Good quality work

Today I went to do my car NY inspection, there was an old man at the front desk with really rude and nasty attitude, I just said I need an inspection and he replayed saying we gonna do when we can, so I was wondering how many customers there was in front of me, and he said you can come later or tomorrow with a very rude attitude, I dont know he can work with customers, I dont recommend it at all.
