This company is terrible. They quality of their products swings drastically between orders. When I emailed my concerns customer service called me to tell me I was lying, even though I’ve been ordering here for 5+ years very frequently and know what I’m getting very well.This company is here to eat off of small businesses with no concern for how distributing poor quality products ultimately reflects on their customer.Terrible & disgusting and they have used the grayness of the market to treat customers as something below honest small business owners.

I originally placed an order for samples to see if I would be pleased with the quality of the product. The receptionist could not find my order told me to go online and place order again. When I was transferred to John, I simply wanted to order 5 samples and was willing to pay for them immediately over the phone. He asked too many questions that had absolutely had nothing to do with the reason for my call. What are you using the products for? How long have you been in business? What is your company website so I can inquire about your address? Basically questions that would be used to profile. I had no problem providing information but I first wanted to ensure I was satisfied with quality of the products as a new customer. THUMBS DOWN TO THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered bags for my dispensary and completely screwed them up. They could not work with me on the faults that were theirs, and no refund or exchange credit was given. They have some young guy out of college who got his AA in business and thinks he can run the business his dad built.terrible experience, they just directly order from China and even then they still screw up. They didnt even have the audacity to tell me that certain colors wouldnt look appealing on my bags. I understand that a business must make the customer happy in his requests, but at least tell me if its going to look stupid. They are the experts right?We lost about 15k with these guys and I dont recommend them, and have placed them on a blacklist of companies to NOT work with.
