Glassesusa.com When I called TSO and asked what my most recent prescription was they told me they couldnt tell me cause it was 3 years old and that Id have to come in for an appointment and get prescribed, even after I expressed the was not financially possible and I couldnt see cause I broke my lenses, they told me my only option was to get prescribed. Glassesusa.com was able to read my glasses and give me the info I needed in less than 30 minutes using only my phone and my laptop

I wouldve given 5 stars if the staff greeted me when I walked in, they just looked at me, and when I walked up to the desk, they still just looked at me. I didnt get a Hello, may I help you or anything. I noticed when other customers walked in they was greeted, but not me. They could use some customer service training at the front desk. As far as everyone else in the back, wonderful, and very friendly and informative.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guillory for 3 years now, and every time I see him, I leave with a very confident feeling that my glasses will be correct.........and they ALWAYS are. It was not my experience before finding him that I could get a correct prescription on the first attempt, and I usually had to return to my eye doctor 2-3 times to get the lenses correct. Not so with Dr. Guillory, and I recommend him to everyone. Sometimes in a small town, we have to settle for care that is less than perfect and it is so refreshing to have such a first-rate doctor locally. Thanks Dr & Staff!
