United has gotten too big. I want to work with the local branch. The corporate offices did not get our order for a lift correct and it cost us an extra day of work. We had to order from the local competition.

Guys dont seem to know anything about their equipment. Asked for a 5ton excavator and they quoted me a 3ton model. Where is the training? Prices sky high too! Sad.
