Not recommended! Always changing people. I use to love making my transactions with previous girls unfortunately I cannot go back to this location, lack of experience and always giving different quotes. Also check your receipts when yall shop here, they mention one price but definately do not match the transaction or message notifications that I receive after my purchase is processed. Do not visit this place

There service is very informative and also very useful. Staff is always helping you as soon as you walk in the door. Very good deals on phones. Had no problem with my purchase. If they cant answer a question they make sure they will find a solution...

I am so glad I visited this store today. I have never met a more outstanding and outgoing person then Byron. He answered every question and concern that I had. I am not going to lie I was kind of upset going in there today but, he was so helpful in relieving my frustrations today. He knows exactly what customer service is. You can not go wrong with visiting this store and speaking with Byron. You will leave feeling eased and definitely understand things better.

My husband bought a phone, over 300$. He couldnt receive in coming calls nor use data. He took it back and they would not exchange it or give his money back. We took the phone to other metro stores they said the store sold us a bad phone.

Store manager was not polite and experienced not like other Metros and I believe I can get much better deal on the same phone in other store.
