as their are no glitches. We had several small jobs that went well with Speedpro. However, when we had a big job, things went seriously wrong. Primarily, Speedpro didnt communicate. Then, when the job came out wrong, they failed to take responsibility for their part in the miscommunication. They were unwilling to work with us to solve the problem. I was willing to pay a share of the costs for the wrong product that was produced. Instead, they insisted I pay full cost for a product that I would not be able to use. I was then going to have to turn around and pay for the correct product. At that time, they acknowledged that they couldnt actually produce the correct product as they had said they could in the beginning. I wound up going to another vendor, getting the product I had originally requested at a cheeper price. Speedpro still wants to be paid for producing something that was not what I asked for. I would have continued the relationship with them if they had been willing to compromise with me.

Last Friday at midday, I brought a thumb drive with 5x 2.5 images to be color printed on smooth vinyl. At noon on Monday they were ready to be picked up. The image quality was superb, the service friendly and knowledgeable. The panels look fantastic! Thank you.

My job request was not big and fancy, rather small and seemingly insignificant... but not to these guys! It was handled with the same level of care I would expect on a much larger job and that is what impressed me most about working with Glen at Speedpro Imaging. They are conveniently located, very responsive, reasonable and easy to deal with.
