I love this Lush Store!! As soon as I walked into the store it smells amazing!! They have some really awesome vegan bath bombs and soaps!! I had a great time at this Lush location. Destiny is an awesome associate she is very kind and energetic. She made my experience really awesome!! I recommend this Lush store!! 😀👍🧼🛍

Great customer service, and Pandemic Pre-cautions!With the variety of neat products, it can feel overwhelming. However, the staff is always extremely helpful, and personable!Really like coming here.

These hours are a lie: they close at 6:30pDrove all the way here specifically because this is the closest LUSH to us now (thanks to covid). Checked the website & Google, which state they’re open until 7p. We showed up at 6:35 to be denied entry because they close at 6:30, which is only listed on their door, not anywhere digital.Sale lost, will be unlikely to shop here in the future.

Update: Came here to get refills. Bea helped me out today and gave me a great customer experience. Thank you Bea!My wife and I come here to get angels on bare skin face scrub which makes our skin look very healthy, so we keep coming back for more. I also get the charcoal face wash which lasts a really long time so I highly recommend. The staff here is always nice, friendly, and happy to share information about their skin care products.This place smells so good with all the natural ingredients they use. I highly recommend.

The employees make the shopping experience really uncomfortable. Ive spent a lot of money at Lush but they give me samples the size of cheese cubes and they keep hovering around me whenever I am in store, to the point where I cant tell whether they are genuinely trying to be helpful or if they just want me to leave.The products are lovely, but you really have to try them out before knowing for certain whether they are good or bad because Ive had as many hits as Ive had misses.The bath bombs are only good for a one-time soak; I tried cutting them in half but it just doesnt have the same impact and that just makes this product extremely expensive for what it is. The face masks are a no; they are all really drying for my skin. I would recommend Korean sheet masks over these; they provide a lot more moisture and are way more affordable. The shower gels have lovely scents and lather nicely but again, you can definitely live without these.I think the best products here have got to be the bar soaps and the body creams, but the scents can be overwhelming and can irritate sensitive skin. The soaps are also extremely soft so I would keep these as dry as possible or they will literally dissolve and all that money you paid would go down the drain.

Destiny might just have been the most knowledgeable customer service helper Ive ever met. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and the reason I will go back. Feels good to have something for my eczema. Thanks again!

Ive been into different stores and this LUSH is my favorite. They got this wide selection of cosmetics that really suits my make up needs.

They only limit the amount of ppl in the store to 6 ppl which I think is awesome! Even before I got inside, they were very helpful and so sweet while we waited outside

I use to be a loyal Bath and Body Works customer for years, until I discovered Lush. Their products are so much better quality and better for your skin. Every Lush Ive been to has been a positive experience, thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable staff. My favorite product is Aqua Marina because it clears up my acne and I love the patchouli scent. I just wish there were more Lush stores in Orange County so I dont have to drive so far.

Everyone that works there is helpful and informative and I especially loved how the guy & girl (sorry I forgot your names) that helped us & she showed us how the bath bombs work & My kids enjoyed running their hands in the bowl. And anything we wanted to try out she helped us @ the Brea Mall💗

Super friendly and awesome customer service. Clean and very neat setting. If your looking for natural cleansers (face,hands,body,etc.) This is the perfect place to come. Cup of coffee facial cleansing scrub is my personal favorite here.

First time visiting Lush at this location. Usually the workers are incredibly helpful and tentative. We were inside the store for about 10 minutes and no one came to help or ask if we have any questions. Most of them were busy chatting amongst themselves or help people who clearly were there to just get a free sample. I think it would be beneficial to the company or corporate as a whole to have workers who are eager to sell and introduce customers to products. After being in the store for a while and not being approached, I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Staff is nice and they run demos for you upon request. They seem knowledgable about their product and tailor their recommendations based on what you tell them. Came here to buy a gift for a friend and would recommend others to check out the store.

Every time I walk in I get greeted by the nicest employees. The products they sell are incredible. The store smells like you just want to eat it. The employees at Lush are incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Luahs name says it all. Pamper yourself and take care of your skin. The bath bombs are a bit pricey but well worth it. They perform in your bath water like an experienced stripper. Full time entertainment and pleasure.I also tried the breath mints that come on small pellets, you chew 2 of them with a little water. It feels like you drank a whole bottle of mouthwash.Lush also lets you sample products. Its worth a visit.The CV Critic

Who needs marijuana when you can get high off bath-salts? I mean smelling them, not doing them as drugs....... no but seriously, good luck not getting light headed when attempting to make a selection because everything smells good in different ways.

My mom and I came here to find some bath bombs that will help moisturizer and smooth the skin. As we were shopping, we also picked up some facial masks. Everything always seems so good and yummy inside the store!

Came to this lush on black Friday and the girl that helped my friend and I was literally the nicest human on this planet. Her name was Nikkie and she was petite had glasses and wore a beanie and she had freckles by her nose. Literally the best person whos ever helped me at Lush, my order is in the mail. So yall at Brea lush let Nikkie know shes doing an excellent job. ( also I dont know how she spelled her name I just asked after she helped us what her name was )

I love this location! Its on the second floor. They have friendly, helpful staff and great products. It is a small location, so if you go during a sale expect crowds.

So knowledgeable about products w lots of choices creative and earthy decor.

This place is pretty cool, especially when I wanted to get a nice little special gift for my spouse. I got a bath bomb and it worked really well when I got home. I appreciated how the staff were really polite and helpful when I walked in and didnt make me feel weird that I was a guy in a stereotypically girly store.

Fun place for natural beauty products, I love their bath bombs. Theyre just very expensive, so my trips are limited.

Now this place is nice they have so much to check out and sample everything smells so good hard to decide what to buy because theres so much to choose from!

The staff was very knowledgable on products and the company is very enviormentally friendly! Farmers market style but they have paper bags. Tons of great face masks, or most skin and hair related items. Amazing gifts and the bath bombs are lucious

As born with as a giver, i went in with my young daughter who looking for the gift to her friend and come up with idea for my ballroom dance group ladies and i asked to the sales girl, among all the home made, enviranmently friendy goodies you have, which one is the one make you like me, then she point Dream cream which is body cream, help you good sleep and good dream. I end up there spen less than hundred dollar for more than 5 ladis, so far they like the smells and next Saturday meeting, they tell me more about this stuff.

Lovely lovely lackadaisical and liminal lush whose aromas and myriad of medical miracles wrapped in frustration free non-packages and cruelty free self-esteem never cease to improve my mood!All fun aside, cant live without this place these days. Growing my hair out, and constantly under pressure to keep pumping out reviews, new episodes, other content, and myanage my day job, its so good to have somewhere to go where everybody knows your name... Or at least the name of your favorite bath bomb.Loaded with lovely little things designed to make like Calgon and take you away, lush (literally any lush save for 1 in a place that shall remain nameless) is a haven for hair care, self care, and impressively knowledgeable staff who seem to want nothing more than your well being... And mountains of cash sent electronically to their corporate overlords, but really, who doesnt do that these days?This particual store is no exception, and has been my personal go-to since landing my potato shaped arse here in Orange County.

One of my favorite places to biy bath bombs. Their priducts are amazing.They smell great and leave your skin feelinf smoothe and soft.Service is amazing. I came here with 5 kids (not all mine) and one of the workers came by to do a demonstration on a new jelly bath bomb. The kids were entertained and gave me a chance to shop.Love love love this place.
