I felt like I was doing the manager a favor by shipping with them. I also saw her belittle an elderly lady that wasn’t saying in the right place. A lack of patience shown but customers are expected to be patient. Humm. I feel they need serious customer service or an undercover boss lol. I wont be back.
I got there at ONE MINUTE AFTER 3:00 Saturday. People were walking out and I was trying to walk in. The WOMEN working there was so rude. She slammed the door in my face and said NO I couldnt drop off my envelope. I asked her Please it is already addressed. SHE WAS VERY RUDE !!! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THE UPS STORE IN BRENHAM TEXAS !!!!!!!
TERRIBLE PLACE! Carleen discriminates. Too lousy to be working public retail. We went in to buy a box to ship antiques. She would not sell a box to us if we didnt ship with her. Said she was saving them all for antique shipping. HELLO!?!?!?! That is what we wanted to ship. By the time it was done, we didnt even get to the shipping part. We just left! We wont be using ups anytime. There is always competition. We walk with our feet. Hard to feel sorry for businesses that wont even open, or treat customers that way!
Today I stopped in to send a gift to our grandaughter. Id missed the USPS (because they closed at 11 am). The associate was polite but I was staggered by the price of $44 for something that weighed less than a lb. I should have taken it to Pearland myself.
They will lose your packages. Have proof package was delivered from fed ex and UPS couldnt find it. They said couldnt find it and it wasnt delivered. I have 2 types of proof it was delivered to store I dont have anyone to pick up my packages I absolutely dread walking in that store I will be in a great mood and when I ent er that store my mood changes because I dont know how I will be treated.
I am making this review because of after many, many... bad experiences I had to say something. This mainly goes out to the old lady who seems to be in charge. I dont know how many times I had you talk down to me and grab my ID from my hand and take it due to your old eyes but then you set it on the desk infront of you even farther from where I was holding it. Yet evey other employee can look at it in my hand for a few seconds and I am good to go. It seems her and only a hand few of the others are jaded and angry at the world. But for the other employees that are kind and its a quick easy process thank you sorry you are lumped in with this. But I would not reccomend going here.
Am I missing something? Did the employees get picked up from 7 Eleven? Donna, aka Jabba the hutt, went as slow as humanly possible and attempted to be insulting. Her incompetent joke of a managerwas actually encouraging her.
Awesome workforce, they customized a graduation card for me, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Great experience!!!
I like the feature of having all my UPS packages sent here to keep them safe, after the UPS drivers delivered to my neighbors instead, who should have felony charges, but thats a different story..Dont forget to bring your ID to pick up the packages, and it doesnt count if theyre addressed to someone else who lives with you. Has to be the person its addressed to.
Yesterday I needed to drop some items off at a UPS store. I will never use one again unless forced to. I asked if I could mail my Priority shipping pkg I need to send(I already had my pre printed shipping label I had printed at camper. I WAS TOLD YES, but was charged an additional $6.00 plus task FOR A BOX....REALLY! So now I have lost more money for more shipping. I was not told until he came over and told me what I owed that I would be charged. I could have taken it to post office this morning and not been charged again.
Rude disgusting people. No stars. lousy service and would not accept my return to Amazon. Ban the place.Update.... On reply from owner. Dear owner, I am very intelligent and computer savvy aware of how the returns work and this is not the first time I have done this there. Now... This was day 1 of a statewide mask mandate that I only found out about after leaving your store. I dont live on a computer even though I am tech savvy I have real world things I do so no I was not aware that masks had been made mandatory. Now that being said... This attitude from your employees didnt start that day. Every time Ive been there I dread it even before this. The employees are Curt and cold. They do not smile even when not forced to wear masks. They do not acknowledge your presence when waiting in line saying welcome we will be with you shortly... Nothing but attitude. On that day... I had a heavy sewing machine in arms to return and barely got the door open. Yes there was a sign that said masks required... No explanation for that and no offer of a mask provided to enter... Which FYI Walmart did do. Aside from the mask debate... There were better ways to handle this some being mentioned here. Instead the young man there told me I couldnt be there. I said to him I just have an Amazon return I need to do. NO! He screamed at me... Then I just got frustrated and alarmed at not being able to return so I asked him... Can you just step outside and take it? NO! GET OUT!!!! Was his replay. At that point he lost all respect... I went from frustrated to angry and told him I would report him. He then screamed he would report me in return. Im not sure who he was intending on reporting me to... But my reporting is right here for the world to see. After this... I had to cancel the return and request a new return forcing UPS to come to my home for a special pickup. Im sure they appreciated that as you can imagine. So no.. I wont be returning. What can you do to prove your services? Educate your employees on friendliness and tact. Then maybe others wont be so alienated that they do the same thing as me. Thank you for the lesson.
Very unpleasant experience. The female rep was short, terse, and somewhat authoritative. Reminded me of getting my drivers license at the DMV. I’d rather scrape my knuckles with a cheese grater than have that experience again.
Id say stay out of that ups store unless you want terrible customer service. The guy Jordan is a total nutjob Ill be contacting ups tomorrow morning.
Needed to ship several items, but wanted to use standard UPS boxes/packaging. Oddly, there is no display of shipping materials in the front part of this store. When I inquired about available boxes the clerk (Amanda) was very curt and seemed put off when I asked to see some examples of shipping boxes because she would have to go into the back of the store to retrieve them. It was even more disconcerting because I have a UPS account and have used other UPS Stores/MBEs in the past with no problems. If you are expecting friendly and helpful customer service and assistance with shipping an item(s) that isn’t already packaged, don’t bother visiting this business.
Everything I have needed done at the UPS Store they have been able to help me with. Great service.
VERY RUDE! The guy worker opened the door as i was walking up, and locked it right in my face. Apparently he was going to lunch.. In the past workers are passive aggressive, and seem to rush or just be unhappy.
Jordan Gaskamp was very helpful! Thank y’all!
I work for a nonprofit and these guys do our printing. They are VERY courteous and timely and VERY reasonably priced, 100% of the time. They take pride in what they do and make sure that they get it right. They have absolutely earned my loyalty and I highly recommend them.
The female manager was very rude the minute I walked in the door. Her excuse was two people didn’t show up for work. There was a line but when she saw me walk in with a large canvas and she yelled out “I hope you don’t want that mailed today!” I replied yes and that I had an appointment for expert wrapping services. She yelled at me asking who made the appointment.? A couple other ladies saw I was uncomfortable being talked to this way and suggested I go up and across the street to Kwik Copy. Which I did and I was treated very kindly and professionally.
Very helpful and understanding. The people here help me get what I need to get done in a timely manner and at the same time very patient and kind. Thank you exclamation point
I got done what needed to be done a few days ago, but the red-haired guy (balding) with glasses was rude and condescending most of the time he talked to me. I was glad to be out of there. 3 stars, because everyone else was nice and I was at least able to do what I came there for.
They have always been helpful when I go in. I have dropped off items that I have already put postage on and items that I need to pay for postage without issue. If you are dropping a package off for the USPS, it needs to be there early (around 10:30am) to go out the same day.
You need to get rid of the blue hair loser working at your store.
Great and fast service! Very helpful staff!
Everyone at the Brenham, TX location have always been super nice. I always leave with a smile on my face. PS they have a very cute gay guy working there. Wish he was mine lol
Business cards to be ready by 3pm. 5 pm went to get. He hadnt started the job. Said he was busy. Always before great service but not with this guy.
Great staff and a quick turn around!
Horrible service and aggressive blue hair associate.
Jordan is print services was fantastic ! He was able to turn around a print job instantly when we really needed it. All for Animal Friends of Washington County and our furry friends.
Always very helpful, very nice people.!!!!
