Horrific customer service.No one knows anything, but that doesn’t keep them from making up answers.Six months after ordering, I still have no car. Friends who ordered months later have theirs, but my delivery date keeps getting pushed back.And no one knows why.

I would never go to this place!!!1) Too PUSHY on the $250 deposit without answering all the questions. “ Never do HARD sell” No No No!2) As a TESLA shareholder, I strong recommend your sale training level needs to be improved! It was so LOW!! You still need to be polite even you couldn’t get sales close on the day! Eventually it will be yours as far as you are doing the right things! KEEP CALM young man!!! The salesman Sam was rude on the end, by saying “JUST GO” to my son! Are Tesla training your salesperson like this???4) Never change your customer’s reservation!! A salesperson called me to change my test drive appointment. I have my regular errands to do. It is a interruption.

Went there today and was not allowed to go into the showroom because I declined to provide my email address. I gave them my name and was motivated to buy a car but don’t like spam emails. I am very unsatisfied with how I was treated. I wonder if this is just at Brea mall thing or is this Tesla in general. Definitely lost a costumer today.

Part oneI’m an existing customer, and I stopped by Brea Mall Tesla on 7/31/2021 regarding vehicle performance inquiry. However, I’m very disappointed with Ben’s service service attitude.I waited in line in front of the entrance and Ben greeted me at first. Therefore, I tried to ask if I can change my current “long range” to the “performance” to reduce the wait time for ordering the new vehicle. Before I finished my question, he told me to send an email to request the changes with my order number. He looked up my account through my phone number and he texted me the email which I have to sent. I’m trying to ask if I can get order number in the Tesla account. He turned on his computer impatiently and told me there was another couple who needed his help. I stay aside and waited for him patiently. After a while, he came to ask if I had sent an email already, and I told him that I have more questions. Then, he asked me to wait and went back to help the couple. Later on, he came back and I asked him if changing to a different model would affect the processing and delivery time. He was not able to answer my questions and told me “not sure” impatiently. I emphasize that I had already sent in an email today, and I would like to get the vehicle as soon as possible.I’m not sure if it was because of the language barrier, either I didn’t express myself well enough, or he didn’t understand what I was trying to say. His tone and the way he acted seems like he was very annoyed and impatient with me. Therefore, I tried to ask another employee who can speak Mandarin for help. When Ben saw me tried to reach out to a different employee. He walked towards us and told the Mandarin staff to help someone else as he has taken care of me already. I found it very inexplicable and uncomfortable. I was just trying to ask for some help from an employee who can speak the same language as me. I was not trying to interrupt, or to bother anyone. I only stood by the side, and waited. Ben just came out of nowhere to stop others from helping me.After half an hour of waiting, no one was able to help with my questions, so I decided to leave and come back at a later time. When I returned, I asked the receptionist to look up my account and ask for the name who helped me previously. She told me the advisor manager was Ben, and I told her that I would like to request another advisor who can speak Mandarin for help instead. All of a sudden, Ben walked towards us and told the employee that I am “online order”. He insisted that he already told me to send an email to request for a change of the order. He kept interrupting me while I was talking to the receptionist. Then, a Chinese employee next to us was trying to help when she heard my request. However, Ben interrupted again and told her that we are online order. Don’t worry about us.

The most TERRIBLE experience. Do NOT come to this location!!! You will receive no customer service.There is absolutely no follow up from the representation as well as the manager after multiple attempts of calling/texting them. The representative who helped me is Adil and the manager I called to complain about this is Cristina Lerma (ironically she’s the customer experience manager!)We are extremely disappointed with this encounter and will NOT recommend this location to anyone. I will continue to escalate to corporate regarding this!

So if you havent been to a Tesla showroom recently, be prepared...they dont have any cars to show you. Like not a single one. You really cant even call it a showroom anymore. Theyve all been sold and are on back order for months. The 3 stars are because the Tesla salespeople were very friendly and explained everything to us, but it was still disappointing that they would sell every vehicle so that you cant even see what youre spending that money on. The salesperson even said that - for the Model X - they may never allow test drives of them again. You just have to buy it sight unseen. Not a fan, but if youre big on Tesla, it probably doesnt matter.

Adil, our advisor, was truly awesome. He was extremely patient with all our questions and very helpful too. When you go in to the Brea store, do ask for Adil. Five starts to him. As for the car itself, it doesnt need my recommendation; everyone knows its a great car.

GO TO BUENA PARK TESLA! Save yourself the headache. Adil made sales calls to me for months. I finally decided to order after the free supercharging incentive. He was so eager for me to place my order and give him the RN number. As soon as I did he stopped answering my emails. I had questions and it was like PULLING TEETH from these people. They are not there to help you. They are interested in sales- not customer service. I then called Buena Park Tesla, specifically Russell, and he was amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually follows up- what a concept! So don’t go to the mediocre Tesla store at the mall, you’ll regret it.

But I think her last name, if I remember correctly, is Martinez. Shes the woman in the picture I submitted. I hope shes there when I go back. I had a great experience there. The model 3 and model X is available for viewing at this location.The service is okay, they do encourage test drive for these cars. They have options to overnight a car and to book weekend test drive.The car itself feels and looks awesome. Might be a bit of wait time before can see the inside depending on the number of people. My wait time when I went at around 4pm on a Sunday was 8 mins.

I really like the way this place was run. Its like going to an Apple store where people hang out and they talk Tech and you get out of massive education on the future technology of Tesla. The people are very personable and its a very relaxed interface. I never felt like I had to buy a car, but all my questions were answered with as much detail as I wanted. You should go there just to hang out for the experience.

Delivery of my Model 3 was delayed by almost 3 months which caused me to miss the Federal tax incentive. The manager, Jaime Nunez, offered a discount on the price of the car to make up for the missed tax incentive. I agreed to that since it seemed like a fair deal. The day before delivery I was told that the discount was denied, which was a complete bait and switch. I have complained to Tesla corporate about this terrible purchasing experience (waiting, and more waiting, lies, unresponsiveness) and am awaiting resolution on the matter.

The test drive wasnt as long as the test drive I had in Honolulu, nonetheless Ian - my copilot - was helpful in showing me the features of the car and answering all my questions. I did love the experience at the Honolulu location test drive muchh more because the staff there showed us a while lot more than we thought to ask. Seeing how we dont have high knowledge of the car, it was very helpful. Plus the test drive at Honolulu was much longer. Still, good experience at Brea Tesla over all.

Small classy showroom inside the Brea Mall. Model S and Model K in the showroom. Model 3 in a parking garage. Knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff. No pressure. As with most car dealers, there are the add ons, delivery fees ect. Set non-negotiable price as the dealerships are corporate owned. Standard paint color is black, other colors are $1,500 to $2,000 additional.

We scheduled a test drive for the Model S for my dad and the service was wonderful! Ray Krawczyk was the gentleman who helped us, and he had a great attitude and was lots of fun to go on a test drive with. He encouraged us to test the acceleration of the car and made the overall experience a joy. He was very hospitable and Id highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him.

Beware of booking a test drive at the Brea mall. While my test drive experience was fantastic, it ends there. When we returned the sales guy was extremely high pressure. After over 30 minutes of sales pressure I said I need to leave, but the guy kept saying you have to put down your $2,500 deposit now because it will hold your place inline for your new Tesla. I said I can’t make a decision today. That’s when it got worse. He would not let me leave. As I started to walk away he followed me and continued his high pressure sales. Afterwards I received numerous phone calls from a Tesla sales people every week. After a month I had to escalate to the manager and ask that they stop harassing me.

PLEASE BUY YOUR TESLA ONLINE.Bought a tesla 3 in april, still havent gotten my bonus mileage from referral program.The salesman was very kind, and promised to add the referral code for us. we didimt think itd be a problem. it wasnt until we contacted tesla referral support that we found out the code wasnt even applied. tried to contact whos responsible to no avail.TLDR: THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING A CAR, AND WILL IGNORE YOU ONCE ITS DONE. BUY YOURSELF A TESLA ONLINE, EVERYTHING WOULD BE BETTER.

I really enjoyed the Tesla store and enjoyed being able to see him play with the cars that Ive dreamed of along with Elon when I did have questions about generators motors or power regenerating the salesman look like a deer in the headlights and asked if I was an engineer this guy knew nothing of his job and all he could do was pretty much offer me a test drive at that time dont know his name he was an African American gentleman in the Brea Mall probably should not be working there made Tesla look really bad also when I mentioned what a genius Elon musk was he at that point pretty much rolled his eyes and walked away I would really like to tell Elon personally

So I walk in there just too check it out, and a guy named David came up and introduced himself. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything, he just was asking how we were doing and we got talking about the cars and the features and he was very informative and extremely nice. Definitely was super professional and wasn’t a shark like any other store you walk into. Then he tells us it was only his fourth day and that was surprising Because of how much he knew. I would’ve believed if he would’ve said he was there for years, so I just wanted to point out the great service david gave me. And after I started talking to someone named Josh I believe and he was amazing too. Great customer service, he’s actually got me seriously considering getting a model 3 now. I rarley write reviews but I Belive these two guys deserve a thumbs up. I wish I could give more stars, I don’t think my overall experience there could’ve been any better than it was. Definitly recommend checking it out if you are in the mall or the area.
