We had some warranty-covered issues with a Jaguar F-Pace that we didnt buy from Jaguar of Nashville, but we were still treated as if we were valued customers. Jay Jackson and the entire service department team are top-notch. We were kept informed on the status of our repairs, we were given a very nice loaner vehicle and the team couldnt have been more helpful and respectful.

Low/no pressure sales team makes it easy to shop here for your next new car. Craig Busion was my sales person and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was laid back and you never felt as though he was a sales person. It was more like a friend helping you find The car youve always dreamed of. The finance guy got the hard, boring stuff done quickly. Was wrote up exactly as we agreed. Financing went smoothly and they work to truly get u the best interest rate possible. I am literally paying 0.001% they are making $16 off me through the life of the contract.My experience there has been nothing but great, Not to mention I Love my new car!

Not only did he calm me down when the check engine light came on, he explained what the code meant, my past service records and went over my warranty with me. Ben Smith was great in getting a pic of a part sent to my email for me to view. Upon him transferring me to the service dept to discuss labor, the lady that answered the phone seemed to be bit rude. She was trying to find out what I needed which was great but seemed impatient for whatever reason. She put me on hold which was fine prob to find out more information. She returned and asked who helped me and I told her Ben Smith. As I continued explaining that Ben was who transferred the call to her in effort of getting me over to service. At this point she seemed airy so I explained to her that I was just seconds ago transferred to her as well as just received a pic in my email of the part for viewing to make sure it was what I needed. In midst of me explaining, she clicked over a second time. But it seemed as if she hung up because I didn’t hear music as I had the first time she clicked over. I was attempting to explain what I needed to her and describe the part I needed but above is how it went. So I just hung up the phone myself not knowing if she clicked over for a second time or just hung up the phone.Anyhow this isn’t the first time I personally have experienced some type of..... over the last 5, 6 years or so. I’m aware management and some staff changes were made in recent years because I have had my jag serviced there several times. Up to this point I just have not said anything to any of your personnel nor typed a review.It was a convenience for me whenever I were here in Music City to have my car serviced and taken care of locally but I am leaning toward waiting until back in Carolina or in my road travels sending for my vehicle to be serviced in GA

After having may car in the shop for 3 months of the 11 Ive now owned it. Very disappointing. Trips into service center take far longer than quoted. Sits for days without anything being done despite setting up an appointment a month prior. Why have an appointment at all? Even takes an hour to drop it off and pick it up each time. They told me they test drove my car during the last trip in and that there wasnt a problem, but I know this didnt happen since the car logs every trip. Did they just forget? Also told I had no issue with noise engine was making even though there is a service bulletin out on the matter. They either dont know, which is bad enough, or dont care.

There is so much I want to say, but Ill try to keep it short.Recently, my little boy was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has, in turn, caused me to be out of work. No one wants to have to have their car worked on when you see an extra light on your dash but I will say that the service dept always takes great care of me and gives me a loaner or a ride no questions asked. This dealership has NEVER failed me whenever I bring my Jaguar in for service and theyre very upfront and legit of the prices they charge.The price ALWAYS makes sense for whatever work you need done and they guaranteed to fix your jaguar for whatever mechanical damage it have and I cant say that about other dealerships in the whole state of North Carolina where I live at now because you lucky to get a half job out of them and I hope the Jaguar CEO investigate and fire all the service department workers in North Carolina cause i cant get any service repairs from them at all and Im sort of reaching out for help to see if the manager at this dealership can assist with this horrible inconvenience that ive experienced in NC when it comes to Jaguar repairs.I know its a different state but the standards of this company shouldnt be dragged down by people that make the company look bad or just there to collect a pay check.1 time I had my whole drivetrain and transmission ripped out of my XKR by a tow truck cause it wont start for me to put it in neutral and this Jaguar dealership in Nashville rebuild my Jag back with all new parts and charged me $10k which is understandable for all the parts and labor and I dont think i wouldve had the same luck if it happened in North Carolina.Before my jag needs any service repairs done again,I would rather go rent a U-haul and take my Jag on a 9hr drive all the way to Nashville just to let these guys fix my XKR back to the way it was because they do a very OUTSTANDING job when it comes to car repairs.They might take a while to fix it depending on the sort of damage your car been in,but im ok with that as long as I know i will get my Jag back working better than it ever was as if it was brand new again.I would love to give more stars but the max you can put are 5 cause I SERIOUSLY have had BAD EXPERIENCES where other places dont even half fix my XKR back when I take my car in for repairs

Made appointment via online. Was promptly confirmed and was sent timely reminders. Arrived and service writer was there with a smile and a readiness to assist immediately. Quickly signed in and was offered a loaner or shuttle to breakfast or shopping. Actually stayed to wait in lounge area. In respect of our time our vehicle was taken back immediately to be checked and serviced. Our expectations were met 100% and within a very efficient amount of time the service was completed. Nashville Jaguar is an amazing dealership! I had trouble with my F Pace running hot, while in Murfreesboro visiting from Georgia for the day. I called the Jaguar 24 hour roadside service number. They had my car towed to Nashville Jaguar. From that point, it was in the good hands of Jay Jackson. He kept me informed of the progress on repairing my vehicle. He coordinated with Jaguar Roadside Service and had my F Pace returned safely to Georgia! I can’t thank the dealership and Jay enough. Everyone, from the receptionist to any other people I talked with, were pleasant and helpful. Customer Service like that is hard to find today. Three years ago, we had an engine blow up on a Jaguar XF just out of warranty. Nevertheless at Jaguar Nashville they fought for us and got us a new engine under warranty. We traded for a new Jag plus were so impressed by the loaner Range Rover, we bought one of those as well. Service has been great so we just did it in reverse. My husband and I had the opportunity to buy a car from Nashville Jaguar and Land Rover. Mr. Jeff Goff was the sales person helping ys and we were very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He was available via his cell phone and e mail at all times for any questions during and after this process. The price was as advertised, without any hidden fees and everything worked like a clock work, despite of the nature of this being an out of state purchase. Melissa was very helpful providing all the information, as their specialist Mr. Anderson has to cancel our meetings twice due to his illness. No worries, Melissa was able to answer all our questions, and her knowledge and availability was also exceptional. I was told that they were behind in service so I made an appointment for 2 weeks out. I was then told after dropping off my XJ Vanden Plas that I still had a weeks wait for service so my car, which I keep garaged, sat outside for this week when I live 2 miles away and could have brought the car in with 20 minutes notice. Making an appointment does not save your place in line I was told. They serviced the brakes for $1600 but did not fix the passenger door latch which I was told had been repaired so we were told to bring the car back when a new latch would arrive. 2 days later we were told the part was in and to bring the car back. My wife waited for an hour and she was told the part was not in. We were told it would be in the next day. It did not arrive. Two days later we were called and the part was in and we returned a third time and the car was repaired. I own 3 Mercedes, a Porsche and a Supercharged Chevy Suburban and I have never received such poor service. My wife loves this car but I would not consider purchasing another Jaguar as I would be then bound to warranty service by this dealership. I will take my car to an independent repair shop in the future. P.S. The staff at the dealership were all extremely pleasant and apologetic and could not have been nicer.

While the repairs and service are always done correctly, there are inevitably delays, sometimes for several days without explanation. Communications are poor, phone calls arent returned and the customer is left hanging.

But after I made an appointment online for three days, I went there three days later. This lady said that the online appointment was wrong. I can only make an appointment after one month. After one month, I went. This lady did not receive me, let me wait for another man. This man told me that I didnt have an appointment. This lady is a liar. My English is not good. Made a deal with Jeff and Evan of Audi to purchase a CPO TTS and trade in my BMW. Deal was made over emails over a period of 2-3 weeks. I drove over 9 hours to the dealership to make the deal official. Robert Hartman, the GM, took care of us in a timely fashion.

I tried to do business with this dealership and had a binding sale agreement on a high-end pre-owned car. After I made the deal, they sold it to someone else and told me some story that it was already sold. They did not care there was an agreement in place and pretty much told me what are you going to do about it very very rude and surprised they remain in business.. Shop elsewhere if you can

THe process for scheduling my car into your shop needs serious looking at. My car was in your shop for two and one half weeks, the first week and a half just sitting there. When I called for an appointment I was told it would be a weel and a half before it could be looked at. I suggested that I keep the car and bring it in in a week and that was agreed to, but when I took it in I was told that it would be a week and a half before it would be looked at. When I mentioned that I had made an appointment a week in advance so that I could drive the car for a week of the wait time, I was told that yes my car would be seen in a few days. Well it was a week and a half before it was seen. That is absurd. In defense of your staff, they were equally appalled at the process and subsequently offered me a substantial discount, which I greatly appreciate. If your shop is so backed up that it will be a week and a half before the car can be looked at, I fail to see why someone cant make an appointment for a week and a half in the future.
