Always a pleasure to talk with REAL car guys! Not only do they know about the cars on the road everyday, they care about racing and could casually take care of my parts while I stand and have a great time, before you know it I had my parts, prices for others and a huge smile on my face. All signs point to NAPA on Kitsap way. Way to go guys and keep passing down the knowledge to the next generation! Did I mention I got all the parts I needed? 6 stars.

The staff here are always helpful. They understand cars, so can give advice. I love that I can walk in and say I have no idea what I am doing and they can guide me. My husband went in yesterday and they helped him start a small job before he bought the tools to finish it himself. Also, if they dont have a part you need, they will order it from a nearby store. You can sometimes get your ordered part the same day.

Its the place to go to for auto parts and accessories. Great people

West Bay is one of the last real auto parts stores. They do good machine work, too. I trusted them to bore and deck my expensive JDM block, and they positively nailed the dimensions with .0001 uniformity. Very good surface finish on the deck, too.Edit: I forgot to mention paint! Lots on the shelf, and knowledgeable staff to help you order special if needed. Nobody else in town is this well stocked.

Two bad alternators in a row from here. Got my money back for the alternator but not after paying a shop to find out the problem and buying a alternator from their supplier and paying 2x labor because of 2nd bad alternator. Shop alternator came from autozone.

My first choice for automotive purchases. As a native Bremertonian, Ive bought from the Westbay stores all my adult life (too bad about the east side store; Id watched with dismay as the big chain auto stores moved in, or bought out the familiar stores like Schucks, trying to corner the market - backed by their ability to sell low because of their huge organizations).Today I got instant assistance (as I hadnt noticed the windshield washer fluid right in front of my feet!) and quick checkout ... and only $3.26 for a gallon! ... pleasant surprise. :-DGreat to have local folks to do business with!

I showed up in the store on Friday, 6/26/2020, to purchase some items I needed for my car. I was not wearing a mask, as the Governor decreed, but I was also in an exemption category due to a respiratory condition. I was confronted by an employee and asked if I had a mask. I reply in the negative, but politely informed him that I had a medical condition that made me exempt to the governors mask decree. He informed me that regardless of my condition he was required to deny me service. My belief is that if the government deemed them a critical business, and allowed them to operate during this horrific pandemic, with bodies dropping in the streets, and that they could follow the governments judgment in that instance, what made them think they could deny me service due to a medical condition. This would be a violation of my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Friendly, knowledgeable. Understanding Im hoping. Sorry about the puddle of oil in the parking lot. Didnt know the rear main seal was shot when we poured the oil into our idling vehicle. It poured out faster than it went in. Once again, very sorry.

I normally go to West Bay Napa on the Eastside, but, my left brake bulb burnt out and I didnt want to take the chance of being pulled over by a policeman, so went to this location on Kitsap Way. I asked them if someone could install it. It was a young woman. She knew exactly what to do. That impressed me.

The cashier was on an above Call of Duty she was very well trained and she helped me she needs to be at least given a pat on the back possible pay raise she was very very helpful hard to find people at stores that want to put out 120% and she did that

Checked out a spring compressor to swap a suspension spring with. Great not having to purchase a tool you will seldom use.

This Napa is my go to. Theyve helped me with finding the right spark plugs for my vw far cheaper than the dealer and explained the process and recently helped me find brake pads for my old Volvo. Can read codes on newer cars

I like NAPA parts and appreciate nice helpful counter persons. Unfortunately not all of their locations or perhaps individuals measure up to the NAPA/Westbay standards of excellence.

Bad customer service 10/10 recommend literally anywhere else. Not a good visit.

Napa is always good they always have good knowledgeable staff yet the organization itself lacks in giving us the customer bonuses for shopping there. Sometimes theres a reason like the other place doesnt have the part .

The employees at this location are incompetent I had called 3 days before our big snow storm for snow chains I bought them once the snow storm came I went to put them on and they didn’t fit now I’m stranded and everyone is sold out of chains and they had a attitude of well everyone makes mistakes nothing we can do but refund your money back meanwhile I’m stranded with 3 kids in the middle of nowhere
