Pricing is a bit to high for my liking, no discounts, even when talking to the owner. It was honestly very frustrating considering I have lived in this town for years and given them a lot of business no I just of my own but also me recommending people! Personally I will not shop there anymore an will no longer be recommending anyone.. I dont even live in Vermont anymore and I can tell you with complete confidence, this is by FAR the only headshop worth visiting in an at least 100 mile radius. The owner is an absolutely amazing person, and while I no longer know who he has staffed, when my wife and I lived in Vermont they were all EXTREMELY knowledgeable. All in all, definitely check this place out if you havent. YOU WILL HAVE NO REGRETS. They stock about anything to meet ANY smokers needs, as well as non smoking related items. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.

Super friendly and very cool store. Kind of expensive, Ive found the same pieces online or somewhere else for a fraction of the price. The owner gives a pretty good discount, but his employees do not. If it wasnt for the outstanding customer service, I wouldnt shop there.

Nice little smoke shop, good selection of things at reasonable prices. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.One down side (that Im not really holding against them) is that they had just moved all their cases around and hadnt gotten the lights in then yet, so the store was a little dark. That said the employee there was very helpful and would pull out any piece we wanted to look closer at, even though we were upfront about just window shopping. My wife and I did see some pieces we plan to go back for in the near future.The reason for the 4 stars instead of five is that I prefer more scientific glass and their selection on that was very sparse.

The harmony underground is a phenomenal head shop they have fantastic pieces and will do everything they can to make sure that you have the best experience possible, not only are they awesome when it comes to there stuff but they are also such a assist to the community and always give a helping hand to anyone in need. We met the owner, Chris, this past weekend and I must say that he is the kindest, most authentic shop owner I have ever met. He walked my girlfriend through CBD (a rather newer product on the market) and explained how it might help with her medical needs. 11/10 would visit again. Great location too.

I honestly have no idea why anyone would leave a negative review about this place. This John Doe review is completely fabricated. Chris (the owner) advertises those pieces as Nearly Indestructible. Not only that but that guy forgot to mention that it was almost 6 months after he purchased the piece. Chris is as nice as a guy as you could ever hope to encounter in a retail setting. My fiancé recently purchased a scale that ended up shorting out through no fault of Chris and he replaced it even tho it had been almost a month after the purchase. Every time we have ever been there the staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful of any questions we have and they have quite a variety of merchandise. I extremely recommend this store to anyone looking for some good pieces, vape merchandise, or even just to poke around.

I went to return an item that was sold to me as being unbreakable. The store owner was nothing short of skitzo. When I put my broken tobacco pipe on the counter he demanded that I put it in my pocket because he didnt know had been in it. Further, he shared that its glass what did you expect? I told him thats not the way it was sold to me but that it was made of a material that wasnt as easily broken as glass. In fact, the sales person mentioned the day I bought it that the owner had thrown it against the wall and it didnt break. Today, the owner shared that he fired 7 people since that pipe was sold (which wasnt long ago)...I guess the owner has figured out that he is the common denominator with his high turnover. Upon leaving the store, I telephoned him and acknowledged that he had always been cordial but that I wouldnt be back. He said, good, I will be happy to put a no tresspass sign up if you give me your name? He had other unpleasantries to share before I hung up laughing at what a crack pot he is. Someone should let him know that there is a mental health hospital not far away. $55.00 pipe and customer service was appalling. I recommend anyone travel whatever distance necessary than to give this local embarassment any business.
