I’m astonished at how incredibly horrible the service is here. The service attitude at multiple levels truly seems to be “we don’t care”.So strange and sad to have a local store actually driving me to return a broken appliance and buy a new one at a box store based on the attitude and demeanor of the service staff.I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A VARIETY OF RUDE, UNRELIABLE AND DISCOURTEOUS INDIVIDUALS AT SINGLE STORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!Don’t go here..... Really, just don’t!

The customer service is the worst of the worst. They just do not care! Never will I go there again.

We bought a $6,000 Liebher refrigerator from the Brattleboro location and it broke after just two years of light use. The fridge is in our vacation home. We have spent the past year trying to get it fixed. Coco plum has no service person willing to work on it so we have had to find our own service person. It has been a year of throwing out hundreds of dollars of food, cleaning up unfrozen ice cream and such. And we still have no ice. Awful customer service after spending THOUSANDS of dollars in their store.

Great place to shop

Recently, the appliances in my house all seemed to want to quit at once. I began my search for a new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher only to find that these items are in short supply due to COVID. In my search, I called CocoPlum and spoke with Chad. Chad and I emailed for several days about options that they could find in stock or get quickly. This level of service was outstanding for me as I’ve been extremely busy with my work schedule and being able to look at models via email before coming in was great. In the end, Chad located the pieces that I wanted. I went in to the store to make the final OK after seeing them in store and make the purchase. To my delight, the pieces that I purchased were exactly the same price as Home Depot. I was going to buy here no matter what, because I got good service from Chad and later Jordan, but it was nice that the price was also competitive.
