4/5 stars for freshness in produce.0/5 stars for the customer service or lack of from the teenagers that run the store, specifically during the night shift. I highly doubt the corporation hires just anyone and puts them on the floor to represent their company without BASIC training but if their employees are any indication, I suppose HEB does!

Very busy. Ww were waiting to pick up trays for a baby shower but they were running behind. While waiting I got to do some great people watching in the parking lot and who doesnt love that!

Love curbside. Only problem is when they do not include an item purchased.

Seems every time we find a products we like and start buying they discontinue it.and their steaks are so tough.

Geat Texan Institution. Store made tortilla chips that rival restaurant quality. Employees everywhere if you are needing assistance. Produce is fresh and plentiful. Best grocer hands down!

Fresh produce, although the young staff have a terrible attitude in the afternoon.

The pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time in line was minimal. Store was clean and well organized.

Because of the food I give you three stars but if it was just because if the customer service I would give 1 not one hi, hello nothing not a thank you or have a good day when I leave. And thats every time I go in there you would think for a company that has a very hard hiring process you would have better customer service. The order pullers just walk right in front of you not even an excuse me very poor customer service

This HEB was so accommodating to me! I had a curbside order and a prescription to be filled. I felt they went above and beyond. Thank you!!

The youngsters that bring out the groceries have always been kind, respectful and willing to divide my groceries to put cold stuff in cab of the truck, while dry goods went in tool box, other items in the bed of the truck!! I shop here often because of them!!

Cashier at self checkout lane was not friendly at all. I didnt even get a good morning or any acknowledgement what so ever. What happened to greeting the customer. This store is normally very good with customer service ☹️

I moved here about six months ago and I absolutely love this HEB. The cashiers and the workers on the floor are very helpful. I am disabled and I have to use a handicap cart and if someone is on the floor working they always come over and ask if they can reach the item for me. That really means a lot to me. The only issue lately has been there handicap carts have not been working. When I went in yesterday I had to try three or four of them before I found one that would go and thats very unusual. Maybe someone could check them out. Keep up the good work

Professional and friendly staff starting from the front desk to the back at the treatment areas. Dr V has been excellent . She is very caring and has been making sure my partial is the perfect fit for me. I’ve never worn a partial before so it’s been a learning experience. Dr V has been very kind and patient. She always answers my questions and listens carefully to my input. The front desk staff and dental assistants are professional and friendly. I definitely recommend you having your dental work done here. Thank youDr V and Cydney you have been amazing.

Always stop here to get my groceries before heading to Round Top. The employees are always pleasant and helpful.

I love HEB so I made a quick pit stop to grab a couple things and use the bathroom on our trip through Branham. All I can say is they need to hire some to clean this place better or at least care. The bathroom was so bad had to clean my own toilet. There are only 3 toilets in the ladies room here and they all had bm on them, when I tried to bring it to the attention of one of the cashiers I was given the what am I suppose to do about it look

The wonderful employees are why HEB - Brenham is my first choice. The selection and prices are the best in town. Everything I purchase there is fresh. I need a motorized shopping cart and HEB works to have them available and ready to go. I appreciate that.

I drive from Sealy to this location! They have alot of speciality items from Louisiana foods that are super delicious like i am back home!! The store has stocked items and i always find everything i need. Fresh meat department is great also! Im not so pushed about staffing, the store is one of the better HEB i know because of the VAST food select available! Whoever buys for this store, please keep the Louisiana specialty items you carry!! I dont mind the drive at all for what i want!! I 👍💯😁

I found a used panty in my shopping cart I think it was one of the workers there. Nevertheless I kept the panty and never washed it to this day. Great experience shopping here!

It says I visited 4 days ago. I was there again today (and Ill probably be there again on Saturday). If I dont like a place, I never go back. Actually, there is one HEB I dont like. Only one, out of all Ive been to.

Always have shelves stocked and the people are super friendly

This particular location is ok. Mask wearing is not enforced, and it seems like the local community thinks the pandemic is over. So, lots of people without masks, and lots of coughing and sneezing while I was at the store. Hope the employees dont get sick from all these selfish types.

Best grocerie store in brenham (almost only one)

The curb side service is horrible they are rude and I have never received my order right quit using it because i hated being disrespected and talked to with harsh words

Almost two weeks since my last grocery trip and I was so happy to see toilet paper. Buying for my elderly neighbor as well as myself I checked the sign which read one per transaction. If course, I get through all the hassle of gathering everything for two lists and waiting in line just to be told they can only sell one pkg. I get rationing, but dont set me up thinking I can get one per transaction then change it at the last minute.

Parking sucks, but great selection of goods and friendly people.

I love HEB! The HEB brand products are great. Many of them better than the name brands. Plus, whenever I shop there I feel like Im flexing my Texas pride!

I’m very happy with the way Curbside has help our family cope with COVID-19. Even with a state wide mask mandate, not everyone wears one inside the store and I’m thankful H‑E‑B has the convenience of curbside pickup that is no contact. It’s safer and faster for those of us who don’t want to risk going into the store.

Love HEB. This store is getting a little snug for the size of the town, though. It felt cramped and crowded, especially considering this is a time where social distancing is important. However, the lines moved quick, people were nice, and they had most of what I needed in stock.

HEB always has smiling people at the Entrances. They also have people knowledgeable, on various locations, in Store to help find items.

They seemed to be out of a lot of their HEB brand products that I normally buy, but the store was clean and the staff were still friendly and quite helpful in finding replacement products.

A shop here all the time it is easier to find all my grocery items and very friendly cashiers

Nice and clean. Well stocked. The only negative is too many folks without masks in the store.

I live in Austin and this is the only major grocery store on the way to visit my relatives! The parking can get a little hectic but for the most part, this store rocks! The employees are always very courteous. The bakery is a great place to pickup a cake on the go and the floral selection is always fresh, offering new floral arrangements for all occasions. Great pit stop on my road trip! Thank you!

The one in Brenham Tx. I didnt like, the employees kept pallets on the end cap. Which made it hard to avoid others. Also had electronic jacks in the isle. The only good thing was good service at the register. Very nice....

Love HEB... Or used to. With the mask mandate I cannot shop for fear of passing out halfway around your store. Now I cannot buy online unless I wait TWO days... Or pay your shopper $4.95 for the inconvenience fee?!? Thanks... No thanks. At least Walmart doesnt charge 3 percent fee on every damn thing. BOYCOTT UNTIL YOU BURN THE MASK LAWS!!!!

Fantastic produce and vegetables anchor this well run store. They have lots of products not found at the HEBs in Houston. Prices are excellent and lower than most grocery stores. The check out staff are always friendly and make shopping here a pleasure. Their bluebell ice cream selection is unmatched since this ice cream is made here in Brenham.

HEB over Wal-Mart any day, please build one in Sealy

All of the employees are helpful and seem to convey the seriousness of the state of our nation. They help me as a shopper feel welcome while also feeling safe. No complaints. Thank you for your hard work.

HEBs curb service was much better yesterday than a week ago. Could be that we are getting more comfortable with their procedure. But we arrived a few minutes early and were on our way home even before our scheduled arrival time. Thats pretty good!!
