Chris was so helpful! He stayed much later than he had to helping us to find the right mattress. He was very knowledgeable and laid-back, not at all pushy. I recently purchased a Purple 4 Hybrid Premier mattress from Mattress Firm at the Brenham location. Our sales associate Denise Spann was very helpful. She was able to get us easy financing without any hassle. She also got us set up with a great delivery team that came in and removed the old mattress and took it to be disposed of and installed the new mattress. We went in to see what kind of deals that Mattress Firm had. Christopher Kirk was in the store that day and offered so much assistance and was so helpful he has two names and exactly what we were looking for. We ended up getting a purple mattress king size for a great price and so far are extremely satisfied.

I went in to the Mattress Firm store in Brenham TX and was helped by Chris who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went home to think about this purchase. Called back a couple of days later and spoke to Jonathan. He was just as helpful. I called at 7:35pm to purchase my mattress over the phone. The store closed at 8pm. Jonathan never made me feel rushed and closed the deal to my satisfaction. I would recommend these gentlemen to family and friends.

John Varner was a huge help in finding a mattress that worked for my husband and myself. This is the second time he has assisted us! He was engaging and knew his products well. Our shopping experience was good and we would be quite willing to suggest the Brenham Mattress Firm store to any one shopping for beds.
The employees are knowledgeable ask great questions and make suggestions based on response, but manage not to be “pushy”. Chris helped me narrow it down to two mattresses from the same brand making it an easy transaction. I am a repeat customer because of the above reasons.

Stopped by the Brenham location today to purchase a mattress, Kyle was very helpful, I went in with one of the mattress in mind to purchase, but after talking to Kyle and trying out beds. I changed my mind and bought a bed that I am pretty positive we are going to love. Kyle was so helpful, answered my questions and never once tried to sway my decision. This is the second time Kyle has helped our family, my son bought a mattress about a year ago and we had the same excellent service. If you need a mattress go see Kyle, I am sure you wont regret it.
Chris knee immediately what would work best for us and got us on our way quickly. The store has a great selection of in stock mattresses and access to anything else.
Mattress firm is not honest! The salesman will tell you one thing and do another. Spent $8k + there on 3 mattress, two of the mattress would not work with our base after mattress firm insisted it would. We tried to exchange the mattresss and return the bases after having them 12 hours. They wanted us to pay $500/mattress and wouldnt except the $3k bases back. The employee would not call anyone higher and just wouldnt help us. Finally hours later a manager from Houston called and only after threatening to take legal action he agreed to take everything back. They took our old mattress when they delivered the new ones but said they couldnt return them. So now we had no mattress and had $8k+ tied up so we couldnt purchase new ones for a week. A week later we get a refund minus $200 so he still didnt keep his word. We went to mattrezzz guys and got a better deal and most importantly they were honest. STAY AWAY from the Brenham mattress firm.
Awesome place to get all your bedding needs. The manager, Kyle, has a great working knowledge of the mattresses, and really helped me find what I needed. He lets you find out what you like first and then helps you stay within your budget. Unlike most salespeople he doesnt just try to talk you into the most expensive mattress. Also save yourself some time shopping around, because your not going to find a better deal anywhere else.

We were worried that the bed would not be delivered before Christmas because it was so close but they managed to deliver and set it up with in 3 days and it only took 35 minuets from start to finish!.
