Great place for your automotive repair needs. They are easy to contact, professional, and quick to repair your car. What like I the most is their willingness to keep you updated, and let you see the progress of repairs from start to finish. I don’t recommend getting into any accidents on the road, but if you need your car repaired, Trew Auto Body is a great place to go!

Went in for an estimate on damage today on a 21 gladiator, and representative Todd and kirk were very friendly,professional and welcoming. Would also like to thank the staff for working quickly with the insurance company on making the claim look forward to seeing their work when its all finished. I went to get a bumper replaced. They were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.The wait was long since I have an older car but the job they did looked great!I was also pleasantly surprised by how honest they were at Trew auto body. They informed me that the part they ordered had a defect in the appearance but when I went to look at it, the defect was barely visible! They could have easily gotten away with it but they instead notified me and agreed to give me a discount for it. Many thanks for the great work.

We had my wifes car brought in after it was struck by another driver. this is not the first time we have used them for body repair but im more than satisfied with the results yet again. from giving me daily text updates, driving us to get a rental car and even allowing us to put a car seat in their company car to get a rental. they have never been late to a deadline and I feel like our car drives better now then when it was new.

I was recently in a fender bender and my wife suggested Trew Auto to do the repairs — and I must say I was extremely impressed. They handled everything regarding the insurance and they kept me up to date on everything that was being done with my car. Everyone I had encounters with was extremely professional and friendly. Tree Auto was awesome. I got into an accident on a Friday during inclement weather and I called them up as they were recommended to me. They set me up for an appointment that following Monday which was a holiday. I show up and the process was so easy. They took my info, called the local Enterprise once my insurance set up my rental and had it delivered to their shop. During the repairs they texted me and kept me update through the whole process and once it was done I got my keys and left the rental with them to have Enterprise pick it up. Was truly impressed with their service, would highly recommend

I am 69 yrs old and this is my first time dealing with an insurance claim. I have to admit I was dazed and confused for a while after my accident. I contacted this business and they took awesome care of me. They arranged for a rental car and Enterprise was at their office and brought the car to me. I was impressed. They kept me informed about the status of my car and had it finished on time. The work is great. You can’t see where I had damage. I would recommend this business to anyone who needed body work.

So I took my truck here to get my front bumper replaced, I paid out of pocket not knowing how much it was going to cost, I walked into a very professional environment and was instantly impressed, the front desk was very helpful and the pre inspection was very upfront and they showed me a diagram of what will need to be replaced and the prices of every line item. While my truck was in the shop they informed me every time something came up or they found something else and they also informed me of stuff that I could have them replace if I wanted. My trucked was picked up on time and it was reasonably priced. I would go back to Trew if I ever needed auto body repairs again.

My insurance company USAA recommended this body shop for the repairs to my vehicle. I would say that their rate of work was exceptional, they gave me almost daily if not every other day, text message updates in the status of my repairs which was nice. It made it possible for me to worry a lot less about what was going on and where in the process my repairs were. The front staff was very nice when greeted and helpful. They were amazing! I dented/scratched the side of our truck up on a Sat, they did the estimate (gave me a detailed list) Monday and began repairs that Wednesday when the parts came in. They finished repairs the following Wednesday morning, three days early from the estimated time frame. I signed up for text alerts and received updates each business day regarding the work in progress. I also utilized the shuttle service they offered. I had my sassy 5 yr old with me and everyone was very kind and engaging with him as well which he loved. Their Covid precaution measures were also top notch. They had a sanitary pen and dirty pen container, sanitizer and everyone was wearing masks properly. This is our second time using this shop for repairs and we love their work. If we have anymore mishaps while were in the area, we will be sure to return here.

I can truthfully say this is in my top 10 best experiences, start to finish.The business is nice comfortable welcoming. Not a smelly ugly garage. They even have an artificial turf area for dogs. My fuel door had a broken pin and bad spring. The estimator gave me a bid but encouraged me to approach the dealership as he noticed this happening quite a bit with this brand of vehicle. Before I could leave the parking lot, he ran out and asked me to wait just a moment. The lady at the front desk overheard the conversation and researched the issue. It turns out this issue is a known issue and covered by a recall.This saved me a couple hundred bucks, and didnt get a penny from me...but without question...they earned my respect and future business!

What a great experience using TREW Auto Body for a paint job repair needed for my 2014 Mercedes. The paint was bubbling on the hood due to manufacturer defect and after getting a quote three times as high from a big chain, I turned to this local company and they were quick, fairly priced, professional and most of all communicative throughout the entire process. I received text updates on the status of my car and they offered to drop me off and pick me up which was a tremendous help!
