Went to the Kratom library today in Fullerton. I have never been there before so I wasn’t sure if they’re actually open to the public or if you could go inside and order your stuff. The normal place I go to was out of my Kratom So I decided to go and check it out. It was kind of hard to find but just because I didn’t know what building they were in. By the way it is building A. I called the phone number listed to see if anybody was there and how it worked. I guess you’re supposed to order online and you could pick it up the same day. The guy who helped me his name was Nic (by the way he was awesome) and he was explaining me how the process worked and wanted to know what product I was looking for. He was willing to help me even though I didn’t place an order online unfortunately they were out of stock of what I was looking for. He told me that he would call the warehouse and see if they had the product in stock and that he would get back to me within an hour. I don’t even think it was 10 minutes before he called me back to let me know that they had the Kratom in the warehouse and that one of the other workers would go get it and will be back in about 30 minutes. And that was as long as it took them about 30 minutes and he called me right away and let me know my Kratom was at the shop and I could come get it. He met me outside with it and I talked to him for a little bit. He was very nice and very professional. I would totally recommend anybody going here. I will be going back there to purchase all my Kratom. Thank you Nic for being so friendly and going out of your way to help me and also to your staff and whoever went to pick it up so I could have it. I really appreciate all your help.
