Staff is great, however they cashed a check without my permission. I was told to leave a personal check that they would keep in their safe until they received a bank check from me a few days later, in exchange for my new vehicle. I walked into the dealership with a bank check 2 days later and they had already cashed my check that they said under no circumstances they were going to cash. I wish this would’ve never happened as the experience was good, but this lost all of my trust in the dealership and was a horrible first experience with Ford.
My company just bought a 2021 F-150. These guys were amazing. We ordered the truck over 12 weeks ago, and there was a lot of delays because of the whole computer chip problem. These guys kept us up-to-date and told us when we could expect the truck. As more delays piled up they continued to update us as to the when and why each delay happened. This was the first truck my company bought from Brattleboro Ford. Everything they did with us was zero hassle and zero pressure.And….as in most cases when buying a new vehicle, it came down to the financing not quite being what we wanted but they kept at it and got it to work because they really wanted to get us into this truck. They even went above Kelley blue book value for our trade-in to make it all work. I would recommend these guys to anybody, they really stood by what they said they were going to do. They even came and picked up our trade-in and dropped off the new truck which was two hours away (a 4 hour round trip for them) We have used a few different dealerships over the years and these guys have been by far the best to deal with.Their salespeople were honest and finance department was excellent and they closed the deal effortlessly and quickly.Thank you very much Brattleboro Ford. Today I relived a past trauma in which I struggled with on a more than regular basis since learning to drive, yet havent experienced in years; I locked my keys in my car.😑 I was disappointed but wasnt surprised to learn that I had used my 4 free calls for my year of AAA. An hour of highway separated me from my spare key and a half inch of glass separating me from my primary.Just when it seemed as though I may need to throw a rock through one of my windows, the ford sign across the street caught my eye.Entering the building both embarrassed and hopefully seeking the first available employee, I was directed to the service center after I expressed my problem.I was immediately greeted by two cheerful gentlemen that were happy to help me find the perfect mechanic for the job.The universe provided me, Brandon. He happily got me into my vehicle so I could drive home and enjoy my weekend. He was polite, charismatic, and tailored the conversation to relate to my situation which made me feel significantly less like an airhead. Despite my permission to go at it however, I wasnt concerned about scrapes, dents, or damages in general, he carefully and quickly got my door open without a trace.Thanks Brandon and the Crew at Faiths Ford Service Center that helped me get out of a pickle and into my whip! If I could leave 6 stars I would. Seamless and easy transaction. Our business purchased two vehicles from them. Our business is in Worcester MA and we had been in contact with several dealerships local to us. Faiths Ford stepped up and worked out a deal for us on two brand new Ecosports.The entire Sales team went above and beyond even driving the vehicles down here for us instead of us having to drive up there to take delivery. The dealership itself is about 2 hours away from us but we will definitely be returning for future business.

Every single time I schedule my car to be worked on I end up waiting an hour before they even bring it into the shop. I’m not sure why they bother asking what time when they never work on it at said time. This happens EVERY TIMEToday is the last straw for me. Scheduled for 12 and they ask me when I’ll be picking up the car and we’re somewhat surprised when I said I’d be waiting for it.Simple as this do not schedule me for an appointment If the car won’t be getting worked on at that time.So they put my worst two tires on the front it’s a front wheel drive car. My two new tires are on the back and they didn’t even bother wipe the grease off the rims, put hand prints all over my car. Left absolutely frustrated.

Amazing sales staff but finance department is a joke. Been dealing with the same issue since November 2020 and still isn’t resolved. Phone calls and emails aren’t returned for weeks on end. Ford corporate has been just as bad. When dealing with finance department, make sure you read every document. Found numerous errors and still isn’t resolved. Buyer beware!

I was looking at a car but went to the wrong faiths but wasn’t crazy about that car so I figured I’d see what they have. I purchased a Chrysler 200 when I looked at it it was on the jack it had some dings and dents but no big deal. It got new brakes and tires which is awesome I was told I’d have it Monday or Tuesday I went in on Friday. Then they call and the bank didn’t release the title so I’m waiting and waiting and finally after two weeks they deliver the car to me. Two weeks!! I asked if they could redo the temp plate paperwork on it since I lost two weeks and they said they couldn’t, very annoying. I have the car and since it was on the jack I didn’t notice all the dents on the roof and scratches on the hood. Probably wouldn’t have bought it if I was able to see these. Not to mention the service airbag light was on. Not impressed with the approach, the title situation, or the car! Will be looking to trade it in immediately and will not doing work with either of the faiths dealerships!
Imagine you visit a dealership, you are told to be there at a certain time to drive a vehicle that youre interested in and when you get there the vehicle leaves the yard with a different salesperson so they can get lunch.....AND THATS THE GOOD PART OF OUR VISIT TO FAITH FORD! You are offered a different vehicle to drive and when you get back the original car still isnt back. You are told to leave your key to your own car so they can appraise it. 2 1/2 hours later you are still waiting for someone to help you. You are told to go home and someone will email you. 4 days later they email you saying you need 3-5 thousand dollars because you dont have a trade in. Twice explained that we did have a trade in 2 emails. THEN HAVE THE MANAGER EMAIL YOU TO ASK HOW YOUR SERVICE WAS..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Worst car dealership ever!!!!!!
I love my 2014 Ford Focus and named her Faith. The price i paid for her was right where my budget was. I was absolutely amazed and awed by the salesman coming to pick me to being able to drive her home with all the paperwork done on a Saturday afternoon. She is supposed to be a gap car just until settlement comes in for a new car. I may just keep her longer. I have already had an offer to buy her!!!

Found my dream car online. Sent multiple email inquiries on a Sunday. Spoke to someone here first thing on a Monday morning. Asked for them to please notify me if it sold as we planned to drive 2 hours each way to purchase this car. Reconfirmed before leaving my home that the car was still available. Drove the 2 hours to arrive to our appointment only to be told that the car had sold days prior. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE.
Very disappointed. Purchased a new 4 wheel drive Ford Van. Nice product so far. The dealership was completely disorganized during the closing. Ended up registering the van in Massachusetts, when we clearly discussed registering it in VT at length. They refuse to take responsibility and or return calls or emails. Poor management of good faith~~took the money and ran it appears. I wont be back.
Drove 2 hours to brattleboro to purchase this explorer from Scott Bhuler and Faiths Ford and had a great experience. No pushy sales calls or in person unplesantness (they offered an extended warrantee but were not pushy about it AT ALL which was not my experience in my last new car purchase. Nice clean dealership, very professional staff, I would absolutely do business with them again in the future. If you are coming from out of state, brattleboro is a very nice town to visit while you are there as well.
Very friendly staff, large garage service area and easy access off the rotary. Only issue: appt at 10am made 3 days in advance but was still had to wait 40 min before they look our vehicle. Otherwise, quality service & done quickly once youre in!
Don’t go here! We bought a 2012 Toyota Camry off them on June 5th 2020. The sale was great and so were the people. Until 2 weeks after when we were told to call them back to set up a time to get our spare smart key. Here is is August 7th and we have contacted pretty much everyone at the dealership and get pushed to someone else. The sales manager Shook hands with us and said it would be part of the deal when we bought it. So not only have they lied about this to us they also are not trustworthy people. We won’t ever buy a car here again!!

Purchased used 2016 Escape. At time of delivery noted to sales person that all controls on the steering wheel were not working. He said to make an appointment with the service dept for repair. Made appointment and that said it would be about a 1 hour fix. Brought car in and again said about 1 hour fix. After waiting more than three hours they indicated that they had to order the part so repair was not made. Pat came in and again scheduled appointment. Again said about 1 hour fix and 4 hours later job was complete. Dealership is 45 minutes from my home and lost a days work combined. Also when told about the auto the sales person said it would be certified, said it was previously certified, and priced accordingly. Was then told it could not be certified as it had a few scratches on the bumper, this should have been a warning sign to me concerning this vehicle and should have walked away from the deal.
I bought a used car from Faiths in September and have been back a handful of times with issues from wiper mechanism, alignment and finally transmission. As I stated its a used car 2011 and Ive done my fair share of damage where mileage is concerned. I have always been greeted on a first name basis by Eric in service and he always goes out of his way to be accommodating. I had to leave my car with them for 10 days as it was between Christmas and New Years, the rental was covered by my extended warranty and the portion that was not Faiths happily took care of for me. I had a dent in the underside of my right front....plastic but pretty large. I didnt see it before going in or before I left but after speaking to Paul (General Manager) he took my car in the following day and fixed the front end as well as giving me an oil change. He said that he doubted the damage took place in their shop but still obliged. I questioned some charges/diagnostics after speaking to a friend who is a mechanic....One of the mechanics Mike C came out and explained each and every service that was performed while pointing out specific areas. I actually was embarrassed to have questioned it to begin with. Long story short (too late) Faiths has been phenomenal about standing by their sales and putting the customer first. When I finally decide to buy brand new it will be through them. Thank you Paul, Eric, Mike and everybody else :)
The service department here is awesome. I had an incredibly emotional afternoon and when I got to the shop my car wasn’t quite done, sooo I had a meltdown. They are wonderful, professional people that made it right, AND got me to smile.

This was a miserable experience from beginning to end. I spoke to Bethany via email to set up an appointment to view one specific vehicle. I was travelling for two hours for this vehicle, as I did research and found this vehicle to be the best fit for me. Three hours before my appointment, I received an email from Bethany confirming I was still coming, which I was. When I got there, I was told my appointment is not in the system, no big deal. Then I said I wanted to look at the vehicle and was informed that the vehicle was in the garage being repaired. So the vehicle I traveled two hours for, I could not properly look at. I was told that I could go in the garage and look at it if I wanted. Decided to do so at the urge of my wife who was with me. Was then given conflicting reports by the sales rep and the sales manager about the issues with the vehicle, with the manager stating the rep was new and was lying to me as he did not know. My father in law, who also tagged along as he knows vehicles better than myself, looked the vehicle over and said it was fine. The vehicle was on the lift as the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. After discussions with my wife, decided to move forward with the process. Then as we were hashing out the deal, a $3,000 reconditioning fee was added to the price. The manager tried to sell it as a normal thing but as someone who works with sales tax and sees hundreds of dealer bill of sales, this is false, it was just a scam the dealership does to show a lower price on line than other dealerships to draw people in. At the behest of my wife and against my better judgment as this place seemed to be exactly every negative connotation you would apply to dealers, we still went through with it. The vehicle was set to be delivered the following Monday. When the vehicle arrived on Monday night, they arrived without the temporary tag. I threatened to rip the contract on the spot if I could not drive the vehicle so they left the dealer plate. The next day when the sun was up, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield that I could not see before as it was on the lift at the dealership and dark when they dropped it off. After much delay and back and forth with the dealership, here we are three weeks later and they finally had the windshield replaced. However, I still am not done dealing with this place as they waited 10 days before they sent my registration papers and sales tax to my DMV and now I am 5 days away from having the temporary tag expire and being without a vehicle as it takes three weeks or more (admitted by the sales manager I have dealt with) for the DMV to process the check and apply everything in their system. This whole experience has been nothing short of a month long headache and I would not ever in my life recommend this place to anyone.
Maurice a great person to work with to buy a car. New his stuff, didnt mind letting me try out more than one car. I got to pick what I liked instead of being pushed into one car. I know I will like my car, because I was given the time to find the right car to fit me and my needs to own a car.
Great service. I was on vacation in my travel trailer and needed an oil change but was only in town over night. I talked to Doug at Faith Ford late afternoon and he was ablle to work me in the next morning. Doug was very helpful.
This dealership gave me the runaround getting my car fixed. 5 months ago I brought my car in for a variety of issues that, for the most part, started happening over a period of days (bad wiper motor, car battery randomly dying repeatedly, slightly smelling smoke from the vents, and constantly having to refill my coolant every month.) They checked out my whole vehicle and gave me a $2500 estimate on what needed to be fixed that not only addressed my issues but also a variety of other issues. They tried to push me into buying a different vehicle (most of which was way over fair trade value.) I decided to fix and replace some of it myself with the help of my father as it was 1/3 of the cost that they were quoting me. Then about 2 months later, I brought it back it back in because I was having oil and antifreeze leaking near the engine which caused smoke billowing from the hood.They fixed it after spending a few hundred bucks and returned it to me 2 weeks later. They told me that it was due to a bad oil valve cover gasket and some other issue with the radiator hose. After I got it back home, the following morning the car wouldnt start and the coolant was completely empty. After returning the car back to Faiths via a tow, they had said that the engine was toast but luckily I had an extended warranty that covered a new engine. I had the car returned to me around 4 weeks later, with thankfully no more issues. 6 weeks without my car, should have been figured out and fixed within a 1-2 week period. I would have gave them 1 star but Erik in Services was actually super nice despite having to deal with this angry customer, which earned them an extra star.
I inherited my first car, so I had zero clue about the car buying process when I went to purchase my second car. In fact, I was not 100% sold I wanted to buy right away when I casually was browsing. The car I liked most happened to be at Faiths in Brattleboro. The staff at Faiths Ford were helpful in explaining the process, patient with my mom and wifes questions and bargaining. Trinity and Brunelle were especially great. They offered empathy to my situation about parting with my Grams car while also wanting a newer, more reliable car. While I hope its at least 7+ years before I need to make a purchase again, I definitely will go back to Faiths.

I posted this on Yelp also but I want to make sure it is seen since I received such exceptional customer service. I was driving home to Connecticut yesterday when my check engine light came on. I pulled into your dealership on a busy Friday just before 5 pm. Nicole dropped what she was doing and jumped into action to help by leading me to customer service where Ryan quickly hooked up his code reader to my car. It detected a fuel rail pressure sensor to be causing it. He reset it and it never went off on the two hour trip home. What a relief. And its still off today. Great customer service by Nicole and Ryan! Thank you.
By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. We when to to get out of my wifes 18 edge. Credit not so good but the got us the rav4 we wanted and a good payment. We found it after purchasing that it did not come with remote starter and were upset as the was one of the main features we wanted. Out salesman called us next day and offered to swap us in to one that had more features than what we bought no different in payments. Fran treated us so well from the beginning that we went back and purchased a 20 f350 from in a week later. All the managers cam out and introduce them self as well as the owner thay was all with the firs purchase. As it is that made a life time costumer out of me and my wife.

Buying a car is no longer the experience I remember. The enthusiasm, effort to make it a customer centered positive experience was not present. Did not go back to the dealership I had worked with since 1990, based on my experience with buying this car, probablywould not go back to Faith’s Ford. Makes me wonder how I will choose to get my next new vehicle- hopefully attitudes change, communication improves, and priorities shift.In this day of technology there is more opportunities to get what you want easier- shopping options on line. How we decide on dealerships is not incorporated as well as it should be- maybe too focused on finding the right car- and not the dealership too.Has this changed the Dealership’s approach to the customer???

Before finding Faiths Ford, I had poor luck finding a good mechanic for my Focus; the other Ford dealerships I went to often booked very far out, and the work took a long time to perform. Ive been to Faiths a number of times and never encountered those issues. The employees are kind, polite, and helpful, and the work is performed very quickly. I cant recommend them highly enough!
We had a great experience with Dan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dusty wad also pleasant to deal with both were very professional. The issue we have is that the car was delivered very dirty inside and there was also a noticeable rust spot on the drivers side door jamb. I complained and Dan said he would have me come back in to take care of the rust and have the inside detailed . I hope it comes to pass
The track record of Faiths Ford service department just gets better and better. After being very jaded of dealership service for many years its really refreshing to enjoy vehicle specific maintenance and repair protocols, professional service, and a real willingness to go the extra mile for the customer while offering extremely competitive rates. There has been only one instance of a higher service quote (and it was a LOT higher) than another local shop, but in all fairness Im convinced that Faiths quote included a more comprehensive repair. Ive even begun to bring my non-Ford vehicles to them for repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections. I really hope this level of performance continues, because they have a very convenient location for me and always seem to keep to the quoted price and schedule. If they do, I will absolutely remain a customer.

Trust is important and knowing a business stands behind their product is enormous Faith’s ford will not stand by their vehicles and will not respond when a issue arises unfortunately faith is not that at all! GOOD LUCK with so called faith!

Service department is awful! They stood in the parking lot with my husband, heard & saw his hubs locked on his F150 & then had their senior service guy take the truck home & of course they couldnt duplicate the problem & wont fix it! They also installed a rear tail light which later filled with water & when we took it back to have them fix it, they tried to say it wasnt covered under warranty....they put the darn thing in! Nothing but hassle from the service department. Do yourself a favor & stay away from this awful service department!!!

Will and Brunelle were most helpful when Ineeded to replace my last car which was called a total loss after an accident. I found a great deal at Faiths on line, and after driving up from Chicopee MA Will made us ( my wife & I) comfortable and confident enough to put a deposit on the car. Well thats when the insurance odyssey began. It took my insurance company(USAA)19 days to get me paid for my car. Will worked with me and was very understanding of my situation. Trevor was great at finding vehicle that better fit needs..I went to faith on Wednesday to trade my f250 kbb value trade in was $7500- $9200. Trevor was salesmen again since he did great job. They only wanted to give me $3200 at most for a 2004 with 66000 miles. Trevor came back and said this is a fantastic deal best hes seen on this truck. Ah nope slap in face I will go somewhere else to dealer that wants my money. I will not go back to this dealer to buy vehicle since trevor knew 3 days before I wanted vehicle from faith Toyota and didnt get it til day I was to go there and it was sold. Faith ford dropped ball in so many ways . Sorry the saying everyone gets a great deal is BS
I needed help with installing a turn signal light that I thought I could fix myself but was in a very challenging place in the car. They squeezed me in and I was out of there within 30 minutes for a decent price.
BUYER BEWARE! I recently bought new tires for a Ford Escape here. I also had an alignment performed. When I got the invoice, I noticed something that the service staff hadnt flagged. It was called, Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order above the line item charges (in the amount of $37.60) and then, again, under MISC CHARGES where it was represented as $17.60 (two different amounts for the same charge). When I asked what this was I was told it was a charge for items that were common to all repairs such as grease, certain fluids etc. When I asked how this was calculated, I got the run around; and, truthfully, no one could explain it. LOOK TO SEE IF THIS IS ON YOUR BILL AND DONT PAY IT!! Its a contrived charge as they cant know what the volume of repairs are going to be in a given year and can only know what common products they use from the previous year. At best, its a wild guess charge. Again, dont pay it.
Nate Head handled the show and tell while I was there looking for a trade in value for my car for a lease on a F-150 pickup. I had no intension of making a deal that day, I wanted to shop around. Well, Nate was friendly, knowledgeable concerning the pickup, and is a great sales person. I ended up driving my new F-150 out of the parking lot that night!All in all it was a great experience at Brattleboro Ford, and I would recommend these folks to anyone shopping for a Ford.
